Jesse and team are the best! Had my daughter s car repaired after she was in accident and the service was amazing! Communication on repairs and updates on timing were best in class! Would highly recommend for your car repairs!

I had them do a bumper replacement plus much more and all the work was absolutely perfect. The paint match was perfect, body lines are perfect, and the people are extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them if you want things done correctly and high quality. Thanks again

I took my car in to get a approximate 12" dent out of the rear quarter pannel on friday the 9th of march 2024. I was welcomed by extremely kind employees that took my keys and told me they would give me an estimated finish date soon. Monday morning the 12th i began receiving text notifications from them about where my car was in the repair process and if there was any delays. Thursday the 15th i get a call around 11am about how my car was almost done and should be ready by the end of the day friday. I should mention the employee that was supposed to be giving my key back and collecting payment said if the car got finished after close he would wait for me after opperaring hours. I stress again excellent customer service. I go to pick up the car on friday the 16th at 4:45pm and low and behold the car looks immaculate! When i brought my car in it was fairly dirty inside and out. These beautyful humans buffed the entire cars paint on the outside and did an entire car detail inside! I cant stress enough how amazing the service was! I will defenitly be bringing my vehicles in for any damage i need fixed next. Thank you Abra of Princeton MN!

From a stressful event of an accident to our vehicle being repaired, the employees at Abra were absolutely wonderful! From start to finish we had updates and they always informed us if any issues would come up! By far the friendliest and customer oriented group of workers we have ever dealt with!! Would definitely use their services in the future if needed!

Bad took 10 days to change a headlight and a grill should take about 4 hours because they did not check the parts before they took it apart they had the wrong part I understand things can go wrong but to make me suffer because of there bad judgement is wrong they always made me feel like I was stupid and just did not understand we waited 2 months so they could have the right parts and they never checked to make sure I hope this was a one time mistake poor planning I dont even want to give one star but it looks like I have to

After hitting a deer with my jeep we took it to ABRA in Princeton. They made a bummer situation better immediately. Gave us a quick quote and started working with our insurance. We got daily updates on how our vehicle was coming along and they were done with everything in a very reasonable amount of time. Car looked great and was detailed inside and out when we got it back. Would definitely recommend to family and friends if they ever need auto body work.

I did was excellent like always no complaints there only one complaint I had my doors fixed and it was one more part they didn't put in the bed so now I have to return and drop it off again which is kind of a hassle to me I wish they would put that on the witch I thought they did they were aware of it but otherwise I'm pleased as a customer

Amber and the staff at the Princeton Abra are amazing. Very accommodating, kept me up to date on the repair of my car,. Amber scheduled a rental for me and had it waiting at the body shop when I dropped my car off. Very happy with this place! I was rear ended not too long ago. Brought my 2016 Colorado here to have them take a quick look and was told I had a bent frame. Figured out the rental with insurance and about a week later brought the truck back to Abra. Gave them the insurance claim number and they took it from there. I also needed some things done to it out of my own pocket (dent in the hood and a couple of other things). Extremely happy with the work that they did. It looks fantastic!! Eric kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was great and easy to work with. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Will definitely come back here if needed. I highly recommend this place.

We are very satisfied with our experience with Abra! We hit a deer and did some pretty major damage to the front drivers side of our car. Everyone at Abra was very professional and friendly! We got our back within a few weeks and they kept us informed regularly on the progress of the repairs. We've had no problems since getting our car back. The staff at this Auto Body place were very professional and did a great job updating me on the progress they were making on my car. There was a bit of a delay with getting parts they had ordered due to nationwide shortages. My car is looking like new after they replaced my hood and bumper. I highly recommend them for all your auto body needs.Service: Body & Trim

This is the 3rd time we have brought one of our vehicles in to Abbra in Princeton and they have always done a great job. They are very friendly, they call and keep you informed of where they are at with your vehicle and how long it's going to take. If you find something wrong after you leave, they get you back in right away to get it looked at and fixed. I will definitely keep going back. Amazing service!!Service: Body & Trim

The attendants were friendly and helpful. The job took longer than what we had hoped for, but this was because if circumstances beyond Abra's control. They were helpful in telling us what was happening and were very accommodating. We were very pleased with the work that was done. Through the whole process of dropping off my car until I was able to pick it up I was constantly being updated on the progress by both text messages and voicemails. I truly felt that business was appreciated. When something arose that was going to delay the process, not their fault but due to everything being setback from COVID, I was informed immediately. I was very impressed with how personal and professional each interaction was. The customer service manager Meghan always went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
