Awesome experience with Aaron and this company! The wheel bearing went out on my Chevy Silverado on NYE and Aaron towed it home for us. Super great service, really nice guy, if we need towing or repair services again, I will definitely call him. I cannot say enough great things about the team at Aaron's Automotive. My first interaction was when Aaron himself picked me up on the side of 35, in the newest model tow-truck I've ever seen in my life. He was nothing but the utmost professional.I had no specific place to go for repair, and Aaron offered the services at his shop. This was yet another time I was impressed with his service. My vehicle turned out to have some significant issues, and Aaron and his team did an outstanding job helping to navigate to the absolutely-most-cost-effective solution. The extended team at Aaron's automotive were courteous, responsive, and 100% professional.I'm writing this review because the excellent team at Aaron's automotive saved my rear multiple times in one go. I needed to work fast to get a customer of mine to a local repair shop and when AAA dropped the ball and wasn't able to get their vehicle to the shop before it closed Aaron stepped in and was willing to help. Back in September, my spouse and I were on our way back home out of Minnesota and had gotten a flat tire due to debris. Our insurance had called us a tow and we were stuck on the interstate for a good hour and a half. It was a Sunday evening so auto shops were closed up or about to close up and we were on crunch time to buy a new tire and find a place that would change a tire for us. Aaron was our tow and had picked us up, taking us to the closest Fleet farm where we were able to buy a tire but since their auto shop closed by the time we arrived, were unable to fix our car. By the grace of God, Aaron went out of his way to take us to his shop free of mileage charge and fix our tire for a very great price. He didn't have to do that for us, but he went above and beyond and we are truly grateful for him. A great business man, mechanic, and person. He really is the definition of Minnesota Friendly!Services: Car towing, Tire change

I got stuck in a ditch during a heavy snowfall. I went down the list on google for a towing company to pull me out ASAP. The bigger names were either rude, seemed to not be interested in my help, or had a wait time of over an hour. Not only was Aaron super friendly but he was so quick and came to pull out within minutes. His overall quick professionalism (on the phone and in person) saved not only my work day but also sanity that day. Thanks for your help!

Recently lost control on I35 near Owatonna. Aaron came to my rescue very quickly. He pulled me out of snow bank. His fee was more than reasonable. He was extremely polite and helpful. When he saw that I was going to get lost looking for a place to wait out the ice on the road, he said follow me. He drove 3 miles out of his way right to the front door of the motel where we stayed overnight. That is SERVICE!!!!!!!

These folks are awesome! Engine problems in my 2015 Prius by Albert Lea at 7pm on a Sunday night. He came and got me, took me all the way to the dealership in Maplewood for about half of what I thought it would be. Had to have my truck towed from Owatonna to Plainview. They were fast and efficient. Very friendly. He even tried to troubleshoot the issue with us. To get my car towed took longer then I had hoped. I was under a deadline to have car fixed and it was done but I had to take it to another garage to have it fixed correctly. Aaron's automotive said the car would be done by the deadline I asked for and they put wrong size spark plugs in car. They refunded my the money for the plugs and labor.
