I have never been met at an auto repair shop with such kindness. I had a weird noise in my brand new to me car. I brought it in, they gave it a quick once over & then put in the schedule for later in the week. They were up front about costs & possible issues with the car. At my scheduled appointment it wasn t great news but they were honest & transparent. They gave me a fair quote & wrote out the issues. They listened to my questions & explained the issues to me in a way that I could understand & not feel dumb. I will recommend C&J to anyone & will use them again in the future.

We were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the service we got w/Greg and the staff at C&J. We have been hosed before by auto repair places and are extremely wary and skeptical of trying someplace but we really needed to see if something was wrong with our car and these guys were awesome! Quick, convenient, honest, helpful and thorough and all at decent prices. Very happy with the work they did on my Ford s front end. Thank you! We will be back the next time we need something. These guys were awesome. The only name I got was Greg, but holy smokes. I dropped off my car for a brake job. They called me an hour later, got my car taken care of, and were just sweet and FAIR dudes to deal with. Highly recommend this shop. Thanks so much, guys

If you want to be treated like a valued customer you have your auto repair done at C&J auto center. Or if you want to be treated like a number have the work done at the dealership. C&J auto center treats you and your auto like it was their own. Well done C&J!

Spoke with Greg, who was amazing. He was very informative, knowledgeable and patient. Stayed in contact with us. They were very honest and no pressure tactics. We will be using them for our future needs, and would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a GREAT repair shop!! Thank you all for your amazing work and kindness! I dealt with them on the phone and when my son, Joey went to pick up his car he said they were just as pleasant, helpful and informative then! Can't recommend Aaron and his crew enough. Had my car towed all the way from St. Paul to have them work on it. Excellent work, incredibly transparent, and reasonable prices. As an added bonus, they are all incredibly pleasant folks. Fantastic service and the best experience I've ever had with auto shop. Aaron and the rest of the staff for C&J Auto are wonderful! Last week, I slid on some black ice and my car hit a curb. I could tell something was wrong but needed to know if my vehicle was safe to drive. C&J were able to see me immediately, no questions asked - they did a free diagnostic on my car, identified the issue, and were able to get parts ordered and me on the schedule within 3 days, the week before Christmas. Their customer service was beyond wonderful and their willingness to take care of us was above and beyond. They will absolutely be our go-to folks for all automobile issues and check-ups in the future. Cannot recommend them enough!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I had an emergency repair on a vehicle. They were able to get me in and fixed up. The guys working were all great. All the other customers were also praising them. Some even drove a descent distance to get to them.I will be back!

Our family has been working with Aaron for years. From back in his days at M&M auto to now. He has always provided honest service with great prices. Aaron is phenomenal to work with. He's very customer service oriented and truly cares. This shop is fair and honest. After spending months at other shops who were unable to successfully diagnose my engine misfire, he was able to get it fixed and help with the warranty claim process. This mechanic totally restored my faith in having a good mechanic for life! I called Aaron for the first time, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me quotes over the phone. Took the car in, he gave me a loaner while servicing my car. The whole experience went smoothly. I m not going anywhere but be a very faithful customer of C & J Auto. I strongly recommend anyone to have their vehicles serviced at this place. I feel I m driving a new vehicle after my repairs were done!This mechanic was a nightmare to deal with, he messed up my car so bad that I had I re-do/undo everything he did to my car. I will never contact him again. He also dented my car door.

I first saw Aaron at his previous auto body shop about 5 years ago in Maple Grove. I ve always remembered him to be kind, trustworthy, and honest. Especially as someone who knows nothing about cars, I never felt taken advantage of. After leasing a car for 3 years, I just returned to him at C&Js to have him look at the used car I just purchased since I was having some issues. Service is just as amazing and professional as ever, and I will continue to drive out of my way to have my car looked at here.

These guys are great! Recently my daughter had an issue where the Nissan dealer wanted hundreds of $ to fix. Aaron took a look right away and C & J actually resolved the issue at no charge. I have been very happy with my service here too!

This is the best auto center I have worked with in the area. They were very professional in answering my call and my questions. They were able to get me in to their shop soon after my vehicle had issues. They were able to properly diagnose my vehicles issues as well as order the parts needed for a quick repair. They even provided a courtesy vehicle so I didn't have to request the day off from work, which no other auto center has been able to offer that is important for single car families. This is my first visit after many failed attempts at trusting other local repair centers. Fast service - i was called within the first couple of hours of drop-off, with full details on a repair plan. Pricing is competitive and when I picked up my vehicle, I was greeted warmly and felt good about paying the bill. I recently had two experiences with C & J Auto Center. In both cases, Aaron got us in right away and was able to complete the needed work that day. Easy access, professional friendly employees and honest transparent explanation of any needed work including estimate. I would highly encourage anyone who has not used C & J to stop in and talk with Aaron and his team before going anywhere else!

Aaron has taken great care of my cars for over 10 years, even prior to his owning C and J Auto. He communicates reliably on what needs to be done and why, includes his expertise on what can wait . Friendly owner that is really serious about having a successful business and service.I know this because I received a personal call from the owner regarding the two star review (which was a typo) I haven't had any service from c&j ) while I talked to him (Aaron) for a while by business experience, I could sense that he was serious about having a good review. Which is important on his way of thinking on the service he plans on providing for the customer. I have experienced if the product or service doesn't care about the reviews they do not care much about selling you qualities products or services. It is only about the money they take from you. And usually they treat the customer differently after they get the money from you. And it usually don't turnout A 5 star rating.I would bring my car here for service and have recommended his car services.Thank you Aaron for being concerned, it will bring you further success and reliability in your business n service for the customer.Peace Rese

I could not be more pleased with my experience here. Aaron fit in a quick oil change for me and then helped me out a couple weeks later when my fuel pump went out and I had to get towed. He assessed the needs of my car within hours of opening the next morning, called and quoted me, and then had it fixed by the following morning. Great service, below dealer service prices. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is stressful. Dealers overcharge on the basics, so why bother? I chose C&J because of Aaron's reputation. Two visits and zero hassles. Professional and customer-focused, not just another grease monkey.
