Brett and his staff were wonderful to work with. My dad has been the only one to fix my cars for the past 29 years and with his health he can no longer do that. My vehicle was overheating today, so I stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts and they suggested I bring it over to Absolute Auto Care which was less than a mile away. Brett, the owner, and the other auto mechanics instantly brought into one of the bays and diagnosed it for FREE! Since this is a company vehicle and we typically use another Auto Repair company, they called them, told them what was wrong without even me having to ask! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Honest, very helpful, great customer service, fast and knowledgeable! Thank you so much Absolute Auto Care!

My very brief interaction with Absolute Auto Care left me really dumb founded by the lack of decency and human kindness that alot of people in today's world lack.I was traveling to the cities with my 4 year old son when I had to make a stop in town. When doing so I was experiencing car problems that made my truck undrivable. I coasted my way to Absolute because they were the nearest to me. Now I know businesses are busy and have clients and the likely hold of any immediate repairs was slim but I stopped in anyway. I greeted a man and explained my dilemma even expressing my awareness of they current load of work on their hands. The man had no concern, no remorse. My biggest complaint is that he just sent me on my way with nothing. I know these auto business know one another in town and I feel he could have at least pointed me in the direction to another that may or may not could have helped me. It was just rude. Now I know we can look up anything with Google and find whatever it is we need but honestly the lack of this mans morals and kindness blew me away.Long story short I found an amazing repair shop not far from this one that had great service skills, was able to help and saved my day which I will be leaving a 5 star review too.

This is the only place I feel comfortable touching my car. Seriously, even if I need an oil change real quick, I'd rather schedule one here than go through a quick oil change. They have always been so honest with repairs, giving a scale of each leak severity and telling me if a repair is urgent or could wait a couple months (while dealerships always talk about every situation like it is dire and I am going to break down on the freeway if I don't fix it right now). When I ran over someone's keys and popped both my tires, I shopped around for tire prices and they were able to beat everyone I could find (even Costco, who competes with Costco??). Even when I had an oil leak after an oil change, Brett drove 40 mins to my work to fix my car up in the parking lot.I've been away for a year and have had to resort to dealership oil changes, but I am so excited to be able to bring my car here again!

We broke down on the highway and had to be towed to the nearest auto repair shop. Absolute Auto Care was booked solid but since it was a small, easy repair they fit us in and got us back on the road. Took my car to 4 other shops around the twin cities when it continued to shut down in the middle of the freeway. After 4 expensive attempts to repair my car in which nothing helped, in desperation I took the car to Absolute, and within 2 hours they fixed the problem for less than $100. Have since brought my other car in with possible issues, after inspection, everything looked great and it was only $20. for peace of mind!!!! Won't go anywhere else.

I am new to the area and these guys were recommended. I brought my car in for an oil change and to check my tires because they seemed off. I was called and told I needed new tires. During the conversation I never felt pressured. From which tires to replace to the quality of tire was left completely up to me. I knew exactly how much each tire would cost before I got off the phone. When I picked up my car everyone was very friendly and answered my questions clearly. And while it was not said, I got the distinct impression some strings were pulled to get the tires on the same day. In the morning they said they didn t have tires for my car but they would be able to get some by noon. I left with full confidence in this shop and full knowledge they are my go to for any mechanical issues.Services: Tires, Oil change

This shop was recommended to me by a friend. My experience was mostly over the phone. The clutch was making noise. Brett and his crew diagnosed the problem quickly. I provided some Subaru factory parts I wanted installed since the transmission had to come out to replace the clutch. Also had wheel bearings, ball joints, tire rod ends, axle seals and a cv axle replaced. They completed the work very quickly and finished the job with an alignment. Great job guys!! They kept me informed about all the repairs the entire time . They even asked me about the history of the vehicle to get a better understanding. They didn't upsell me on anything and actually seemed like they cared about the customer . My husband replaced so many parts in the front end of his truck. Shortly after We brought the truck in for mount and balance of tires and alignment. The guys here are just so incredibly friendly and quick. They stayed late so we could pick it up and where completely up front and honest with me (a gal who knows nothing about cars) quality work and reasonable pricing. My husband again replaced more parts due to a death shake in the truck and we brought it back in they did a second alignment for us, and finally we had another recheck because tires were wearing down still and we asked them to just do a full service check find the problem and fix it for us my husband had no other ideas on what was wrong. Again they did this quick, kind, reasonable. Long story short I highly recommend Absolute Auto, we have had an amazing experience with them. We can t thank them enough for their time and patience.!

I went in at 3:00 on a Friday hoping to get a quick oil change and tire rotation. They were obviously super busy, but still made time to get it done by 5:00.
