Very helpful and friendly staff. I am new to Onamia so it s nice to have friendly faces to help you when you re in need. And this was a wonderful experience for me. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

We were away from home and on the road. They were able to fit us in even though they were booked all day. The whole crew took great care of us. Helpful and friendly. Shout out to the service manager Roger

Beautiful shop with a very friendly staff. We stopped in randomly while traveling through and they were able to work us in right away. I would highly recommend. There waiting area is practically a museum and VERY comfortable.

We were hauling a flatbed trailer with equipment on it when we had a flat tire on the trailer. The trailer was too heavy to change on the side of the road so we went to Onamia Service Center. Roger and Justin got us right in, changed the tire and got us back on our way in no time. Great customer service! We highly recommend them!

What Rock Stars..The day began with hitting a piece of concrete and destroying my tire. near Duluth. I then drove to Grand Rapids on my Donut. after leaving there I blew the Donut outside of Onamia. After getting a quote for an insane $470 to Tow me 4 miles, and a really long day thanks to roadside assistance, these guys were the beacon of fresh air that made it easy enough to deal with. Tow truck came with in 15 minutes. Amazing staff there made me feel welcome and tried everything they could do to get me home, (2 hour drive) including trying to get a full sized spare and another Donut. Since it was later afternoon. When that did not work, they kept my car over night and when I came back they put it all back together for me. The cost of it all was unrealistically reasonable. If I lived closer, it would be the only place I ever took my car to be fixed. Top Shelf staff and service.Thank you again for your help and making a really bad day, a lot easier to deal with.

Roger and Josh were great! I needed a tow and it was done immediately. They completed all the work a day early so I could have my vehicle back. Courteous, prompt, detailed about work and cost! Fair price for a new clutch and parts!

Had an alignment done and they called and said my wheel bearing was bad. Quoted me over 500 to fix it. I brought it to two different shops and there is nothing wrong with any of my bearings. Very disappointing for a local business to try this scam

Brought my car there to have some work done and had my battery replaced and now ALL my lights are flickering brought it back to let thm know what was happening cause my car has NEVER done this ever and now it s constantly happening. They said they couldn t find anything wrong, but obviously there is, asked if they took if for a test ride and they said they didn t and my car is constantly losing power and every light is flickering inside and outService: Tires

I live in Peoria ill my niece live there she had a car problem for 2 months i called them they towed the car in not olny does it great now the bill was 400$ less heat just had heart surgery an not at my best BUT THEY WERE A GREAT I WOULD TELL ANY BODY NEEDING CAR SERVICE TO CALL THEM . and we did all this on phone from Peoria. ill. !!!!!!!....

Had my truck towed to onamia service center after it broke down in the woods and they figured out what was wrong quickly and was able to do a bandaid for me to get my camper out of the woods. I scheduled the appointment to make all the repairs needed and it was fixed fast and at a very reasonable rate. I heard they have new owners so if you haven't tried them in a while I'd definitely give them a call for any repairs. I doubt I'll ever use another shop

So happy with onamia service center!! I had just bought a used vehicle and when it broke down I didn't know where to even begin.. tried fixing a few things but nothing would work.. onamia service center towed it and within a day or so they had it figured out.. they had it all fixed and running a couple days later and didn't over charge me. They were very polite and showed excellent customer service.. I will definitely be going back the next time I have any issues. I highly recommend going to onamia service center for any issues you have with your car!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is awesome. We had to pull over 3 miles from here. A real person answered their phone. Their own tow truck came to get us and our family. Their waiting room is amazing and relaxing. They were very competent in diagnosing and fixing our minivan. I would highly recommend their shop.

What a refreshing experience in today s society!Friendly and courteous.True to their word.Timely.Kept me informed of progress regularly. Conscientious of my time and money! for a quote. When they didn t respond within 48 hours, called AStelland Roget gave me a quote immediately on the phone. Ordered the part necessary and told me likely 48 hours. 30 hours later called me and told me part was in. Asked what time I would want to come in. I took first appt the next morning.Got me in, and told me likely 2 hours. Went for a walk. Hour later they called and told me the OEM company had shipped the wrong part in the right box, and apologized. They told me they were calling immediately for an overnight shipment for me, and told me they would call when it arrived, and I would jump to front of the line.Mid-morning the next day they called, told me part was in, and I could come in whenever.I got vehicle in and they told me one hour. One hour later, vehicle was ready and they apologized profusely for delay even though it was ZERO % their fault.Roger and team are fair, thoughtful, true to their word and have my business for life!

