The guy is very nice. I bought a Windshield wiper to replace my old one and he even helps me to install the new one for me. He did a great job

Jim helped me find the wiper blades I needed, assisted in attempting to install, and when things ended up not fitting correctly, refunded me completely, and helped me to source the actual things I needed! He was patient and kind and super helpful. Thank you, Jim!

When I go some places for any car maintenance or fixing or even modifying I'm spoken to in a way that comes off as they don't think I understand what I'm doing because it's a car and I'm a girl times have changed yes but it still happens. However definitely not here, Miguel was absolutely amazing ! my exhaust went to hell Sunday on my way North on 169 just shy of Onamia... I swear you could have been at Finish Line Bar having a drink and you would have heard my exhaust screaming passing Rum River Drive on the opposite end of town. It was just after 5 when I was on my way back Advance Auto was going to be open until 8 and would be the first place I would come across that would have everything I needed. It was great being able to walk in and not once look at differently. I was able to get the pipe and the U clamp and then discovered I didn't have my card on me to be able to also get the adhesive I needed. I tried doing what I could but unfortunately the adhesive was much-needed and time was running out. I made sure to call and let him know that I was going to be there but I may be a couple minutes late Miguel said that he would be willing to stay open so that I could get it. Thankfully it was some kind of miracle that I was able to make it and check-out exactly at 8. Very helpful informative and friendly. 10 out of 10 all the way around

Advanced always has the best service. Unbeatable by any of their competitors. This location is no different.Above & Beyond customer service today. Think my guy's name was maybe Jim? It felt like he really cared about the outcome of my vehicle, and not just the outcome of their cash register.Keep it up, guys!

Miguel and staff are FABULOUS!! They make you feel welcome and are so helpful. I used to hate going to an auto parts store, and super anxious! Miguel made my first trip there great. I won't shop anywhere else for auto parts!

There are two younger guys who seem to regularly help me. Each of the two employees who help me are fantastic. Really go the extra mile to help me out. Great experience and it s the only reason I choose to buy my parts from here! Cannot say enough good things.

My husband went to order a battery online. The guy helping him on Sunday with his initial call was helpful! However, today 10/28/20 when he went to pick up his battery the guy there didn't give him the discount promised and seemed absolutely clueless. BAIT & SWITCH... we will never go here again....

Looked online, said the store was open until 9. Called, the voicemail said open until 9 pm . Walked into the store at 8:15 and was very awkwardly and rudely told by the employee the store was closed, when I mentioned online he only said yeah it lies . We started to pull out, someone pulled in and was allowed in the store to make a purchase, and not even 3 minutes later another vehicle pulled in and entered the UNLOCKED STORE to make a purchase. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. I takes 5 minutes to change your store hours or let someone know that it needs to be done, if that s the case.

I want everybody who reads this reveiw to know that the guys who work go above and beyond to help the customers. We pulled up and turned the truck off and it would not start. They helped us so much trying to figure out what was going on with it. After we figured it out they let us leave the truck there until we got it fixed right there in the parking lot over the weekend. Amazing people!!!!

Went in asked for hydraulic fluid for my wood splitter. The assistant took me right to it and even read the bottle to be sure it works in a wood splitter.

Very amazing place to have when a problem arises with my wheelchair and I needed a foot plate replaced I was able to run into a gentleman named Dan working who replaced my foot plate for me at no Charge was very easy to get around and very helpful staff I would strongly recommend this place to anyone you will be taken care of I was

Impossible to return items that were purchased online to pick up in store which is beyond ridiculous. They say their online stuff is separate and there's no way to make return without physical receipt even though I clearly made and purchased item on their website for in-store pickup but for some reason they can't do a return.Other than accepting returns for purchase items online for in-store pickup Advanced Auto Parts is okay but the whole not being able to return things when it's clearly in their system made me knock down the amount of stars given to the place because that is ridiculous.

We do tons of mechanic work and advance is by far the best parts store in town and ive used them all. These guys usually have what you need and send you home with the right part.

If you go there make sure you know it's completely self service. You won't see an employee, but you can hear them belloring back and forth at each other. No wonder I was the only customer. Too bad I had to leave and go somewhere else.

Was replacing a cv shaft. Jim S was very helpful he took time to help me remove a part from the old cv shaft. Because of his helpfulness I will. Be loyal to advance auto.
