Paul at the Park Rapids, MN store was absolutely amazing! I called with limited information about my purchase and he was so patient and understanding and went above and beyond to help find my purchase and the information I needed! This man deserves a raise and a promotion! Outstanding customer service! Thank you, Paul!

The guys have been extremely helpful to our family a few times. They even delivered a car battery for us when are battery had gone out on our vehicle and we were stranded. On top of all of that it was a very cold day they also on their time off helped us put the battery in to get our vehicle going again. We were then finally able to take our daughter to her homecoming. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because the store can be a little bit expensive, but that has no reflection on the employees.

I purchased a hydrobrake booster from the Detroit Lakes store on 10/30/23. Called my local store (Park Rapids MN) on 11/21/23 to see if they had another one on-hand. Erik told me no and that its not their problem and hung up the phone. I will never spend another penny at any Oreilly auto parts store. Nice job Erik and thank you.

Stopped for a blinker bulb and the two men that were in there were so helpful. One of the gentlemen named Don helped me change it in the parking lot and showed me how to change it. Both were very friendly just a great experience over all. Thank you

Having to repair a car isn't always a pleasure but the guys here will help you simply the job. It's also very well known for having veterans discount. This shows me that they care for their community. Always have great results here.

I needed a muffler clamp but knew nothing about the size. Darin and Riley found the size and in the rain put the clamp on for me. I am here in Park Rapids on vacation and can't express how much I appreciate these guys.

My boyfriend called the Park Rapids O Reilly s after getting a flat at a nearby gas station. He told the lady who answered the phone his situation and what happened and asked for suggestions. Not from being around the area, he was looking for suggestions and help. He was met with rude remarks and the lady laughing and telling him that there was nothing they could do to help him and no suggestions that she could offer him. I do NOT recommend this store due to horrible customer service. To the lady who made my boyfriend s day a little bit worse by laughing at his situation...shame on you. How would you have felt if your loved one was in a situation that?
