Even if they don't have what i need, even if they dont have it in their huge warehouse that is just down the street, even if i knew they most likely didn't have it, I would still check here first.

We have been doing business with this NAPA Auto Parts store for well over 20 years and always have a great experience! Great people to work with and fair prices as well! Here at Hometown Motors in Owatonna, customer service is very key to our success and NAPA Auto Parts has helped us out considerably! Thanks for all the hard work.

One of the few Napa stores that has helpful employees. There are always 3 or 4 employees behind the counter. They have a warehouse across town so there is immediate access to a lot of stuff that other parts stores have to order.

Very helpful and patient. After O'Reilly's couldn't figure out what part I needed, I went to Napa and they had no problem figuring it out.

Im really surprised at what they have in stock, even at their warehouse! Plus they can test certain electrical components.

They take phone calls before they wait on customers in the store, unless you get Brian in the Owatonna store.
