Great service, our truck was having issues, needing roadside assistance, we were told mobile mechanic would be there within 2 hours, truck was there in 45 minutes, fixed our truck within an hour. Would highly recommend this company!

A+ service for 2 tire replacements. Came out for a roadside call within 45 minutes on a Sunday. The price was exactly as quoted via phone. The repair took 40 minutes from arrival time to departure time. Brian was great. Definitely use them again!

Went in for the first oil change in our new vehicle and the crew at Kecks found the oil filter crushed in place and punctured. They did not refuse the oil change but instead worked until it was released. Highly recommend their quality service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They were great.I was looking for an over under rim for my trailer and I had called seven shops and nobody had one three of which said they had no time.I had the rims and they made the time they had a full shop and they still got me taken care of and I was back on the road in less than 2 hours.It was a very fair price and they knew what they were doing total confidence in them.

Keck's used to be a great place to go. Last time I went I got charged $70 and they did nothing but changed oil. Next month wife took my jeep in they charge almost $100 just for oil. Nothing else. Didn't even check the tires. Sad cause I used to like going there

These guys are awesome to deal with! Dave is a great guy who was more than willing to get to the root of my issues with my truck! Dealer over a year and a half proved they aren't the right place to go! This is my new go to repair shop!

I was having mechanical problems right before the 4th of July Holiday. I started calling around to different shops in Owatonna and no one could get me in until the following Wednesday or Thursday after the holiday I called Keck's and and they were able to get me in the day after the holiday. They were friendly courteous professional. They were open and honest about what repairs I needed for my vehicle and they did not overcharge me. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

We love Kecks. Gave them a try since we bought a Big Deals discount coupon thru the radio station. We found that they are super helpful. Got a phone call explaining exactly what was wrong and a accurate estimate which was much lower than what we had anticipated.Kecks provides exceptional service, defiantly worth the drive out to the shop!

Too expensive, I got charged $880.42 to get a u-joint and yoke replaced...too expensive. Owner operators are always getting taken advantage of by mechanic shops when they know you need them, because we have no other choice.

Normally i do not let anyone touch any of my vehicles because i do not trust any of the local establishments. With that said i had just purchased a motorhome that needed some motor work done to it. Since i cannot fit a class A motorhome in my garage/shop i was forced to seek someone who could work on it. Kecks stood out from the rest after just the first phone call. They did a fabulous job, and kept me posted on progress. If your a gearhead like myself that doesn't trust most mechanics fear not.....you can trust kecks! If i ever need a vehicle worked in the future they have my repeat business..

We were traveling south on Interstate 35 on Thursday evening at approximately 6:30 pm in our motorhome when we suffered a serious tire blowout just north of Faribault, MN. We have AAA and called them for roadside assistance. For the next 3+ hours AAA and I called various local auto repair vendors trying to connect with anyone who would come help us. None of the alleged 24 hour service providers would answer our call or return the call. The only one who answered the phone and came to our aid was Brian from Keck's. He answered the phone and came out and worked on our motorhome, in the dark and in the rain on a hot and humid Minnesota day.He couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. We sat on the interstate for almost 4 hours trying to get a hold of anyone who would come and he was the only one willing to assist. I would not hesitate to call him again if I ever need assistance in the Faribault or Owatonna area again.

The water pump went out of my Nissan Pathfinder kecks got me in quick the repair ended up more exstinsive nthan thought but they called and kept me informed, no surprise at the end great guys and great service, will definitely be going back

Went to the oil change station off of Bridge St on Allen Av......I sent my daughter in to get the oil changed. The techs there had no knowledge of the difference in synthetic oil and conventional....they told my daughter that synthetic was a waste of money....poor service And knowledgeable employees

It took longer to locate the parts than it did for them to install them. They installed 10 lugs + nuts and 2 tires in the blink of an eye! Fantastic job!

I have got a mitsubishi fuso truck, i had a lot of problems looking for the right person to work on my truck, which the dealers could not do ,since i got brian kecks hands on my truck, i have no problem with my truck what so ever,,,i can bet ,if any one has any problems with their vehicle of any kind,,,only place to go,,,KECKS REPAIR......

Had a driver go in for a tire repair. They let driver sit for 3 hours we left and went to another place had us done in 35 minutes. Come on it s a tire ? Thanks for nothing will never go in there again
