This is the best shop I've ever found. They are so honest and have realistic, affordable prices. Tires plus was trying to scam me out of thousands of dollars until I wanted a second opinion so I brought it here. The issue on my jeep was an easy fix and only a few hundred dollars. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Took my truck to a dealership, they charged $130 for diagnostics and wanted me to pay $2500 for repairs, Osseo automotive said all of the things the dealership wanted to fix were fine but I needed new front brakes. Lenny and his staff quoted me a fair price and the truck drives like brand new for less than 1/3rd of the price. Kudos to Lenny and his staff, they have gained a customer for life.

I have been taking my cars to Aaron and his shop since I moved to Champlin and it s been over a decade now. They are always so good at communicating the diagnosis and they never overcharge for their services. They have never once disappointed me for their services provided. I am happy to say that I have a friend now who will always give me a honest answers about my car any time I need one whether it s a good or bad one.

I heard about this shop a few years back on Facebook after asking for recommendations. At the time they were Champlin Auto Care. I was very satisfied with the work and price of the repair.When I needed work done again I was so disappointed when I dropped in to schedule an appt and they weren't there anymore.Thankfully I found they had moved to Osseo and used them again for repairs. Nothing has changed but the building. Same hardworking honest crew charging fair prices!!

Do your check over before you walk away from the acclaimed work with this shop. Owner made some sorry excuse about charging people for coolant flush, but just drain and fill for higher mileage vehicles. Never said anything to me about it and then mixed bad coolant with the oem coolant without permission. I specifically told them the coolant I want for the vehicle and they went over that to supposedly just put their own coolant in it. Expected me to be oblivious to this because the reservoir was dirty and none of the never opened coolant provided containers, were still unopened and never touched. I'm a gearhead that doesn't have every tool in my garage and never ever heard of high mileage coolant issues. It actually is recommended to do a thorough flush to avoid corrosion and coolant by pass into engine and other components because of the corrosion; ultimately leading to expensive engine repairs. Stay away if you expect honest work. Hardly any shop like that but do your diligent search.So if you want me to accept any apology or make it right, refund me for your dishonesty, Aaron.

I've been taking all of my vehicles to them for a while now. They are very prompt with getting the job done correctly. The prices they charge are more reasonable than other places in the Twin Cities.

I don't trust most mechanics. I've had some bad experiences. So when you find one that's amazing and trustworthy - you have to tell everyone. Aaron and his team were great! They're good people who do a great job. They found what was wrong with my Dad's car and communicated when the part had to be ordered and they needed to keep it overnight. The car drives so much better and no more horrible squeaky noises. Though it was nice knowing when my Dad pulled into my driveway. You guys are officially our family's auto repair and maintenance shop!

My relative had me go to this shop for a coolant flush. Found out that these people swindled me and ended up doing a labor less coolant drain and fill. Anybody can do that at home, but Osseo care thinks it's worth labor time charged for it. Had coolant that's specified for the car and personal recommendation of that particular coolant to be provided for them to use. The owner said they didn't use it after i pointed out that the provided coolant was untouched. I'm having my car go to a different shop to have the heater core checked if it was plugged like they claimed to have seen and fixed. If it's not, I'm looking to go to legal matters for false practices. My refund for these overcharged "services" is the only way to redeem your actions. My relative knows about cars and says you had no reason to not only not communicate what was agreed over the phone and not followed through, but reason to not do something for illegitimate/malpractice reasons.

I have gone to Champlin Auto for years and have always gotten treated amazing! These guys are top notch at what they do and are genuinely great people. They give fair prices and always try and work with you on scheduling even though they are always booked far out. They are very trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone!

I always feel like I am charged a fair price for any work done. They call and explain their diagnosis and my options before any work is done which I really appreciate I never feel pressure to have additional work done. Everyone I've spoken to is very friendly. This is my go-to mechanic.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for about 10 years now, the service is top notch. Its usually busy and you may have to wait a week or more for an appointment, that is because they have a lot of loyal customers. They fix what is broke and don't try to BS you or over charge. 5 stars, awesome garage to do business with.

Made an appointment for a Freon recharge since my AC wasn t blowing cold air and they fixed it very quickly and explained the whole process to me in a very easy way to understand. In addition, they went above and beyond by removing my skid plate for no charge since I wanted to have it removed as I ve had problems with it being loose. Customer service was impeccable! Highly recommend!!Service: A/C installation & repair

Great guys. They were upfront about the cost to replace my brakes and then honest about what needed to be done. Zero upselling. The job was completed when they said it would be and for the price they quoted. This is the first time I have been here and I will be back again for any other car work. Thanks!

I'm very impressed with the honesty and integrity of the employees' at this shop. I was recently told by another mechanic that I needed to replace my front brake pads and rotors, but the price that shop quoted me seemed unreasonable. I called Champlin Auto Care for an estimate, which was much more reasonable and scheduled an appointment to have the work done there. Shortly after dropping my car off, Bob called me and told me it wasn't necessary to replace the parts now and assured me there was no safety risk associated with waiting to do it. I was so delighted by his honesty. We'll certainly be returning to Champlin Auto Care.Service: Brakes

Very impressed with the communication, service & diagnostic from Bob and Aaron. Service was done quickly & they figured out an electrical drain that had a couple other mechanics stumped. Yesterday I came into Champlin Auto Care with a bolt and a screw jammed into my left back tire. The gentleman at the front desk from the very beginning was amazing and so much help. Besides it being lunch hour and most staff on break he took time out of his busy schedule to accommodate my needs. He very quickly got my car in the shop and patched my tire. Aaron and his staff of technicians as nd service men are absolutely outstanding!. Not only did they diagnose and resolve my air conditioning issue, but they monitored and rechecked the system multiple times to assure that there were no small leaks. Fantastic prices, awesome customer service, mechanics you can trust for the truth, and great work. I've used this shop three times now for an older vehicle. The customer service is amazing, and great prices. As an older single woman, they don't try to tell me I need this or that in addition to the issue I bring my vehicle in for. It's nice to have a shop I can go to, get honesty and great work at a price that would be hard to beat. Highly recommend!

Champlin Auto Care is the best shop around. They are honest and stand by their work. They don't recommend doing unnecessary repairs and they are always easy to work with. They know their stuff and care about their customers.
