Great friendly staff! Loved staying there have stayed there a few times for family related events! My son absolutely loves that they have a kiddie pool he can be in that s not deep! Breakfast is great too especially the waffles! Rooms are also so nice relaxing and always clean! Most other hotels I ve stayed at don t have games to rent out either and my son loves that they have games out and available to play! Will be booking again!

I had a 2 night stay hotel reservation for one of their extended stay suites. I chose that room because it had a door separating the "living room" sleeping area due to having a child with special needs that needs the extra quiet from my other children to sleep. After driving over 3hrs to check in I find out that they switched my room without my knowledge. Now normally if I was by myself this would be okay however I picked that specific hotel for a reason. They told me that the room I booked didn't have a shower door. I did that's okay I do not care. Than it wasn't clean. I said that's fine I'm more than happy to wait. The front desk lady said she was the only one working and couldn't clean it. I asked if they a joining rooms. They did not. It wasnt even busy. She called her boss and told her what was going on and said there isn't anything we can do. So I told them I would find another hotel. Mind you I booked this specific room on their website. If that room wasn't available than don't allow it to be booked or call the customer and let them know ahead of time so that they can make other arrangements ahead of time. Had I known ahead of time it would have given me more time to find options. I am so disappointed and and have never had this experience at any other hotel. Get it together, for the love of everything that is holy get it together.

Had a fun time staying at this hotel recently with my kids. The main pool has warm water which we loved, & we had a lot of time swimming by ourselves during the weekday too. Our room was a king suite which was wonderful - I loved being able to put the kids to bed, then close the door to the bedroom & enjoy some time in the living room side separately. This is a clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast options were limited but still worked really well for us. We will definitely be back again!

Room is ok but the breakfast is basically non existent. Evening shift girl had no clue what she was doing to check us in with our Expedia reservation. Instead of just putting a hold on my credit card for incidentals (which we expected) she put the entire room charge plus on our card which now means we have the Expedia charge AND her charge pending grrrrrrr. As someone that travels daily for work, this is not a huge inconvenience for me but it could be for someone who isn t expecting double charges to be locked up on their credit cards

We don't have experience staying overnight but frequently visit with our kids to swim at the pool. The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming. I believe the cost was $10 last time for our family of 5 to swim for an hour which is a great value to entertain 3 kids.

I would not recommend staying here. My husband stayed here last night and had bed bugs in both beds in his room. He went to the front desk to politely inform the staff and ask for a different room - the woman told him she could offer him a refund, but he could not have a different room as she was afraid the bed bugs would transfer with him.

Rooms were very clean and staff were friendly. The only thing that s stopping me from giving them 5 stars is their internet. If you need internet for work or anything else, be prepared for slow internet that constantly disconnects. They say it s their internet service provider but I m pretty sure they are running an older networking setup. If they upgrade they would be 5 stars for sure.

DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP!Fourth time getting a jacuzzi suite. The room was nice, studio style although not discounted very well for a Monday. Fast asleep in a comfortable bed, and then at 8:30AM the whole room began to vibrate and one of the loudest sounds I have ever heard permeated the for 2 minutes straight. Then for the next half hour there was hammering directly on the wall in the adjacent room. I pay for hotels to sleep and gotten in late and had an important sales meeting at noon. There was no getting back to sleep after a half hour of being in a construction zone.Upon checking out I notified the front desk of the unacceptable disturbance and just how it had been problematic. I got an, "I'm sorry it was our maintenance making the sounds." No comp, no free night, nothing at all, I feel totally and completely ripped off. When I pay $150 for a room to relax and sleep I expect to be able to do so.

When i was there i wasn't looking to get a room or take part in their breakfast. I was there to go swimming in their pool area and had a great time. The hot tub could use a little less chlorine but at the end of the day it was a very fun time.

I stay here twice a year on business. It's always clean and comfortable, reasonably priced, and the VFW club just down the sidewalk is just what the doctor ordered after a long day on the road. Have the special if you can.

We frequently come here to use the pool. It's affordable and fun. We are typically the only ones in the pool. Clean and we'll kept. Only complaint is that sometimes towels are not well stocked.

No hot breakfast due to the Pandemic. Tub was very slippery; had to be careful not to fall. Shower gave very little water. Rooms were okay. Bed was pretty comfortable.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The hot tub room was great. They also have a pool with adult only hours. Nice plus. There s also an American Legion next door with a full menu.
