These guys are top notch. Excellent customer service and communication skills by every person I talked to. Had body work done on the bed panel of my f150 and it came out flawless. The tailgate closes better now than before my accident which was a plus. The only thing I wasn't expecting was they detailed the whole truck. Inside and out. It actually was cleaner than the day I bought it! So A+. Plus, them and insurance took care of everything. I had to put minimal effort in on my part.

I stopped by for a quote on a minor paint issue with my bumper and spoke with Tony. I was so blown away by how honest and knowledgeable he was I had to post a review. When I do decide to pull the trigger, they'll be the shop I use.

Wow! Super friendly, helpful and honest. I have a car that they couldn t actually do the windshield replacement on; but instead of steering me around to my insurance company, being crabby with me for not knowing things about my car, or wasting his time (like several other places I had called) he asked a few quick questions, told me where I needed to go and why. I felt respected and like I finally had some answers! Thank you Tony at Bob and Carl s Auto and Glass.

You know how you walk into a body shop and instantly feel like you are getting screwed over? Well, Bob & Carl's is definitely not that kind of place. I walked in for a drive up quote and the quote was finished in roughly 10 minutes. The quote felt like a fair and honest assessment. The staff was very personable and easy to converse with. When I dropped off my car for repairs I was told it would be done by the end of the week. They stayed true to their word, and their body work got my vehicle back to a like new condition. I really hope I do not have a reason to go back to a body shop anytime soon, but when the time comes I will gladly go back to Bob & Carl's.Service: Body & Trim

Very fast completion. Fair price and thorough work on front bumper repair and side signal repair. They also installed lockboxes.

I have been to Bob & Carl's more than I'd like to say during the past three years. But on each visit, they made me feel that my car was in good hands. They are friendly, knowledgeable and excellent at repairing big dents and fender benders. Thank you guys for being my go to body shop!

Bob and Carl's were awesome, as usual! Was driving to the cities and my back window just blew up into a million pieces. They were able to fix it the next morning and under their estimated cost! I was only in the cities 2 nites and they saved the day... Plus, they are so friendly and caring!

The customer service is amazing! This place is great! They handle the whole insurance hassle from start to finish. The guys make sure they handle the car like it was their own. Your car with completed work looks impeccable when it's finished. They definitely go above and beyond for you here. You can feel comfortable referring your wife, your brother, your sister or your mother. They will treat them all the same with pride in what they do for you!

Not a local to the area but just had my 2011 Highlander trunk replaced and couldn't be happier with the exceptional service and superb quality from Tony and Jeff. It's always great to hear honesty from the owners and they held their words. Thanks again Bob & Carl's!

Amazing service! I had a crack in my windshield that I needed replaced as quickly as possible. Most other glass companies in the area were booked for through the week. Bob & Carl's were able to provide next day service and one of the best experiences I have had with a vehicle repair company. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best!!! They only took less than a week to do what a dealership couldn't do for my vehicle! Replaced a couple of corroded wires and successfully managed to figure out what the miscommunication with the computers!!! I so highly recommend this shop and the people working here! Super friendly and informative customer service!! Thank you Jeff and crew! You guys are the best!!!

Great people to work with! My vehicle had about $2.5K worth of damage to my front bumper/fender after someone backed into me. Tony went above and beyond, offering to speak with the person who hit me to explain the estimate if we decided to pay outside of insurance. Something I got no where else! Pricing was consistent with all of the estimates I received. We ended up going though insurance and the shop handled EVERYTHING. They could schedule my service a few days after I got the insurance check, no waiting once the parts were in. Got my vehicle done in three days when they left room for four. Didn't make any promises that they couldn't keep and they left NOTHING to be desired. Even cleaned the interior of my vehicle, which might be an industry standard for nice shops, but mine was a mess. Labrador fur, nose prints and winter salt stains everywhere. So appreciated! Such easy people to trust and made my repair such low stress!

Classic windshield crack and a tired mom who backed out of my garage and cracked my side view mirror so needed to get both of those replaced. I arrived and was greeted immediately and my car was taken back right away. They quoted me a few hours of work but my vehicle was done quicker than expected! Looks great! EASY, QUICK, SUPER FRIENDLY. I brought my car in because I scuffed the side up and they took my car back and buffed out the scratches on the spot within a timely matter. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs services done on there car

We recently used Bob & Carl's for the first time based on a recommendation from a friend. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. They were knowledgeable, friendly, extremely affordable and accurate in their estimate (both delivery date and $$s). We will be customers for life and will recommend them to all our friends/family.

Outstanding. Joe made sure that the dents in my Ford Bronco were removed in a timely manner. The process was smooth and competitively priced. It is great to know that shops like this still exist for folks!

Jeff and Tony are top notch in their service and professionalism! I have taken my vehicles to them for years now and will continue to do so! I recommend them anytime I'm asked where to take a car that needs body work etc!
