Got 4 pizzas and a bread sticks.The bread sticks were flat.The Taco pizza lacked chips and lettuce. (Past date)The BBQ Chicken had banana peppers "which is standard" -them over the phone (it's not, check your app)They gave a replacement BBQ.The supreme and meat galore were okay.As a former Casey's worker... Get your ish together.

Went in to get a bag of chips and there was no one around! The 2 people in front of us walked out! Almost 10 minutes of us coming into the store, using the restroom and grabbing a bag of chips and waiting, a kid walks around from the back, gets on the phone, enters stuff on the touch screen while another man walks out from the back and watches! Maybe 1 person running register while the other one deals with food would be helpful!

Trying to check out at register and the cashiers were too busy having a conversation with each other then trying to do their job. North Casey s in pipestone, MN needs better people with better customer service skills.

Came in and there was no heat. The workers had to work in very cold conditions. With cold conditions outside it was almost the same inside as it was outside. As a large company you d think they d be able to have heat for their workers!

The manager first name is Mary is very rude to not only the customers but also her employees. Witnessed her using racial slurs to a young girl of african decent. She had just started there. Poor thing was crying.... Then quit and walked out the door. And she wasn't the first employee she done it to

Some of the nicest people you'd ever meet. I was traveling through Pipestone, and we stopped for Casey's pizza lunch---the lady on the right in this photo took the time to cut it into little Pizza Bites for our two-year old. Really clean store, great selection, and of course, the pizza is amazing!!

Stopped in at 5:00 am for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Kitchen worker out front having one way conversation with cashier. He was complaining about management. He is obviously unhappy working here. Nothing offered in the warmers. Nothing. Noticing my presence, complainer returns to kitchen but continued to bark into another employees ear, who is preparing some food. I can still hear his complaining. I left with nothing to eat.Second morning, same time. Warmers are empty except for some dried up pizza from last nite. Complainer is talking at the same employee who is preparing something. He is dancing and yapping but no working and no breakfast for me. Please fire complainer and hire someone that will make me some breakfast.

I used to rate them 5 stars cause I do love their pizza and other delicious food. However now that all fuel must be pre paid I seldom stop anymore.

The people working didn't see the ticket with one large and one medium pizza. Then the refund was stupid has to bring everything back in from the car. I would no recommend this Casey's.

Seriously some of the workers here need to learn their job better. Especially making sure people get the order that they placed and they don't sell it to someone else.

There is NVR anything in the warmers and the pizza is always old... The kitchen employees need to step it up.
