Ended up getting a hole in my tire on a Sunday! I didn't know where to go. Thank God Walmart tire service was open! It was a big hole so we lost air fast and would not have made it home or out of town to get it fixed. The auto center worked us in quickly and sent us on our way. Very friendly staff.

Very upset pull up to get oil change as always done. I go in leave my keys, and sign my car in. There i find out alot of people ahead of me now they tell me I have to have a apptmt well hell no one tell me u have to have apptmts now. They have lost my business. Walmart auto should tell their customers. Won't be back.

Amateur hour at Pine City Walmart Auto Careless Center. Apparently you don't need to start the first few threads of the lug nuts by hand. Just put them into a socket and impact wrench them on. In their defense, I had bad wheel studs. Ok sure I had 2 bad wheels studs, but those sheared off and I can confirm those. The other "bad wheel stud" didn't shear off but rather had completely shredded threads. I worked on cars and have experience this a time or two myself. Schedule your next tire change somewhere else.

I was able to get in and out really quick on a walk-in appointment.4 stars because the woman I spoke to twice had no idea what she was talking about and nearly turned us away because she said they didn't have the tires we needed.I spoke to someone else, and they confirmed twice that the tires were in stock.She was a bit grumpy and unpleasant to work with, but the guys there made up for her attitude.

Had a tire repaired. I don't know about this time. But the last time they used a plug and put a patch over it. They didn't have the proper tire repair equipment. Nowadays. They have a plug with a patch all in one. For safety reasons.

Needed two tires fixed in two days. Called on a weekend to see if they fixed tires and they do. Friendly staff, handled as quickly as possible.

Quick service on oil change in 15 minutes. To bad the computers they use to check out is old. It took me 40 minutes to wait in line to out. The cash register would not pull up the man's repairs who was in front of me and they only had one of the three registers working.

Fast and easy place for tires. Customer service was excellent. Except I requested my spare tire to be place in my back seat and they put it in my trunk. I have a stereo system so I didn't want nothing in my trunk or for it to be opened. Dude wasn't informed about it but it wasn't a real big deal so I brushed it off. Need tires and in a rush I'd recommend that Walmart

Good experience and the shift manager in auto care. Sorry I forgot his name. He is very tall guy, he was nice, helpful and good customer service.

They lost my center, promised car by noon was not ready until 4p.m. after they kept car for weekend. Won't buy from them again. They did not care.

Very poor communication! Went down there last week to get tires for my car lady said they were in stock get there nope they only have 2 left when computer system said they have 7 in stock well I have a 4 wheel car so guy behind desk said he would hold those 2 with my name on them and call this week when the other 2 came in well I just called and guy said we don t do that we don t even know who you are and now we only have one tire it s first come first serve well this wal mart is not good if you need all four tires if you need one it may be great or if you need cheap tires that you can t go more then 40 mph on a dirt road and this is dirt road country but otherwise very poor! Poor poor poor!

They were qick but they didn't replace my valve stems like I specifically ask them to do. Then they did not ask me if I wanted the warranty but instead just aromatically charged me for it $100.00 . Then I asked them to pick out the two best tires that came off and I had to say something three times. They pulled the car out and no tires. Lousy service.

Make an appointment! Drove over there on a Wednesday, arrived at 5:30 pm they close at 7pm and wouldn't take anymore customers. I wanted a tire rotation. Asked me questions in regards to what type of lug nuts and how I wanted tires rotated. If I knew that I'd probably be rotating them myself. Plus I purchased the tires through them. That should be in my account info.

I had my snow tires removed & my all season tires put on. The employees are very friendly & have most of my vehicle work done there.

Came in with two punctured tires full of fix-a-flat (sorry again!) and not only replaced them fast and reasonably priced, but they also corrected whatever the last four mechanics missed which made my car drive as smooth as the day I bought it. Thanks a million, and again, sorry for the fix-a-flat!

(changing my review because of a mistake made about my girlfriends car). You told us the last time you did her oil change that the pan or plug was stripped. We came back to get another one and you said we would risk not being able to get the plug back on and risk having to get towed... So after getting my oil changed on my car I had to go out of my way and go to another actual real mechanic shop. I showed them the notes you guys put down on her car. Waited around town several hours only to find out there was nothing wrong with the plug or the pan. I was even shown pictures of the plug and pan looks completely fine. I don't know what you guys are smoking but I'll be avoiding future service from you guys as much as possible in the near future.

I brought my car there 5/30/18 for a oil change and a couple of the service techs went in and out of my car keep slamming my car door into their vacuum cleaner like it was no big deal.. Then they never checked half the stuff they were suppose to check and said I declined that service on the receipt. Which I never did. If you value your car beware!!

Lenny is RUDE. I left without doing business at auto center nor supermarket. I was essentially shoved out the autoshop and told to park elsewhere without a greeting or asking me what I needed. You do not get to encroach upon my space and intimidate me.

This place is destined to be closed.lack of employee motivation. I was the only one in there, 1 set of tires 8 employees 1 and 1/2 hours. I would be disgraced if I was the manager of that outfit

4 tires purchased for a Sebring at the Pine City location. Instead of informing my wife that they do not have the correct weights to balance the wheels, they installed incorrect weights and took her money anyway.

They always explain in detail what will occur. If your issue(s) isn't resolved, they will do their best to figure it out within their means. That's all one could ask for!
