Took my car to Nyhus service. It was causing me a lot of problems and expenses. They knew I could only afford basic and they tried to make it workable. It wasn't cooperating.I drove it over to the sales office crying because of my fixed income I didn't know what to do. Nick and the gang were wonderful. They searched their inventory and found a vehicle I could afford. Then they secured the loan with a minimum amount of information. Within a couple hours I was on the road in my 2022 Hyundai Accent. The Nyhus group is just fantastic. Thanks Team!

We had an appointment scheduled to test drive a vehicle on Saturday morning. At 2:00 on Friday afternoon, Greg texted me to check in and make sure we were still on for Saturday. At 4:00 on friday afternoon I received another message that the vehicle we were looking at was sold. I would expect this from some flake on facebook, but this is supposed to be a reputable family business. They have proven to me that they are not an honest small town family dealership. I won't ever try to do business there again.

With the cold weather came some rather spendy repairs. The service center was able to order parts and have my car ready in a fairly timely manner. Everyone was polite, understanding and professional. Shout out to Nick , Greg, Jon, Scott and Sarah. Special thanks to the mechanics. Thank you.

I recently bought a 2019 f150 from their sale outfit. And the second day, I had a hard time starting it. I called the salesperson I bought from, and within an hour, I was getting a call from their service department. They had in their shop within an hour, and they figured out what was wrong. Unfortunately, they had to oder the part they needed from Ford. It took about a week to get the part. They called me the following Thrusday and on Friday set up an appointment to have it fixed. At no charge due to the fact I had just bought for their company.

They get your car in as soon as they can and fix it within a good timeframe. They also have good customer service and they are very knowledgeable about the work that they do. Would recommend.

I was traveling from Lincoln NE to the lakes area late at night and had a tire blow out. I called Nyhus first thing the next morning and Scott said Come on down and I will get you right in! When I arrived Scott was waiting for me. He had Chrissy write up my ticket as he pulled my truck in the shop immediately. I was blown away with how efficient and friendly they are!!Listening to some of the repeat customers that came in while I was waiting completely took me back in time... when life was not so complicated and people helped others just because it was the right thing to do.They had my tire fixed in 10 minutes. Even took the time to test drive it making sure the sensor was reading correctly and they made sure my spare tire was put back in place!! Best service I have had in a very long time!!I don t live in the area full time but I visit quite often in the summer months. They have my business going forward hands down. So much I may be buying my next truck from them!!

When on vacation my starter went out. Took my vechile to Nyhus the were able to diagnose, get the replacement starter and get replaced all within an hour and a half. With there proficiency I was able to get my starter replaced without it effecting my vacation. Thanks to the Nyhus service team. I am so grateful a friend recommended Nyhus Service Center. I now take my car here for every oil change and they have even rotated my tires. They are very accommodating, getting me in usually within a day of calling. Great people, great price!!!! Try them! You will not be disappointed.

Great service and super easy to schedule appointments. Reasonable prices too. We've had oil changes, tire service and engine service. Everything has been done timely and right. Recommend them to everyone!

I gave a four-star review today because the service center staff was friendly, the quality was good, and the owner quickly addresses concerns from the customers. I knocked off one star because the service staff could communicate better with the customer. The owner resolved my concern so I will be back.Note: I will raise this rating if they improve communication on future visits.

First time customer of Nyhus Service Center and I'm very happy with what they were able to do!! I came in for an oil change and ended up getting my window fixed as well! I waited while the work was being done and it is a nice friendly environment with amazing staff! Thank you so much! I will definitely be back!

The owner of this shop can only repair American and Japanese cars. Last year, I replaced my BMW with brake pads in this shop, but the mechanic did not reset the car s brake system or put in the BMW anti-theft screws. The key is broken, I must forcibly remove the anti-theft screw. I will never go to a repair shop in such a small place to repair a car again. I gave 2 stars because other items I wanted were not helpful to me except for the oil change. This is a bad experience. I am an outsider. I came to the United States thinking that Americans are very powerful. After this experience, this made me realize that my thinking about the United States has changed.

Thought when you got a oil change they would vacuum your vechile out . Wipe your dash off things like that. Car wash . But none of that . Just a oil change for almost 50bucks. Thought I was supposed to get first 3 oil changes free . But they didn t know any thing about that . Cause mark the guy who sold me my vehicle retired..Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This is the best place to get an oil change! These guys are quick and very affordable. I drive from Detroit Lakes to Perham every time I need one. I'll keep coming here for many years to come!

Nyhus is a great place to get your car serviced. They now what they are doing and for a fair price. Everyone there is also really nice and friendly. I wouldn t want to bring my car anywhere else.