The staff here is beyond amazing from the sweet tow truck driver, the mechanics and all office staff. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone. Wonderful place and people. Not enough words to explain the courtesy I was given.

I've brought my wheel bearings in and had them pressed and several tires mounted and balanced. They have always treated me with respect and always charged the quoted price.Very honest and helpful when I needed it most. Highly recommend onamia service center for all your auto needs it's my goto for my kia sorento .Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto maintenance

We needed to make an unexpected trip to Virginia on short notice for my mom's funeral, so we called to see if we could get a same-day appointment for an oil change. We drive a 2001 15 passenger van that has high miles. With an older vehicle, you never know what to expect. The guys at the service center were not only professional, but they were compassionate and understanding of our need to be traveling as soon as possible. They did a full 30-point inspection of our van and recommended that we repack one wheel bearing and replace one upper ball joint. The ball joint was the difficult one because it was actually dangerous to drive with it in the condition it was in. They worked quickly and efficiently to get our van road-safe. I know there are no guarantees with a vehicle as old as ours, but it sure eased my mind knowing that it had been looked over carefully and we had done everything we could. We drove 2,900 miles in 6 days. Our odometer flipped over 200,000 miles on our way back home. We had zero problems with the van on our trip and it drove very well. I was so thankful to be able to bring 8 of my kids to Virginia to say goodbye to my mom. Thank you to the guys at Onamia Service Center for working diligently to get us on the road safely and quickly and for sharing sympathy and compassion as well!

The customer service here is better than I have ever experienced in any service industry. All visits end with complete satisfaction, resolution of issue on my vehicle and a very reasonable bill.

Do not believe their claim for 24hr towing and fast response time. Both myself and my insurance provider tried to get a hold of them for a tow at around midnight and neither of us got any response. It was also -10 outside, that was awesome

Punctured a tire on my truck a little after 3 on a Saturday afternoon 8 miles south of Onamia. A quick Google search showed not a lot of options but that they were open until 4. I arrived, unannounced at 3:15, and even though there were 2 others ahead of me I was told not to worry, it would be fixed even if it meant staying a little late. And that is exactly what they did. I enjoyed a great conversation with the owner while waiting and was never made to feel like I was holding up their weekend. This was my 1st and, so far, only visit, but if I need service again this will be my 1st call. I can't say enough how much I appreciate that kind of service. And the old coupe converted into the front desk was really cool.

Due to circumstances of higher authority my truck was towed and stored by Josh and his crew after 37 days I was able to pick up my truck because Josh went out of his way to meet us to get my truck after hours in the cold and rain he worked with me i appreciate dudes like Josh at Onamia auto center I would absolutely recommend him and his guys to anyone and thanks again Josh my Tahoe made it home and dried out! Stand up guy!!! World needs more like you

On a busy summer Sunday afternoon, I blew up my motor while driving on 169. Traffic was slow, bumper to bumper and very rude! I was directed to call Onamia Service Center for a tow. Nick called me to verify my location. He was very concerned and told me to "get out of the hot car" . He arrived at the stated time and assisted me....above and beyond. He took me to the Service Center and waited with me until my husband arrived. He was friendly and very helpful. Nick is an exemplary employee!!! With excellent customer service!! Thank you, Nick

The owners here are the best, and I'm saying that from my experience with them a week ago today. Returning to the Twin Cities from up north, I suddenly sprung a flat tire. Hobbling to the nearest place I thought I might find help, I found myself at Onamia Service Center. Since it was later evening (and a holiday), the business was closed, but the owners happened to be on the premises (thankfully for me!). Roger was able to help get me back on the road quickly; I was SO thankful that Roger and his wife were there, and that they were able and willing to help me. They're the sort of people you want to do business with!

Were able to diagnose a tricky engine issue when we showed up with no warning (we were on the road and happened to be near them), and they seriously undercharged us for the effort it took to diagnose.

Great service! Truly care about your vehicle and family! Towing after hours was very accommodating and took the extra mile to care for us. Definitely my go to place!
