I just traded in my 2016 f-250 for a 2021 f-150. Spencer with Yarmon Ford was the most helpful salesman I have dealt with thus far. He gave me a good price on my trade-in and made the buying process quick and easy. Definitely would recommend Yarmon Ford.

We just had the kindest man save us! My sister and I were stuck on the side of the road and Grant, had come and helped out with our car issues. He was very helpful! And we definitely recommend this service to anyone in need!

I was not able to drive to the Yarmon Ford dealership initially to look at a 2023 Ford F250 Super Duty they had on the lot, but the phone calls with Spencer, Jason and the team answered all of questions I had about the truck. I usually wouldn't have purchased a vehicle without first seeing it and then finalizing the deal, but the Yarmon Ford team gave me confidence that I could do that. They had everything in order when my wife and I arrived to sign paperwork. We are very impressed with them and recommend them to anyone. The work was ok, we wanted an oil change. We also wanted to repair the motor on the sun roof and repair the motor or switch on drivers seat! When I picked up the car they said they didn't have us down for that and we needed to schedule a diagnostic and come back in again. We brought the car in the night before and when I picked it up there plenty of service techs there that could have done it right away! Disappointed and will not be going back! Have done business there for quite sometimes! Found a local mechanic to help us out!!

I've come to Yarmon very often for oil changes because I like their punch card thing they do. However, the last time I was there I had forgotten my current one and asked for a new one. I was given a new one and I specifically asked if I could use the old one and this new one for my next time as it would give me a free oil change using both. I was told yes. (Had bad service towards the end on that date too) but fast forward to today, not only did they take forever (appt was at 10 and didn't leave until 1145) for an oil change, I asked to have a button on my steering wheel checked as it was stuck and my battery clamp looked at. They did the battery thing but not my steering wheel button. This is the second time I have a bad experience with Yarmon. I gave them the benefit of the doubt by going back, but im not sure I will anymore. I also do not live close and there is a closer Ford to me than Yarmon but I chose to go there. Needless to say I won't anymore.

Very easy to work with and willing to help me get what I wanted in a car, even if it ment getting one from another dealership. Had the vehicles I wanted to check pulled up and ready to test drive when I got there! A++ service!

Zero stars! They literally fixed my car that was later looked at by different shop and said dangerous to drive, meanwhile Yarmon went ahead and charged me over 600 to fix tire and were going to fix other things, never once telling me that it was dangerous to drive and shouldn't be on the road!! When called said sorry can't refund anything or take parts back or even discount anything except an oil change!!

Phenomenal experience at Yarmon Ford! I saw a truck in the parking lot, and called Yarmon on the way to work and�Kolin, the GM answered the phone. He was very helpful with the questions I had about the truck and never pushed anything on me. He also worked�very hard to offer a competitive�price on my trade in. Kolin had everything ready for me when I went there to purchase the truck and introduced�me to Spencer the Sales guy. Spencer was very helpful with the Sale and walked me through�everything�in my New 2023 F250 Tremor!Another�note: I called, Yarmon parts department yesterday and ordered floor mats and they're already in, Today! Nothing but good things to say about this dealership!

Went in and they told us that are filter needed to be changed although I just got them changed 2 months ago there at yarmen and they showed us some filters that were completely caked and then the oil sticker said our next oil change is in 500 miles or 6 months and we called them and they said it was standard for 500 miles or 6 months when it's usually 5000. Then the lady was all upset and changed it to 3000 or 6 months but didn't say a word to us

If you re looking for service done on a vehicle 100 percent do not go here. Your bill will be 10x the price of going to smaller mechanic shops and the smaller mechanic shops would probably properly diagnose your issues the first time before changing out other parts and finding out they never needed to be done cause they don t know what there doing. After giving 5k in repairs they still try to find other small things to try and suck you out of more money.

They were all very nice to work with, I was from out of town so when I got there all the paperwork was ready to sign and the truck had a full tank of gas. Had a mix-up with the key fobs and they got that all squared away as well. Was worth the 13 hour round trip!

I recently worked with Ashley and Jason who helped me purchase a Ford Bronco Sport, my first time buying a brand new vehicle. I live 2 hours away from Paynesville but the process could not have been more easy, smooth or fast!
