My daughter purchased her first car from Lenny last week during her spring break. She loves the car and had such a good experience with this dealership. She went to several dealerships, and this one impressed her with how much they were willing to work with her schedule so she could get an inspection before buying it. I will definitely check here when we need our next car.

A few weeks ago I bought a low milage Mercedes from Prospect Autos. I am someone who likes to do my due diligence, and they were more than happy to let me test drive the car and take it for an inspection at my convenience.When I brought back the inspection report, they took the time to go through the report with me, explaining what each of the items listed were. Then, they drove the vehicle into their shop and fixed the issues on the car before I even stated that I would be buying the vehicle. This made a huge difference in making my decision.Then, when I did decide to purchase the car, they assured me that they would allow me first priority to it while I compiled the funds.Overall, I was extremely impressed by both their customer service and transparency, and I would highly recommend purchasing from them too.

We purchased a vehicle for my daughter from Prospect Auto in March 2023. We went to look at one car and it wasn t a fit for her. Lenny, the salesman, showed us another car that fit our criteria and we purchased it. What impressed me about this place is they have a mechanic shop on site. The mechanic was more than willing to take time and talk to me about the car which made me feel more confident. Even more impressive is that a week after we had the car, transmission fluid started leaking. We called Prospect. They got us in same day. They found the issue to be fluid pan and agreed to replace it at no charge. They could have said no. They could have argued. They didn t do either and just offered to fix it. This shows how doing business with a small, independent dealer who cares about customers is a win!

I wanna start by saying we did not purchase a vehicle from here. I had ordered the Carfax on a vehicle we were interested in and saw there was an accident reported yet on their site it states there was not so beware of that. The staff were friendly hence 2 stars and not 1. We decided the vehicle was okay did have some issues we figured for a used vehicle we could manage fixing. Once it came to negotiation they offered me over half what any other dealer was offering me on my trade in and stated "I wish you didn't have a trade in" when I had called before going to look at the car to verify they did take trade ins (this in my mind is bad business at this point I spent 2 hours in drive time with a 1 year old to look at this vehicle) We left and ended up finding the same vehicle for 2k less than they had listed theirs for else where and am pleasantly happy that it didn't work out with this shop!

When I came to the Prospect Auto Sale dealership I knew exactly what I want. The sales staff was very pleasant & helpful. I gave exact instructions what color what year and what mileage I want. On the same week I had the car of my dreams for an amazing price. They got me a great rate on financing as well. I will definitely visit them again in the future for another vehicle purchase.

After 3 days of ownership, I found out the heat doesn't work in electric mode for my new Volt. When I reached out, they wouldn't even cover the diagnostics ($135) to figure out what's wrong. Very disappointing. Overall, I'm happy with the car, hence a few stars..but I would not have paid what I did had I known I'd be out $700 in the first few weeks of ownership to get the essential feature of heat working :/

Awesome experience! Test drove a beautiful Lincoln MKX on Friday and drove it home on Saturday. My salesman Lenny was easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Required documents needed to complete my purchase were sent to my bank in quick fashion and my purchase went through with ease.It was a pleasure working with Lenny and am happy with my new vehicle!I would definitely buy from them again!Thank you.John Z.

Had a great experience doing business with this dealership! From the first minute of talking to Lenny the salesman, I never once felt pressured or pushed into making any rash or quick decisions, they let me take multiple vehicles out on test drives and helped me every step of the way with getting a loan for my new truck that I purchased from them, the truck was in perfect mechanical shape and was clean inside and out. Since buying it, I've been taking my truck there for all my oil changes and tire rotations, the staff are very friendly and answer all of my questions. Highly recommend them to everyone.

The greatest used car lot I have come across. Great selection. Bought a vehicle for myself about 7 months ago. Extremely satisfied with it. Purchased another vehicle for my daughter a few days ago. Excellent staff, very pleasant people to deal with. Recommend it to anyone wanting to get what you are looking for, with much help, and no pressure.

