I do not live nearby but our 2021 Tahoe had an issue while traveling and we ended up there as it was the nearest. Overall Jeremy took great care of us. The engine had major issues that required about 20+ hours of work. They were extremely friendly and courteous. Work was covered under warranty but we asked they align the wheels there and price was very competitive. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend. Thank you to the staff.

My husband and I have purchased vehicles through House Chevrolet in 2018 and just a few days ago (March of 2024) . We love that they truly listen to your needs and try to find a match that will work best for you. They are nice, personable folks that are not pushy like a traditional salesperson. We also love that they wish us a happy birthday every year on that date. Personal touches really make a difference. We recommend House Chevrolet to anyone looking for a vehicle! 10/10 experience!

Tried to schedule service several times at a different dealership, said they would call when parts were in for the recall. Never heard back from them after several attempts to reach out. Finally we called House. Not only did they stock the parts, they got us in within that same week and also replaced another failing part and the belt(which they also stocked). Excellent experience would recommend to anyone.

We were in a pinch and needed to buy a vehicle the day we came to their store. Our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. We felt very well taken care of and not at all pressured, like we've been at other dealerships in the past. It was a very pleasant buying experience. When in the market for a new vehicle again, we will definitely be back!

Edit: Changed my review to 5 stars after speaking with the dealership. They were very understanding and apologetic of the extra work we had to do, and even offered to make things right. They did not have to do that as I understand they have a policy for a reason. Everyone we worked with truly wanted the best for us and customer service was top notch.Original:Sales person was good. However, won t take out of state checks and made us jump through hoops to pay them. What s the difference if we do check or wire transfer when we re waiting for the money to clear either way? Only difference I can see is the dealership is lazy. Forced us into paying more money to initiate the wire transfer and no the dealership did not offer to knock the difference off the car.

They took care of everything. Spotted the Chevrolet, Bolt on line. Expressed interest and made an appointment. Made a tentative deal and watched TV, while they prepared the paperwork and the car.They only minor glitch: trouble with their very sophisticated computer, that worked well once reset.

The service team did a great job with my warranty repair once GM finally decided to ship the required parts. They kept me up to date on the status and did what they could to make things right after the 3 month wait on parts. It did seem odd that after having my vehicle for 3 months that they didn't consider washing it before returning it. Either way, I appreciate the time and effort they put into getting my truck back on the road.

I went in to see why my tire was leaking air. Since this particular vehicle has never had a tire change before, it took them longer than expected to get the tire off before they could do the repairs. They ended up taking care of the cost for me without my even asking. Great service and I love their waiting area!

Stopped on my way through town to have my oil changed and everything was amazing. The kids' space was so much more than I could've imagined- my daughter talked about it how much she loved it for an hour after we left. The video inspection was so neat!! Jeremy did a great job explaining everything and was very professional.

I was on the interstate for 3hrs. Half of that I spent trying to find someone to do a last minute oil change. By the time I had reached there facility it was roughly 5pm the night before Thanksgiving. They were able to get me in for the oil change and still did a Inspection. I was trying to make it safely to my kids and you guys helped me succeed. And I THANK YOU for that.YOUR NEW COSTUMER

I was in big trouble when I lost the only key to my Spark. Not knowing where to go in this small town, I went to our local Chevy dealer, House Chev.. Their website was complete and easy to find the serviceman, Jeremy. He made me feel taken care of and no worries. He texted me when there was progress and they also found a recall on my car and took care of it. I am pretty sure they washed my car too! Thanks House!

Easily 5 stars! Communication through the entire process of a warranty claim was 10 stars, they gave me a day that it would be done by and they got it done early. They called or texted everyday giving updates. Hands down the best service/customer service ive ever experienced. Whatever they are paying the people in service they deserve 10X that. I will never buy or bring my car anywhere else but here. Thanks House!

Well just bought my 2024 Chevy 3500 HD and check engine light came on in Owatonna. Well stop by the dealership cause it is part of the House home. They put my truck in, and let me stay inside while I waited for a ride. Would've been nice to just get a courtesy Vehicle, but service does not work on Saturdays and understood.They got my truck in first thing this morning and we're able to diagnose it and fix it quickly. Amanda call me and said was good to go and offered to drive it back to Austin so I would have it when I was done with work. Really help me feel good about the choice of buying a New Truck from them.FYI it was an ECM software issue that needed and update. Glad that's all it was.

Disappointed that the amount of money we spent, initially, did not fix our problems. We had to bring the car back for more work and was charged more for it. The problem should have been diagnosed appropriately and the fixed the first time it was in.

Was my first experience getting service at House, and I feel they really go above and beyond compared to any other company I've used in the past. Very efficient, thorough, kept me in the know of their progress by sending a text, shared a video of their inspection of under the car, so I could see it also, which is so helpful, so I know what all they were talking about. Great job!

I was traveling on interstate 35, when my engine light came on. I happen to be south of Faribault, and wondered if I d be able to find someplace to check my car. Luckily, House Chevrolet was right there.I pulled in to the garage and asked if someone would be able to look at my car. The gentleman at the desk said absolutely! They were so kind.It wasn t long, and I was back on the road. If I lived in Owatonna, or southern Minnesota, they would be my go-to place for cars. Thank you again, House Chevrolet.

I received an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the tire rotation would only cost about $8, but when I got the bill it was $29! They also wanted to change my front wiper blades and the air filter for about $300. I don t think so! Needless to say, I won t be back. I will go to my local hometown auto repair shop where they don t try to nickel and dime you!

We were in town from Texas visiting family. Our check engine light came on in our Tahoe, Saturday Dec 23rd about 4:30. (Of course!) Tuesday the 26th we took it to Chevy to find out why. They let us know it was injector #6 that was miss-firing. Of course the part was back ordered so they called around and found a part 45 minutes away. By noon on Wednesday they had the Tahoe fixed and washed, ready for us to head back. Thank you Jeremy for the extra work to get us back to Texas on time! Totally recommend this dealer.
