Very honest mechanic. I've been there a few times and he even lets you know what is coming up so you can plan ahead.

The owner is very rude. He put a large dent in my car while towing it and then tried telling me my car was already heavily damaged. It was not. My car was in near perfect condition. I offered him the chance to fix the dent but he just hung up on me. I will never set foot there again. Take your car to ProAuto where they are professional.

So, I called to get a price on installation for an oil filter adapter gasket for my Impala. One of the easiest things do on a vehicle. I called and spoke with someone who had no idea what I was talking about and said there wasnt a mechanic around to give me a quote.The owner called me back in about a half hour and said they need to see the vehicle first to give me a quote. ... .. WHAT??? For a simple oil filter gasket!? He claimed that he won't give me a quote and to just bring it in, even though I live a half hour from their shop. Guys - ANY other shop would be able to give you a quote on time, labor, and parts For your vehicle. If ZERO stars was an option, you bet they would be getting one. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE. Bring your vehicle to ANY other shop.

They were suppose to tow my truck to my shop and they just pulled the fender off and charged me $150 for pretty much nothing. Then they made us drive the truck back to our yard. The tires had huge gashes in them. Told us if there were issues to call for a tow or stop in the next town and get new tires. Pretty worthless guys. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE.

The mechanic isn't straightforward about the cost of labor and the job. My 2006 Nissan Altima engine died and I knew what the problem was. It had a blown head gasket. The engine had 250000 miles on it and I knew I wasn't going to repair it. Instead I wanted to replace it with a used low milage engine. I told the mechanic about it but he still had another mechanic look and spend time on it and ended up paying $200.00 on it for what you call it a "diagnostic fee". He didn't even tell there was a diagnostic fee when a mechanic looks at it. When the car first arrived at the store he had a mechanic look at the car immediately. I think that is the way the customer gets hooked for the bill even if the customer decides not to get it fixed. I see a lot of cars sitting around at the parking lot and I think some of the customers can't pay or afford the diagnostic fee so they just left it there. Service is very slow as well. After the engine arrived at the shop it sat for 10 days. At the end I got fed up with his fraudulent service and moved the car to pro auto transmission. They seem very professional and they moved the car the very same day and it would be done in few days. Also there quote was a lot better and didn't take 2 weeks to get a quote to replace the motor. Smith and Oil is a bottom feeding car repair shop in oder to make money they need to manipulate its customers

We have been loyal Smith oil customers for more than 15 years. They do great work in a timely fashion. They give you big shop quality with home town friendly service. Grant, their head mechanic, is exceptional.

Owner is very rude. He towed my truck, did not wear a face mask inside the business, and when I told him that $150 was a lot and I need all the money I can for bills, he laughed and said "well I can make it $200". Very rude and arrogant guy.

I use them for towing and I buy gasoline here. I always have good service in those 2 areas. I can't speak to the repair shop. I do know the car wash is the cheapest around and is decent.

The owner is SO rude, doesn't know what he's doing. He towed my truck and instead of using the front tow hooks, the OWNER hooked up underneath and bent the axle.I was at Family Dollar today and he was there and there was a whole line of people and he was not even in line. It got to be my turn at the register and he ran up really quick and said "let me just ring this one thing up real quick so I can get outta here". Does he think he's God or something that he can just skip the line? Everyone else has stuff to do too, not just him.So rude and disrespectful.

Fantastic service! My car broke down just down the road from here. I walked in at 4:45 on a Friday, and the owner agreed to tow me and helped me find a mechanic that could get me going again that night.

If I could give it negative stars I would. They are absolutely the worst place I have ever had to deal with. The owner is childish and rude and likes to laugh mockingly at his customers. They are not worth your time or money. I promise you, go ANYWHERE ELSE or you'll regret it.

The owner was very rude to me after I paid him 100 bucks to tow me. He refused to tow me where I asked, was extremely childish and rude! Don t use this place, I can t believe an owner of a business can be so childish and awful to their customers! I would give negative stars if I was able!!

Called to ask about details n the guy that answered the phone was very rude. I get repair shops are busy but their is no need to be rude to a possible customer