Bought a used vehicle, drove it for less than a month and it needs a new motor. The dealership offered $500 towards the work. It doesn't matter how many bells and whistles the car has, if the motor doesn't work, it's worthless!! Owner isn't taking responsibility at all. Avoid this one!!

Sold my best friend vehicle with a prior salvage history under the guise that it was in perfect condition. We were delighted with the sale until we received a letter from the state indicating they could not issue a title because the vehicle needed to be inspected and proven it had been reconditioned. Eleven months later Prospect has failed to take responsibility for the issue which they repeatedly claim is untrue despite diligent research and legwork on our part to the contrary. They've failed to obtain a corrected title and the state has issued a title that indicates a prior salvage. Very disappointed with the sale Very disappointed with the service.

Sold car 1hr after I called to let them know I would be coming in. I get it first come first serve but at least let me know before I drive almost an HOUR to your store.Finally gentleman on phone sounded a bit flat and uninterested in my potential purchase.Best to stick with the big dealerships!

I bought a 2008 Subaru Tribeca from Lenny at Prospect Auto Sales in February and was relatively happy at first with the sale. I noticed when I got home there was a cover on the back door missing over the taillight on the inside. I called Lenny just to ask what the part might be called so I could order a replacement and he assured me that they had already ordered the part and would call me when it came in. So I waited. A few weeks later I had still not heard back from Lenny so I called and he told me the wrong part had come in so they had to send it back. Again he told me he would let me know when the correct part came in. That was two months ago. When I bought the car I also asked when it would be due for the next oil change. He told me they had done all the typical maintenance on it so I wouldn't need a change for another 3,000 miles. Today I brought my vehicle in to my mechanic and had to have over $900 worth of maintenance work done--the biggest piece being that the hood latch and handle was broken! How could he have completed maintenance without popping the hood?! Each of these things on their own would not have been an issue --I understand that buying a used car means it may need some additional TLC-- but between telling me he ordered the part months ago and telling me maintenance had been done on the vehicle before the sale, I feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a very good experience. Lenny was a nice guy. He answered all my questions and I also appreciated the fact that he let me bring the car to my mechanic to check it out. Great guy to work with!

I bought a car from them a couple weeks ago, was nice but they sold me a lemon. I drove the car home it looked nice but needs over $1500 in repairs. and im pretty sure its a flood car. guess everywhere is a carhop these days..

Recently bought an HHR from Prospect for our daughter. After 3 cars that were all lemons, I'm so happy we found Prospect Auto!! She now has a car that is dependable! And the salesmen are not pushy at all. Thank you Prospect team!!

My family has been using Prospect for several years and we always have fantastic service. I recently crashed my car and thought I was going to have to replace it entirely. Prospect got my car running again in a few short days and saved me thousands of dollars!

Wow.These guys amazed me with their awesome selection of cars in my price range. It is so much easier to work with a business like this instead of the big dealership, because it's no nonsense.They really do the research to price cars competitively. I had a wonderful experience here. Sales was not in your face. Picked an Audi A4 and love it! Good pricing and good used cars. We checked reviews first and they lived up all the good reviews.

Sold a car to us with a bad compressor. Told me a used compressor was 600$ and a new one would be 1000$ and it would take 4 hours at 85$/hr. Called Napa got a new compressor for 280 and took me and hour to replace. Don't buy from these people or have your car fixed here. They like to pull numbers out of thin air.

I bought a 2010 Cadillac CTS from this dealer on December 6th 2019. On January 18th 2020 it's in the shop, needing a new engine. Dealer is unwilling to take responsibility for selling a lemon. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS.

It's the stereotypical used car lot with imports in questionable mechanical condition. Expect some car problems. If you buy a Volvo you better check to see if they replaced the transmission with a used one!

Bought my car almost a year ago and there is still no sign of the title. Had to get a lawyer. I contacted the dealership 6 months ago about my title. I also purchased my car prior to the pandemic.

Absolute scam. Found dozens of things wrong with the car after the sale and they won't return calls or emails. Asked book for a car that probably should have a salvage title.Awful.
