Look up the phrase "Customer Service" and you will find a picture of Resorters Marine!! This is our first year of using them for winter storage and I am so thankful we found them. My husband fell extremely ill and I was in a panic on how to get the pontoon to their shop. Some good friends were able to help and Resorters were so kind to do everything over the phone with me. Their pricing is very reasonable, their client appreciation and gratitude was very apparent. They helped out so much in a very stressful situation. I am so impressed by them and I definitely recommend giving them a call.

Tab was great to work with when we bought our new Pontoon! He asked us what our hopes were for a new boat and fit us with a Grand Island pontoon that we thoroughly enjoy. He took in our trade and gave us a deal we were happy with! Great place to buy a boat! John and Sue Helgeson

I had my golf cart there for some work, although we ran into a small issue they were all so wonderful to work with! I am a happy customer with a nice running cart! Big thanks to Tab, Angie, Bob, and Matt for getting the job done and compensating for the small issue. I ll be back!

We purchased a trailer from here and process began in April. Let s just say the experience was terrible and Tab couldn t even be bother to take care of any of the issues himself. After waiting 3 months for a replacement interior package for our enclosed trailer we were finally able to take possession of the product in which Tab(the owner) purposely made himself unavailable.The amount of mistakes made by Tab are really quite staggering. He missed options that we needed on our trailer either due to being completely lazy or out of ignorance neither is excusable.To top it all off our trailer was damaged between being picked up from the factory and making it to MN!Don t buy from this place, there is no follow through, very little knowledge and virtually no respect.

Do not go here under any circumstances! Took my boat to be stored for winter . They took it out of storage without telling me and let it sit outside for 3 weeks . Guy at front desk Bob was totally rude and said it s not his problem . Got into a argument and his response was your not gonna win this one . Angie is also rude and inconsiderate . I paid $125 to have it detailed through then and they let it sit outside with no cover and it got dusty and leaves blew in boat . They did not communicate with me , that I needed to come pick it up or it would have to sit outside. I also had an appointment set up to install a few things and when I came back to pick it up they had not touched it. I just paid my bill and did the work myself . They do not communicate and when they do they all lie . Tab the owner just tells you what you wanna hear and seems like everything is a lie. To say I am disappointed is a understatement ! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS . THIS IS YOUR WARNING !

Similar dock experience as Curt. Absolutely terrible communication and a bunch of broken promises. After almost a year of back and forth, I walked away from Resorters and purchased a dock from Carlson Dock in Miltona. The Carlson product was much more stable than the Resorter product - at a comparable price, and the communication/organization was terrific. Carlson also had the dock CORRECTLY installed within 2-weeks of purchasing.Would strongly not recommend for Resorters Marine for your dock purchase.

We have had a few issues with our boats over the last few years and every time we have been treated great by Tab (the owner) and everyone that works there. We highly recommend Resorters Marine!

Exceptional service! Friendly staff! Wonderful to deal with! I had my boat there for service and received top notch service! Very helpful with the issues I was having and fixed it up for me with no more issues! I am back on the water enjoying the lake! Highly recommend! Thank you staff of Resorters Marine!

Extremely unorganized, Tab the owner feeds you lie after lie! Guys in the shop know what they re doing when it comes to repairs. No communication when it came to my repairs, no phone call, unauthorized repairs. Literally a laughing stock of the town. Don t bring anything here, you will be lied to and taken to the bank.

I love Resorters! Personal attention and quick turnaround when it comes to service. Tab the owner goes out of his way to make sure you get the best service. PLUS the prices are amazing!

We had them put in our dock this spring. From the get go it was an exercise in futility. They were unorganized, unsure and didn't want to be there. After a couple of days of them coming out or just not showing up and getting nowhere, we finally said enough. What ticked me off the most was the lack of communication between us and owner. Not once did we get contacted regarding the situation. I want to help the little guy but geez, you got to at least try.

After 2 weeks Rebuilt my carburetor and never did they i called them up and said come pick it up we can't get to it cuz guys is comfortable doing that kind of work I will never go there again
