I would highly recommend, always great service from Pam and Wade in sales. Sam, in service department is great, he is respectful, helpful, and the service department has maintained my Enclave and always done a great job.

I Purchased a beautiful 2017 silverado. The whole process was quick and efficient! Bailey was more than helpful, and had answered every question. She also provided as much information about the truck as I needed. More than happy with the overall experience.

While we pleased with the customer service we received from the sales man while we were at the dealer working with them to trade in and make a purchase, the disappointment started when we working with the Finance guy. I wish we would have left I even told my husband we should. The finance guy kept pushing us to buy additional warranties and his persistence was incredibly frustrating. He started arguing with my husband about us not purchasing the additional warranties. I get it's his job to try and sell more, but when we say NO, we should only have to say it once. Thankfully we purchased a vehicle that was CPO. However, when we got closer to home I asked my husband if he was stepping on the gas weird as we were accelerating, he replied no. I said something was off it would shift really hard. It hadn't done this when we test drove it twice. He thought maybe it was a glitch. The next day (Sunday) it happened again, but it wasn't happening when you first start driving, only once the vehicle warmed up it would stutter as it was shifting at lower speeds. Unfortunately the dealer was closed and it had to wait. We are also an hour and a half away. My husband called the sales guy on Monday hoping to figure out what to do. Tuesday he called again. By the afternoon on Tuesday after work he ended up going to an entirely different dealer only to have heard back from the salesman to late and they had just sent in the CPO paperwork. There was something going on he felt it needed to be addressed asap. The other dealer had to wait for the CPO paperwork to process with GM, so they couldn't start the work right away. Turns out it had a bad Torque Converter. The dealer noted that it had appeared to have very clean Transmission fluid which indicated it had been recently changed possibly indicating they were aware of an issue. The lack of response from the dealer we bought it from was most irritating as well as being down a vehicle for a week while we had to have it repaired.

I brought my Acadia in for a scheduled oil change for 1030am in about an hour early and asked if they had any loaner vehicles available as I had an appointment to get to. Elliott explained that they didn't but he said you know what... we will get it done right now give us about 10-15 minutes. Sure enough it was done! I was so happy! Love it here!!! Way to squeeze me in!!!

We recently purchased an older vehicle and questioned ownership about the sound it was making. He assured us that they had looked it over and that he knew the previous owner who had fixed all problems. We brought it in to our mechanic to be looked at and it required $2500 in repairs and was actually unsafe to drive. When we reached out to the dealership they weren't willing to assist with anything unless they could see the vehicle. Since we could not drive the vehicle to them without the repairs being completed we were out of luck. The lack of transparency about the true condition of the vehicle was not only disappointing but greatly concerning considering the nature of the repair and how it impacted the safety of our children. We do not recommend working with this dealership.

The financing Lady was very nice. We were disappointed in their lack of willingness to negotiate price. I was extremely dissatisfied with the "detailing" job that was performed on the Vehicle. The carpets had not been vacuumed under the floor mats, from the 2nd row to the back had not been touched. The seats were dirty and full of gunk, so were the cup holders as well. We also had to bring the vehicle in within a week of owning it to have the breaks fixed which luckily was covered under warranty. Overall not a great experience.

We bought a vehicle here for my wife to use for her business. The staff were so great to work with and made the process so simple for us. Paul the sales manager worked directly with our credit union to get the loan information finished. When we got there and it only took 5 minutes to get the paperwork done and we were on our way with the vehicle. Such an overall wonderful experience.

My Suburban broke down after your store was closed. I left my truck and then called then next morning. I talked with Sam, in the shop, he was very kind and courteous over the phone. He then fixed my truck and let me know via text that it was completed. I work overnights, so I was sleeping while the work was being done. I called and paid for my truck and picked it up the next morning.I never saw any employee during this time however, I still had a wonderful experience. My truck drove smoothly and quiet. I am very happy with the work that was completed.Thank you Sam! Vickie was also very nice when I called to pay for my truck.Jodie Houfburg

Everyone there was extremely helpful and were able to make the process as quick and as easy as I would ve hoped. Wade was a great salesman and Daiton carefully and thoroughly explained my financing options along with my car protection policies. I would thoroughly recommend anyone in the Painesville area who is looking for a vehicle whether it be new or used do you go check them out.

