Took vehicle in for rear wheel bearing, I thought it was the drivers side rear, turns out it was passenger rear and also left front wheel bearing. My transfer case was also making noise and needed replacement. I had the transfer case replaced with Elite and it was under warranty and covered 100 percent. Had to pay for the wheel bearings, however it is nice to have a quiet vehicle again and also knowing the business stands behind there warranty

I'd like to give a shout out to Elite Auto in Princeton. My car was needing service but I was leaving town the following day. They were very accommodating and completed the required service the same day we called for an appointment.

Were able to get me in next day for oil change and brake job. Very fair price for products received and work completed! Excellent customer service! Definitely will continue to use their services!

I was able to make an appointment quickly. I love their diagnostic email/txt they send with pics and what is wrong with each component.They also send a follow up text after your service is complete to make things are operating as they should be after servicing.They work with Synchrony bank to offer financing if you get stuck in a pickle.

Had done a bit of business with these people after Wayne sold the shop to them. Bought 2 tires from them mounted balanced etc. Had one fail and was told I hadn't bought the warranty that was never offered to me by the young Lady when I paid for the new tires. I ended up paying for a new tire. At that time I wasn't extremely happy but asked about doing the other 2 tires and they said they would order them and let me know when they came in. Never heard from them. Then I brought another car in for brakes and an oil change and was informed then, months later, that my tires were in. I couldn't get the truck in at that time and said I'd bring it in when Icould. Just got a call from the owner today and he said if i didn't schedule by tomorrow he was returning the tires. I couldn't guarantee that i could get a confirmed date and time by tomorrow due to me going out of town this week. The owner said I was called a few times about scheduling, which i never heard from them, and he wasn't going to do business with me anymore. Not the greatest customer service at elite. I guess he has lost a customer. He is no Wayne. I'll drive the 20 miles to get the REAL small town local service. Too bad. I'm not sure how telling a customer he isn't doing business with them after their lack of communication is a good thing. I won't recommend them to my family or friends in the area.

Found a decent place to get the stuff done that I physically can't do anymore. There's no foolery about their work. They're fair in their pricing. Just as importantly...they do not engage in falsely "fluffing" the customer to gain business or misleading them.Great work Elite. We will be back.

Customer service is amazing! They did an excellent job figuring out the issue with my vehicle and got it fixed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price! Shoutout to Jake Foster for the great work he did!

I brought my truck in for a tire mount and balance and had an amazing experience. Customer service was 10/10 and I will recommend them to anyone in the are looking for honest and trustworthy auto repairs!

Was very happy they quickly and accurately diagnosed an oil leak that had been plaguing my car for a year. They fixed it within a few hours and the repair bill was reasonable. Thanks Elite!!

They took care of me and my car. It was reasonably priced and done in a timely manner. They answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. My car drives just as good as it did before any needed repairs. Thanks Elite Autocare! You guys totally rock!!

Brought my vehicle in for some work not know other issues that they brought to my attention and unfortunately they had to let me use a free loaner car and they possibly would have my car through the weekend but they got all the work done in a day and a half they take great care of there customers and very reasonable prices I highly recommend Elite Auto Care supper friendly and takes great care of customers

Get my oil changes and auto repairs done at Elite!! Awesome prices and service!! Slig by the inconvenience having to make an advanced appt but they are much more personable than Valvoline or other similar shops

Have used for several oil changes, always pretty quick, nice and professional and give the whole car a once over and showed me issued, only part I didn't like was they said they could do an alignment for me until I said I replaced some things myself, then they said they didn't have time anymore. Otherwise good service

I was able to get a next day appointment which made it easy for me to just drop my car off before work and pick it up afterwards. There was a slight issue with a plastic shield that prevented them from being able to change the oil and they politely gave me a call to get my approval to take tougher measures that might cause them to have to break the shield. Very polite and efficient office staff.Service: Oil change

Overall good experience with the company and repairs were completed in a timely manner. They fixed what I wanted fixed and made note of everything else that needs to be fixed. Elite Auto Care was amazing from start to finish. Had some noises I was unsure about, they got me in quickly, and loaned me a vehicle while my car was with them. They were very transparent about what needed to be repaired and the cost. They replaced stabilizer links and all the brakes in a timely manner and now my vehicle rides like a completely different car. It is so much sturdier and I feel so much safer in my car now.
