Sales good. BUT service department manager bad. Let me tell you my experience. Car less than one year old and tire went flat got hole in side of it. Had to take over to show service manager. He walks out scowling fills with air looks at me says we don t cover tire hazard problems and walks away. Just walks away leaving me standing there. I get it maybe don t cover new tires that blow out. But could you order me one? Could you put it on for me? Could you help in any way with my brand new car? NO just walked away and ignored me. Totally frustrating experience why buy from someone service team is so angry with their job won t help their customers. Had to rank with my worst customer service experience ever. I have never just been walked away by some who is in charge. He should have offered some options to help me and been polite. I can by brand new car anywhere just thought be treated better here but was I WRONG. Please think about how you wanted to be treated next time your dishing out $30k+. Buyer beware with this service department can t imagine how they treat you with something more problematic

I had my check engine light on and the codes we're covered by a special coverage from Chevrolet. The service department was very polite in going through the steps of diagnosis and repair of my vehicle and with no hassle over the warranty coverage. They also gave my car a bath after service and it made my car shine like new!

Brought my Kodiak chassis truck in for service and when I took I home I realized they under filled the engine oil by A GALLON (4 quarts) in a 2.5 gallon capacity engine. No big deal it happens so I called Amanda in the service department and explained the situation. I asked if I could swing in and pick up a gallon (I live 25 miles from the dealership). She told me I d have to go to a store to buy it and email a receipt for reimbursement, which I did. I also explained that I expected them to reimburse me for my time and hassle because I had to drive 20 miles to get the oil and finish the oil change myself (nothing big, thinking $10 or $20 would make sense). No apology was given, and when I got the check in the mail they only reimbursed me for the oil. I gave them a chance to rectify a bad service situation, but I guess ripping off their customers is more important. If you re looking for service in the Owatonna area I recommend steering clear of House and go to a different provider.

Their service department is the gold standard! I was taken care of quickly and was able to resume my trip within an hour of bringing my car into their shop. They was the extra mile to help me get back on the road. Thank you again.

While passing through the area last week my vehicle suddenly experienced engine problems. I found the service number for Walser of Owatonna and called them for assistance. I was connected with Jackie who was extremely helpful in directing us to her location. She listened to our description of the problem and promised to call us the next day with the diagnosis and repair estimate. She even set up a rental for us. Early the next morning she called and within hours the vehicle was repaired. Great service department with absolutely outstanding service.

The service department was very friendly and knowledge. They were able to get my vehicle in the same day I called and had it fixed that same day also! Very happy with the whole service department!

I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with a 1.8 liter engine with a 6 speed automatic transmission. The car looks good, run great and gets great gas milage (near 40 mpg highway). it had under 60,000 miles on it so it qualified for the lifetime drivetrain warranty, although the car was sold as is with no warranty. Everything looks good, why only 3 stars?I commute. I didn't know how long they had the car and there was no sticker to let me know when to change the oil. 3000 miles was as far as I dared go on the oil that was in it. Not a problem, came with 4 free oil changes. The problem? In the 27 point safety check it came back as front brakes are critical, below 2 mm on the pads. If this had been disclosed I would have had the work done up front before picking up the car. Were I a dealer, I probably would have noted and replaced the brakes before putting it on the lot to sell. The price of the parts and the work would have been unnoticable in the asking price on the car. Now it taints the good perception I had of the dealership and wonder if it was their own service department that cleared the car to go out on questionable brakes.I'll finish out the oil changes (the cap calls for 5w20, not 0w20), but I'll either change the pads and rotors myself or take it to a mechanic I know for the work.
