I had our Equinox towed to Birds Auto knowing that it needed a motor replacement. I talked to Jason on the phone a couple times, and he gave me his professional opinion on Jasper vs. GM motors. We decided Jasper was a better option due to GM not fixing their problems with that motor and Jasper making it a better engine. The motor was delivered ahead of schedule, and they got the car done and back to us a couple weeks before I thought we would see it. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced mechanics, and honest. These guys are a team I highly recommend!

Jason and his team at Bird s is absolutely wonderful to work with. They are kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Repairs are done quickly and at a reasonable price. It s not common you can find a trustworthy mechanic or auto shop. Birds is the place to go!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and take care of everything. The service is exceptional. The prices are very good as well. I live in Rochester and I needed my timing belt replaced and its a more lengthy (and costly) repair, and the price they quoted me was far better than anything I could have found here. They did a thorough inspection. Zero pressure for extra repairs . I honestly wish I would have known about them sooner. It s hard to fine an auto shop that you can really trust, and I feel so fortunate now that I have one. Thank you Birds Auto!

Jason was amazing at helping me. A very fair and honest business. I was traveling to Virginia the next day and he was able to get me in and replace my rotors. I was so grateful and my trip to Virginia went so much better! Thank you so much!

Bird s Auto is the best, hands down! I live in the cities but have family in the Pile Isle, and I choose Birds because Jason runs the most reliable, honest and hardworking shop I ve ever used. Plainly speaking, as long as my family is in Rochester, we will not be going anywhere else to have our vehicles serviced. Jason and his team are efficient, courteous, and fair. Knowing you can trust the shop with your vehicle is invaluable and that's what we get at Bird's Auto.

I drive out of my way to bring my cars from Rochester to Bird s. Jason is very honest and will let you know if he can t fix something without charging just for looking at it. We have brought Fords, a dodge, a Jeep, cars trucks and SUV s here. Call before you come to get an estimate price and to schedule an appointment as they can get booked a few days in advance.

I met the most professional, hardworking, & honest group of men at this shop. I came in unexpectedly needing an emergency diagnostic & they executed without hesitation and got me on my way & told me everything I needed in detail in a great amount of time. Highly recommended shop for all your auto repair needs for sure.

Was told by a local dealer I needed new brakes after an oil change. I trust Birds so I made an appointment to have it done there.. They charged me $ 39 for a brake check and said they were just fine and said to come back to them for my oil changes, which I will.

Amazing service! Blew a tire on 52 and managed to limp my truck to them as they were the closest. They had me back on the toad in no time. Super friendly and helpful. Along with being a nicely maintained shop and office. Thank you! I m glad there are still good people out there.

AMAZING SERVICE!! Jason is very honest and fair in pricing. He also went the extra mile to drop off and exchange keys during closed hours. Honest business that performs excellent work at a fair price. This is everything you'd expect from a great local business.I can't express enough how important it is for me to be able to trust a mechanic, or anyone for that matter. From the initial phone conversation, accurate diagnosis, reliable repairs, the ownership, quality of hired help, experience, knowledge and confidence that if Jason and his crew say this is what needs to be done, it's what needs to be done, this is small town America at its best.Yes, it is absolutely worth the drive.

Had a GREAT experience with Bird's Auto. They were flexible about getting my car in when it would work best for me and the pricing was better here than the other places I checked with prior. Bonus! Repair was done quickly as well. Most definitely will be returning for future services!

I go to Bird's for anything I need done with my car! The staff is wonderful! The owner is a very nice guy and takes care of his customers. Even when he was super busy fit me in on a Friday because he knew I was worried about my car. It ended up being nothing at all but he didn't make me feel dumb or like I wasn't his time at all. They explained to me what the noise was so I could understand and be more knowledgeable about my car. Very happy to have such an amazing shop in Pine Island!

I highly recommend Bird's Auto for anyone in the Rochester area, who is looking for an honest, reasonably-priced auto-mechanic. The owner is incredibly helpful and always goes out of his way to give me a good deal. I've done all my auto care work there for the past 3 years and I've never been disappointed. They are really good about getting back to their customers and explaining exactly what their repairs include.

Very friendly and honest, which is something very hard to come by when looking for a mechanic. I don't always go there because I do a lot of my own work, but I would highly recommend to anyone needing auto repair.
