Service was incredibly fast and thorough! The staff were friendly, competent and professional. They made sure I knew about any issues going on with my vehicle and offered suggestions on parts and locations to solve these issues. You really cannot beat the service at Kecks! The price is on point for the service and the maintenance provided. I HIGHLY recommend them for your next oil change and fluid top-up!Service: Oil change

This is a business that cares about their guests. My father was on a road trip from Minnesota to Texas but was experiencing car difficulties. He pulled into Kewks Kwik Lube and they were able to effectively and efficiently help him while building great rapport with him. Thank you so much!!

They were gonna charge me 90$ for an oil change went somewhere else in town and spent 49$ for full service.

Would rate less than one if I could. I arrived shortly after opening. I was surprised how many staff worked on my car. Also how much they were laughing and goofing around. They were done in about 5 minutes. Later my car started to drip something on my garage floor. Took it into my mechanic. Turns out they did not tighten the drain plug. Now I have the mechanic bill to pay. Very disappointed and will never go back to Kecks Kwik Lube!!Service: Oil change

They always look for little problems and make recommendations and can sometimes fix them on the spot. Don't forget to stop in and fill the tires topped off on the cold days you don't want to.I can only keep on adding on. It's always great service when I go in. Proudly going for 5 years. Thanks Kecks

First time getting an oil change done and had a great experience! They were really quick and it was at a good price! Went in for an oil change and they showed me I had a bad transmission leak as soon as they took the cover off. Walked me through the how and why and were extremely courteous. Showed me everything going on before acting so it helped me feel very comfortable with what they saw. They don't do the fix here so it they didn't try to sell me anything extra - just really went above and beyond checking things out.Definitely will continue coming. It's sometimes hard to find honest and good work. They do it here!

I was honestly shocked with my experience. I don t leave reviews but these guys really deserve it. I m a younger female that doesn t really know much about cars and I went in for an oil change. I called ahead they said you just come in and they got me in right away! I knew going in my truck was a piece of work so I was worried about them putting pressure on me to get things fixed right then and there. They just nicely without pressuring me let me know that I d need new front tires along with other things. On top of changing my oil they vacuumed the interior of my truck and washed my windows and checked other fluids! I was in and out in under 20 mins. All that for $45!!! Super nice people HIGHLY recommend.

They went above and beyond my expectation of an oil change. They checked on any leaks I had and explained what was wrong with my vehicle and what I needed to do. I didn't need the comedy act... And I was not expecting to pay $62 for a simple oil change.Asked too many personal questions.Just do the stupid oil change so I can leave thank you.coming here with different vehicles for years and this is the worst it's ever been.Service: Oil change

I have gone here for years. I can honestly say that the last few times I have been here, the service is not what it used to be. They mark off that they checked many items that they did not (air filter, etc.). Today they didn't even bother to change out my sticker and update my oil life on my car. I never leave reviews, but I am very disappointed.

I bring both my vehicles here. Not at the same time of course. They can't do the full service, that I'm used to because of the crapvirus. But they still get the oil change done fast. Which is why I went there in the first place.

I was pretty disappointed...I drove half hour bc a friend suggested me to go there as they do a small inspection with the oil change. Charged for it, but nothing was inspected but was typed in that it was. Staff is nice tho.

I went here to get an oil change today because it's supposed to be quick and easy it is 8:17 the door says they open at 8:00 but they're signed the billboard says they open at 7:00 today on Wednesday the door is locked there was one person waiting for the garage door to open on the other side where you are supposed to enter your vehicle to get service

I like coming here for my oil changes. They notice a lot and are very informative. The thing i like is that they don't try to over sell anything. They are very fast and do a good job.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Keck's kwik lube! The technician had me come below and shoe me some things that I need to have serviced asap without that I wouldn't have a chance to fix the issues.

Never will go here again. Act like they know all and you know nothing to try and get more money out of you. Won't do have the stuff they say they are going to do as in vaccum, top offs and other "checks" like that which then is just turns in to over priced oil changes. Won't use oil you request if your manufacturer like Chevy recommends something else because the other kind is 3 times the cost. Better off going to Walmart.

I have gone to Pit Stop for years and love that they treat customers with care. I dont shop around for oil changes because Pit Stop has always been a good experience. When I get my oil changed, I dont want someone to sell me other work or tell me my car will break down any minute if I dont spend another $500. Great job Pit Stop!
