Worst customer Service ever!! They make excuses for you to pay more to fix things. If I could give a 0 I would. Be careful! Go elsewhere ( Fergus, Fargo, or Scotty a block away! Any other place is more honest than this place). GO ELSEWHERE. They also broke the hood latch on my Volvo XC90 during an oil change they said they couldn t do. Rushed me out and found the latch broken. I had to take time off and I had to take it to the twin cities to fix. They are TERRIBLE!!!

Outstanding service. Beyond fair and reasonable for their labor costs. In a word, honest! This is old school business that is done right to make a profit but not a killing. This will be the only place I will be taking my cars in the future.

I have had two occasions to use the services at OK Tire store. Being new in town and not really knowing anyone for sure, I was going on the word of other people. My first job was a major fix that was mis-diagnosed in my previous service place, so when Ron and his guys at OK Tire were able to find the problem and repair it, I was thrilled. They gained my confidence immediately!The second time I needed help,I received the same expert service and feel soConfident In the work and materials. I haveDefinitely found my service shop in Pelican Rapids-only OK TIRE for me!!! !!!

My tire blew out on highway I-94 and a kind highway patrolman helped me put the donut on. I limped my car into Pelican Rapids and these guys had me in and out within an hour. They were super friendly too!

This place deserves negative starts. One of my wheels they scratched a line 2/3 of the way around. Didn't give me my BMW valve stems back, and broke a BMW center cap and didn't give it back or tell me. Had to go back and retrieve it and my valve stems... the response to this was along the lines of "he goes too fast and forgets".Additionally, I just saw that they mounted two tires opposite of the "Rotation " stamp (those two tires were even marked in ink by me which side to put in).Update:Took the car in to get an alignment and found out at least one or more of the tires wasn't balanced correctly as well.Update 2:Improperly balanced tire blew out on the side of the road during a winter storm, there went an expensive Blizzak snow tire...An over-priced mount and balance that wasn't done correctly which resulted in lost time and money. I highly recommend never taking your vehicles or wheels here.
