Had to have some repair work done after an automated car wash damaged my ride. Alan went above and beyond, making a perfect color match for my rides' custom chameleon paint that is not available anymore. The work took a little longer than expected, but only because the best part about it all was it done right the first time.

I hah a tree limb fall on my truck box. I took it to kappies and picked it up today 10/17/23. I just wanted to say thanks for your quick service. Al always does a great job on anything we have brought there. He is very personable to work with. I would not trust anyone else with our vehicles. He takes no short cuts and does it the right way. Thank you. Highly recommend Kappys.

I had an insurance claim due to body damage to the hood. Kappys was quick with their initial estimate. Their soonest appointment was about 3 weeks out. They were very timely with the repair work and had my vehicle finished on the projected date. The work looks fantastic as if nothing ever happened. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The shop is very nice and well-kept. I would recommend kappys for any body work needs.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They repaired my Subaru to like new condition. Excellent with both the new cars and classics. They worked with my insurance company and made it a hassle free experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

My 2014 Dodge pickup had a dent about the size of a golf ball on the rocker panel which I still have no clue how that dent came about. Regardless I brought it over to Kappy's and they fixed the dent and did an Excellent job. Nice to have a locally owned business who does great work. Highly recommend!

Great work! They replaced two panels on a 2015 minivan, and you'd never guess which ones. There were no problems with insurance, speed, or quality of work. 100% recommend!

Kappy's is a first class shop. Our crash prone family has had multiple cars repaired. Good as new.They helped us get through the insurance adjusting process with out a hitch. I recommend.

Man, these guys are great! They accomplished a mininimal approach at fixing my truck after a tree fell on it! Im very particular and have not noticed where the repair starts, nor where it ends! I truely feel they brought the damage to factory condition! These guys are great and lived up to every word in the appraisal!

This place is amazing. Just south of Owatonna. Ive had several repairs done here and they come out looking brand new. The staff is very nice. They even loaned me a vehicle.Highly recommend

3 stars was based off the unflexability and judgemental customer service recieved on the phone while trying to hire you to work on my cars. It is in no way intended to say you do poor work once you have the exact situation you want.
