Have been having issues with our black tank not closing all the way for at least 6 months but could never find anyone where we were at the time (Washington state). We came to the Grand Forks AFB Fam Camp & decided to look into having the issue fixed before we left & figured it would be the same problem of it taking weeks or months to even get on someone's schedule. Not to mention time to order parts & reschedule another appointment. But we were completely shocked & pleasantly surprised when Wes scheduled us for the next morning! He had never been on base before so it was understandable that there was a learning curve as we had never sponsored anyone to get on base before either. So it was all new to us too. It all worked out well & he was here & done in no time at all! He was very knowledgeable & if there was something he didn't know enough about he was open & up front about it. Now we're scrambling to figure out what else we need done before we leave so maybe he can fix those issues as well because we trust him & will definitely recommend him to everybody we come across while we are in this area. We will also be back next year & we will give him a call then as well. It's hard to find businesses & people like him. Thank you Wes!

My RV furnace wasn t starting, called and sent pictures and he walked me they all diagnostics, checking switches checking power source etc until the trouble was found, saving a trip and service call. He knows his stuff! Will definitely be my first call if I have any problems in the future.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I was very pleased with the service, the quick response to my texts, and the friendly service from Bryce! He told me what he was doing, and what I needed or didn t need. I had my ACs cleaned and they came out to where we are staying in Grafton. Got the job done quickly and very professionally.