Paynesville Buick & Chevrolet was a dream to work with, we got there late because of a delay on our part, but Pam was very courteous & pleasant & didn't seem to mind waiting at all. Thank you so much for your patience & thoughtfulness throughout the transaction, it made it all a very nice experience. This business was clearly in violation of the state mask mandate. Only one employee masked. Nobody waiting on me was wearing a mask. Technicians not masked either.I asked if my vehicle would be finished in an hour and was told it definitely would be. I got a ride to pick up my vehicle in 75 minutes and it was not ready and all technicians were at lunch. I had to arrange another ride to pick it up. It also cost me another hour of work. Nobody seemed to care.They notified my son and husband when my vehicle was ready even though I gave my contact info when I made the appointment. Not sure how I'm supposed to see it on their phones.

Fantastic! This dealership is spot on. Perfect size dealership, gives this dealership the small town feel, yet with big city professionalism. They spent extra time teaching us how the vehicle operates, and helped my wife connect her phone to the car. We will be buying from this dealership again!Excellent service, and very friendly and accommodating staff.

I chose to purchase my vehicle at Painesville Chevrolet Buick because they had the best price for the vehicle type I wanted. Not only that but the people were professional and courteous throughout the process. I test drove a number of vehicles, was indecisive and stayed past closing time. Never once did they seem frustrated. I've been back since.I spoken with them over the phone and they make sure they do all they can to satisfy. They truly put their customers first.

It took an hour for my appointment, which maybe normal I m not sure. I had an oil change and my breaks checked. Also, I was told it was only going to be a few more minutes at the end because they were vacuuming out my vehicle. Which they actually did not. Only reason I am going is because of my 3 free oil changes otherwise I would typically go to Waltz which is a shorter

Absolutely disrespectful and disingenuous sales team. I was interested in a pickup at the dealership and reached out to a salesman and asked if he could send me pictures of any rust or issues on the pickup. He sent a few pictures of the rust free wheel wells. I then asked if he seen any kind of rust anywhere on the truck so I would be aware, because I live 2 Hours from the dealership and if I was going to make the drive there I wanted to make sure it didn t have any rust. The salesman said No I didn t see any rust anywhere on the pickup, very clean! So I said ok I ll take off work tomorrow and come look/buy the truck. So I take off work, find someone to ride with me and then drive two hours. When we get there within 5 seconds of looking at the truck I noticed both rocker panels under the doors Were full of rust. I said I thought you said there was no rust and the salesman said oh, I didn t even notice that. Needless to say I wasn't happy at all. The tires were bald as well and they wouldn t negotiate on the price at all. The salesman didn t seem to care that he wasted my time and money to get there. This message is long winded but I wanted to let everyone know how unprofessional this dealership was.

I had a great experience with Paynesville Chevrolet -Buick. I had gotten a call from Sheila about a 2014 Dodge Avenger. She told me the price but it was out of my range. Sheila said I will talk with the manager and see what I can do. Less than 2 minutes later, Jon called me, I told him my price and that I'm 90 miles away. He told me, " you come up here tomorrow and we will make you a great deal.At he did just that. I was given a good price for my trade in and a great price on that Avenger. They all were so friendly and helpful, I felt like I knew them. Go to Paynesville Chevrolet-Buick. You wont be disappointed!!!!

Went to buy a vehicle. Bailey helped me and was great. Then, the assistant sales manager came out and basically told us that they wouldn't deal with us on the vehicle and we should go buy it somewhere else. Lost customers for life.

My oil change was fine but I was unsure if I needed a tire rotation. I asked if they would let me know if I needed one so I would then decide. The mechanics went ahead and rotated my tires without checking with me. I think there was a communication problem.

Customer Service was excellent. Needed truck for a weekend trip so they prioritized it. Maybe should have been a little closer on the price estimate. 25% higher was a little bit of a shock.

Super friendly and helpful team at Paynesville Chevrolet! Great to work with and reasonable. We drove an hour and a half to get the car we were searching for, and would go back again in a heartbeat.
