Counter people are rude and not very helpful or understanding. I've heard this from many people also. The customer is always wrong.I tried using the online shopping but it is difficult to use and confusing. I won't use the Napa in Park Rapids unless it's my only choice

Save the time , call walker napa ... I had a insane part number , walker looked in up, called me back 30 min later saying it would be advantages to order direct ... park cut me off saying nope can't do anything with that part number .... same company , different franchise owner , walkers never let me down

quality parts and tools.. nrw location has better parking. knowlegablr staff. just a good place to do business with.
