Recipe card sized note attached to keys asking for a minor additional service. They ignored it claiming not to have seen it. But then acknowledged it on the bill! Plus steering wheel was crooked after the alignment they claimed to be unable to correct it! What a joke I wouldn't let these clowns put air in a bicycle tube!

We came in with a flat tire for our old, rusty 96 suburu legacy near the end of a day. Even though they were already booked up, they took the car in, tried a patch which didn t work, and they didn t have the right sized tire either. Somehow, Mike had taken his old winter tires off his car last week, and it miraculously fit ours! He didn t even charge us for the tire and showed us kindness the whole time. A fantastic crew here who helped us out right when we needed it.

Called at 1pm and asked if they could get me in for an alignment. He said that if I drop it off he ll get to it before the day is up. Great service!

The guys there were superb and able to get my last minute oil change in for my college kiddo headed back to school - turns out they really saved us as the oil gasket plug thingy was leaking and the dip stick was dry- HUGE preventative measure and excellent catch- thank you!

I got a flat tire on a Saturday night while visiting Owatonna from Minneapolis. I absolutely needed to get home early on Sunday and Firestone was literally the only tire shop in Owatonna open on Sunday. Not only were they a life saver for simply being open - but Matt and his crew were courteous, knowledgeable, and just overall good people. I would recommend Firestone Owatonna to anyone needing auto repair regardless of where they live.

Was referred to this shop by another shop in town because of their depth of knowledge and reputable service. Was blown away by the quality and helpfulness of the staff. Mike made sure we were well taken care of and was very friendly, gave me great recommendations for my concerns and was very honest and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this shop!!

Online appointment system wasn't functioning. No voicemail attached to appointment phone number, however they got me in by noon. And did what I asked without hassling me about other known issues, which is the bane of the repair process for the average automotive owner. Their pricing is slightly high on parts , however being a chain store they are limited by their supplier distributer so I understand why they are not permitted to install third part sourced parts. ((This is an increasingly common practice in automotive repair that is NOT benefiting the industry in the long run in favor of boosting individual shop revenue through compulsory customer loyalty). This was pleasantly an absent attitude from this shop as they were very polite to work with.)

We pulled off the highway due to a noise we were having on our newly purchased vehicle. Despite the busy schedule this staff had that day, they made a way to take care of us! They found the bolt that we had picked up on our way down from the Twin Cities, got our tire repaired and we were back on our way! We had a flat tire on a Sunday, with no spare in the car. We got towed to this Firestone and they were amazing. They had the tire we needed and took the time to put it on very promptly. The store could have easily made us wait until Monday for the repair, but they didn't. And, their pricing was very good. The tire and labor was less than the tire we had put on at Kia the previous year. Thanks for your honest business and amazing service!

Great job by Michael M and the staff on hand for helping me out last month. We were in the middle of a road trip and had a blowout with just a doughnut spare. I had my breaks replaced here- they left a bolt off one of the break units. I brought my car back because it was making a noise- after inspecting- they handed me a bike chain link and said they found that inside my bumper. When the noise didn't stop, I took my car to a different shop in town. He found the missing bolt and replaced it. My breaks still squeal more than a year later. I Do not recommend taking your car here.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Great place to get your vehicle fixed! Matt Johnson and mike the front service guys are great. Matt always helps me out! Very knowledgeable and friendly! He is the best guy around!!!! And the best mechanic in town by far is Matt Clear! Always ask for Matt Clear to fix your vehicle!!!!!! He knows his stuff has over 20 years experience. By the way bosses of firestone your guys deserve big raises when I see the hard work they all put in at that place and there being a shortage there and them still doing a great job to accommodate to all their customers! And me having a issue with my vehicle and them getting me in the next day. Top notch team you have. I hope you pay them very very well to keep them there!

Blew a tire a block away at 6:52 am. Travis was calm, cool, collected while I was trying to figure out my morning with this fun new addition to my day. He was able to find a comparable tire to my pretty much brand tires so they can all wear together in perfect harmony. First time here, hopefully I won't have to be back very soon, but I'd definitely recommend to others.

Tim and his gang are effing awesome! They deserve a raise! I was stranded. They rescued me and got me on the road faster than anybody. Excellent work. Excellent people. Thanks to these guys I got to spend my weekend with family and friends. It means the world to me. Thanks guys!

Had a great experience here! My car was out of balance while I was on my way to a wedding in Owatonna & they got us in last minute. They let us drop the car off before the wedding & pick it up afterward ready to go! Matt & Mike were great to work with and very affordable. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I are from out of state, got a flat close by. Called they had my tires in store and got me in as soon as I got here! Talked to me about all of the opinions I had for tires, what they recommended and helped me out as fast as they could so my husband and I could get going! Tim was so helpful and nice when we were in our time of need! Thank you!

On Friday night I started to hear the sounds of a scraping rotor on my rear brakes. Very quickly it became worse. I called around right away Saturday morning(today 3/20/2021) to shops from Rochester to Owatonna and Tim at the Owatonna Firestone was the only one that could fit me in and get it done that day. He was upfront and explained the cost, tried to find any coupons or discounts he could and had me in the road as soon as possible. Yes, prices were high, but for a last minute Saturday morning I expect to pay for that convenience and quality of work with lifetime guarantee on parts. Definitely a great place to bring your vehicles.

Got a flat on the highway while on our way to celebrate Christmas with family in Sioux Falls. Husband called and gave us a quote over the phone. We showed up and had us back on the road within the hour. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Had an appointment during the middle of the week, late morning and had excellent service. The man I met at the desk was kind. I am easily intimidated when it comes to vehicle maintenance since I know very little about vehicles, but he was sincere and made me feel welcome.

Tim and the whole Firestone crew were great to work with! We had a car that had a major breakdown and they were able to diagnosis the problem quickly and take care of us! Tim especially was respectful, nice, very knowledgeable and more then willing to help! I appreciate all the hard work guys and any more business I have will be going to the Firestone team!!
