AWESOME SERVICE!1.) I called them and told them I had a leaky tire-They got me in within an hour!2.) Friendly front desk service.3.) They have a high tech full body massage chair in the lobby that s free for their customers to use .I literally got a massage while they fixed my tire. Doesn t get much better than that!4.) The price was fair! (In this economy it s hard to find a fair price on anything anymore, so thank you for that!)5.) I received a follow up text the next day to check in on my tire and to make sure everything was still good.It s really nice to feel like a valued customer.This business does a very good job at it!

polite, careful and expert staff and the best mechanics for European cars. It's not unnecessarily expensive.I am not sure they are the best in USA but I am definitely sure they are best in MINNESOTA!

Matt's automotive was great. Called, they got me in within 2 hours. Fixed my problem and was very reasonably priced. Very happy with the service. Nice friendly staff. Thanks guys!!

Actually a little dissapointed. My car isnt running very good sinceci got it back . No one even asked me how to get to my battery so that it could be inspected which sh.ould be included with an oil change. Also nothing got greased ex. bearings , at least thats what all the other mechanics have done whenever they changed my oil. Otherwise I would of given a 5 star rating.

They checked my vehicle and gave me an estimate. Brakes needed work but I was not ready to fix it yet for a couple weeks. When I picked it up it sounded way worse than when I brought it in. Had someone check it and the lug nuts were so loose they could be screwed off by hand. Good thing I only drove a few blocks. What disappointed me most was when I let the service person know...he just said that happens with Hondas sometimes....instead of accepting responsibility for an error.Service: Brake service & repair

Service was excellent! Hadn't had my car worked on for a couple years & Matt's was able to take care of everything I needed - one stop repair shop! Helpful pleasant people working there too. All of the guys were really nice and quick to help with anything I needed and even stayed late to make sure my tires were done so I could have my truck back that night. I like the online invoice as you go thing they have too, that was cool!

If I could rate this place I would give it less than a 1. I took my vehicle in for rear brakes the first thing they told me was there was a 36.00 charge just because their shop did it that way to inspect the whole vehicle all I needed was rear brakes. they spent more time on the vehicle inspection then they did if they would have just did the brakes they showed me pictures of all the things that I needed on the vehicle costing over 2,500. All I needed was new brake needless to say I will never return to that business

We called these folks for a noise we were hearing when driving at low speeds. They got us in right away, diagnosed within 10 minutes and had us out the door with new brakes and rotors in an hour.They offered us a loaner car for the hour we would be sitting, but we didn't need it. It's great they have the option though! (Even the dealer I got my last car from doesn't have loaners available most of the time.)We were fully pleased with the service. They even include quotes in the invoice for other issues that need fixing. It is really nice not having to ask for a quote on extras!Tom was the service manager and he made the experience very easy for us.We will definitely go back with other inevitable car issues that arise.

If I could give less than one star I would! My partner dropped off his work van on May 18 to have the transmission replaced. We picked it up on June 6. He only had 33 miles & the transmission failed! Matt s contacted the vendor where they found the transmission to have another one sent. That took a few weeks. When Matt s received it, they were going to charge us another $1300 to replace it. This was after paying $6700 for the first transmission. During this time I filled a claim with my credit card to dispute the original charge. At this time Matt s was finally able to work with the vendor on a lesser amount to replace it again. From when we dropped it off to when we picked it up was 102 days! For a self employed business owner, this was detrimental to his business. Think twice before going to Matt s, yeah they did eventually replace the transmission, but again it took about a 3rd of the year to do it!

I have been to Matt's 4-5 times in the last year for repairs on my old 2009 van. I needed a/c work, rear struts, brake pads, oil changes, and a coil kit. They have been so kind, helpful and patient in explaining what is wrong with the vehicle and my best options. Their diagnostic tests were free and very accurate. They were fair and honest with their repairs and stuck with the price quotes they gave.I had really been ripped off by a local dealership prior to this and was relieved to work with honest and caring people.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair

I came in with my car because Walmart said they couldn't took 2 of the lugnuts on passenger rear tire. Not only did Matt's look at it, they fixed and inspected my vehicle. Sam was amazing talking to me and gave me good advice about not having people/friends fix my vehicle except if they are a mechanic. THANK YOU!

I had to get an alignment done, tie rods replaced and a front axle replaced. Ended up needing some additional work done besides the above . I also was a customer of Campbell's for about 12 years so was interested to see how things would go with new ownership. Matt's was able to get me in quickly to get the work done. They willingly worked with my warranty company to get some of the repairs covered so that was fantastic . Not all the garages in this area will do that. Customer service was great. We had them mount and balance a tire for us. The service was great and fast. The cost was a bit of a sticker shock though. Over $30. But, the, we haven't had a tire M&B since before COVID so maybe this is the running price now.

Matt and his team went above and beyond to save our camping trip vacation. Just south of Pine City on I-35, our boat trailer had a tire failure which also took out our trailer brakes. On a Friday, Matt was able to source the brake pads we needed, and fit us in to an already fully booked shop schedule. By afternoon, Matt had us back on the road with new trailer tires and brakes. We also learned it was the first day Matt took ownership of this shop and he was there during the transition.Great people make great businesses. Thank you Matt and your team for the SUPERIOR customer service. You made a bad situation a positive situation, which allowed for a great family vacation and memory making for us and the kids. The crew at Matt's was extremely friendly and professional. DO NOT GO HERE: They refused to do the repair I wanted. Forced me to pay for a test I did not want! The overall price was over $400 more than original quote!!! DO NOT GO HERR. Wanted a simple thermostat gasket replaced. That's all. They wanted to do a bunch of other things (most of them having nothing to do with the repair requested). I am the customer! Do what I ask you to do!!Still ended up paying $64 for a test I did not want, and told them I didn't want done!Absolutely ridiculous, will never go here again!

My daughter was on her way back to college in Duluth coming from the cities and she had engine problems. We stopped and scanned the code for the engine light. We stopped by to see if we could get my daughters car in and Matt at the counter said they were booked a couple days out. I told Sam at the counter what the code was and he had a suggestion to simply check the air filter. That turned out to fix the problem. She had her oil changed at a big chain store and they never tightened the air filter. We are very thankful for honest and helpful people like Sam W. You rock!!

They did my speed sensor and do to my CVC Axel and something else needing to be fixed I'm unsure how well my vehicle is fixed cause I haven't really been driving it. But I will say that they are nice people and I was an hour or so late and they still took me in For now I'ma say that they are a good place to go and you should check them out.

They tried to get me to buy a whole new engine when it wasn't needed. I brought to another shop and they confirmed what the original mechanic at the shop before it was purchased by Matt's said it was... lifters. Well I was told over the phone that the alignment would be $100.00 . Went to pay for it and got charged $180.00 . They said it was a misunderstanding. I know what I was told so as my first experience at Matt's was not good. Matt's lost my business. Also there were no parts to be put in. Starter motor replacement. Expensive bc had to r n r the intake manifold, etc. But the CR-V is a 2005 so it just wore out. Good job! Thanks!
