Excellent customer service & when the tow truck came to pick up my car he was very friendly, helpful and took very good care of my car- getting it to the repair shop!!

Our camping trailer broke on the interstate last august on our way from Canada to California. Cecil from Dean's Towing not only got us out of there quickly, brought us to a trailer shop, but came back the next morning to see how we were doing! We were back on the road by noon! Many thanks, and all my gratitude for a great service!

I can't believe how amazing Dean's Towing is. Both of our cars broke down in the same week, and I was extremely stressed. Noah from Dean's towing showed up on the side of the highway VERY quickly, recommended awesome shops in the area, laid out how much each fee would be depending on where it was towed to, and was so kind and understanding. He let us sit in the truck while we waited for each step (it was hot out), and we had very genuine conversations.From there, I needed a tow 4 more times between our 2 vehicles that we were getting fixed. I got to hang out with Noah again as well as Garett. I can't express how grateful I am for these wonderful people. I feel taken care of, valued, and they have incredibly reasonable prices.I will never call anyone else for a tow.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling, Local hauling

Our driver was so kind to us. It is never a good time when your vehicle won't start, but I left with a smile and laughter. It truly felt like a friend or family member was taking care of us. Amazing and quick service!!! Also, the individual who answered the phone when I originally called was so polite as well. We were driving from the Twin Cities down to Iowa with a child and a dog and stopped at the Medford McDonald's. Our rear wheel was smoking, so we called and spoke with Josh about the car. He listened to our car "symptoms" and recommended a garage to us and gave us directions. He didn't tow us but he still helped us get on our way safely. Thank you!

Awesome driver and service! Really cold day, they called to see if I was safe(I was) trying to prioritize work. Asked me if it was ok to put a couple cars ahead of me cause they were broke down in the cold and of course I said yes. Still showed up quicker than I thought they would. Tractor trailer broke down on the Interstate. Peaceful night. Called and their truck was there before I could even settle in on social media. Driver got right down to business. Hooked and on our way quickly. He put the whole thing into a dock. Took the tractor to our service area. And completed his job so fast my log looked like a normal night.Excellent job by dispatch and driver.Service: Local hauling

After waiting for hours with no help from USAA, Dean s towing got to us within 20 minutes of calling. Right from the get go Roger was very nice and friendly- he was very refreshing in such an unfortunate circumstance. Roger went above and beyond with our service and even offered help and advice for what to do after our tow. I hope I never need a tow again but if I do, I know who to call :)Service: Car towing

Commercial Towing.Big shoutout to Dean's, and a bigger shoutout to the recovery driver, Bob. Had my truck shred its belts while I was sleeping and woke up stranded in Owatanna during the middle of some god awful weather. We were stuck on the side of the road 40 miles out of Rochester, MN and my truck broke down. We called AAA as we usually do. Long story short, they never dispatched a wrecker for us. The driver from Dean's Towing, stopped out of the kindness of his own heart on the way back to his yard after another tow. He said he would tow my truck to their yard so it was safer over the weekend than being out at the mechanics parking lot. It was perfect timing and he was so kind. We then had him tow it from their yard about an hour to Rochester where we're staying for radiation treatments. DEFINITELY use them. I have two kayaks on a rack, two bikes, and a ton of other stuff and it was all fine. There were no dents or scratches or anything on the vehicle either.Service: Special vehicle towing

We can t thank Bob from Dean s towing enough. After sitting on I35 for 3.5 hours waiting for other tow trucks to pick us up ( we had an Enterprise rental car that died), he showed up after many phone calls to Enterprise. When he arrived, he was so professional and helpful ( asked us if we were OK). He drove us to the Enterprise lot in St. Paul, but much to our surprise after what the Enterprise 888 rep told us, the lot was closed. Here we are at 10:30PM in the middle of no-where St. Paul. What where we suppose to do? Bob was generous enough to drive us to the nearest hotel as we could not get an Uber to pick us up in the location. He helped us load/unload ALL of our stuff onto his rig and was so nice about it. What a great guy and what a helpful life-saving service he provided. MN nice and then some. Thank you Bob from Sheila & Marty :). P.S Dean .you should give him a raise!Services: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

I had hit a deer last Sat night and the tow truck driver was very calming and helpful. I had my two daughters and family dog in the car and it was quite a traumatic experience for all of us. Our driver came within 15 minutes as we were on highway 14 close to Owatonna. I was sitting in glass shards with nervous family members and dog waiting and when the driver came he was very calm and said he would take care of the car and my family and I could just get in his truck. Our windshield was shattered and front of car dented in so was quite thankful for him coming. He was very nice and accommodating once we got to Dean s. He even got our dog some water. Was very thankful for his grace when picking us up and while we were waiting for my husband to come get us. Was relieved to have someone get us in the dark. Definitely recommend their services!Service: Local hauling

We have been customers of Dean's Towing for quite a few years now. They have always taken good care of us. I highly recommend them for all of your towing needs. They are fair and professional. They are friendly and always make you feel comfortable. If there is something that you don't understand they take time to explain.
