Scotts muffler treated us well.. Owner is helpful; straight forward; and honest. fixed my wifes car issues in no time and for a fair price. There were a few more problems than I initially knew about but it was fixed the right way and done in a timely matter.The shop I bring my work vehicles and stuff to for large mechanical repairs over the years; I have full trust in the owner there. He is a ways away from my new home but I asked him about quoting an exhaust manifold but said I would probably bring it to Scotts because they did a good job on the last thing I needed. This other owner is located 40 minutes from Scotts and said that I should just go to Scott; he said scott is great at his work and is the guy to go to in my area.So the reputation goes beyond town and to other professionals. Nice to know ....

Thanks Scott....you are the best. Helped me 3 times with exhaust problems and fixed them in a timely and professional manner. Forget the the 1 star posts. Trust me. Once again fixed my 2003 Regal exhaust issues. The best in the business! 4 times now.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Scott is a very knowledgeable and competent mechanic. He repaired our exhaust issue quickly, without trying to upsell. He also welded/added another hanger to improve the structural integrity of the system. Fair, reasonable pricing.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Scott has worked on so many of my vehicles that I have lost count. I can not remember a time when I felt that he lied about a part needed or its installation. Reading through the reviews it would seem that some people had horrible experiences. To me it seems incomprehensible as I have always found him to be straight forward and accurate. Scott cutting off your Cat and keeping it would be theft, he has been in business a long time. We did not have google back when he started but we had word of mouth. Scott's shop has usually been a busy shop, so I can only assume some kind of misunderstanding or maybe even slander. May God continue to provide peace and Truth.

I had brought in my toyota Celica after clipping a dead deer and breaking my exhaust pipe he fixed it in a timely manner and it sounded good and quiet when he was done

Scott is extremely rude to his customers and will keep your cats when he fixed your exhaust. He is an outright troll and very shady! 10/10 do not recommend!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Horrible customer service, I would not recommend taking your car here. Scott is extremely rude and likes to rip his customers off. Will charge you more then double what his original estimates were. After he is done with his work he will leave the keys in your car in the parking lot for you to come pick up. Will never be bringing another car here again.

Does not listen to what you want done went back so he could fix what he did but he told me if I was not satisfied it was not his problem told me he was going to do something that me and another guy couldn t do and charged me $75 don t like to be taken advantage of and then told that if you re not satisfied not his problem

Asked for a quote to istall an aftermarket exhaust which is a bolt on exhaust, and quoted me 4 hours labor for something that should take an hour, he kept coming up with excuses not to instal it saying he had to messure the catalitic converter and it has to match up when it doesnt matter
