We were able to get our vehicle towed and fixed all within about 6 hours today! We were nervous about being able to get it running before it got really cold. Thank you so much to Darryl and Jeff! They were both so kind and knowledgeable and were more than happy to educate us and make us feel welcomed at the shop. We will definitely be back!

Convenient at a price! The tech was thorough with inspection. Never imagined a synthetic blend oil change would be $79. My normal service shop charges 40% less and you get a tire rotation. They picked it up and drop it off, which is nice. I was disappointed a certificate with no expiration date wasn't honored because it was "too old". At minimum a discount would've been appropriate, I'd think?

They were so great here, they squeezed me in on short notice for an oil change while I was driving through on my way to St. Paul. They let me wait in the waiting room with my dog and they had a wonderful choice of snacks and beverage and multiple options for making coffee it was cool.

I'm not from the area but stopped in to see if they could clear a dash light. The guys took the time to give it a quick once over and found that work completed by another shop had failed. They didn't charge me and asked if they could help me with anything else.This is a very trustworthy and stand up shop.

Absolutely scammers. Twice they tried over charging me. They wanted $100 dollars to replace my fog light and rear license plate light. Claimed they'd have to take part of the trunk apart to do it. My grandpa did it in 5 minutes and spent $30 dollars.Again, they checked my brakes because they've been squeaking and the break light was on. They reccomended replacing the rear brakes and rotors. And wanted to charge nearly $900 dollars.Then I was told by that same grandpa to check the brake fluid. It was at minimum. THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER LOOKING AND FILLING THAT!Absolutely horrible, and disgraceful. Should be ashamed pro auto.

The staff, specifically Tanner, at Pro Auto went over and above with their customer service!! We were treated with politeness & respect. Communication was fantastic. And, they had a loaner for us to use! Was recommended by a friend. I was so very happy with the friendliness that they all showed. I was told in detail what was needed to repair my vehicle. Also I was very impressed that they gave me a loaner car while my repairs were being done, what an excellent perk to provide to customers! The customer service was absolutely TOP NOTCH! I am so glad that I found this place and I look forward to having them help me with all my vehicle needs in the future! Don t hesitate to give these guys a chance to take care of you. I had a PTU leak, thankful they were able to fix it for a fairly decent price. My power steering ended up going out but it was nice they admitted it happened from something else they did and fixed it as soon as possible! Very nice and professional people!

First time I have used since new ownership...and that will be the last. I understand prices have gone up. I used them because they could get me done first. Did not realize it was going to be $300 more expensive than someone 2 blocks away. Disappointing to say the least.Service: TiresService: Tires

I brought my Suburban to Pro Auto due to catastrophic failure in the rear end. The only things I was told needed to be replaced were the gear set & bearings, axle bearings and seals. They also said the u-joints in the drive shaft had to be changed.Work Order 79357 Invoice # 107460 Date 8/14/2023I called in 7/5/23 and talked to Tanner. I Told him that my diff was making noise. He said to bring it in so they could investigate it. I brought it in and was told they would investigate next week.Tanner called 7/11/2023 told me at that time that they had to order new bearings.On 7/24/23 I called to check on the progress and was told that he hoped to get in in the following week.7/26/23 I was called by Tanner 3:44 pm he was still hoping to get it in soon.8/3/23 called in again and was given the same answer. ( I hope to get it in next week.)8/10/23 I missed a call at 9:38AM. Returned the call. I was told that I would have to pay to replace the damaged axle shafts. They have metal flaking on them Pro Auto would not stand behind their warranty of the differential if the axle shafts were not replaced. I was told it would be ready 8/10 or 8/11/23.Both Axles at a of Cost of $682.19I did not hear anything until 8/14/23 at 10.58AM I was finally told it was ready. I picked it up that afternoon.After driving it. It has a wine in the diff at road speed with light power on / off.After paying the invoice for the axles, I took the old axles with me. I inspected them and found they are pitted in the bearing area. The right was heavily pitted which would be expected due to the crown of the roads. The diff housing would tilt to the right sending oil with metal particles into the right bearing. My experience has taught me that this will take out the bearing in a diff. A failure like this would be caused by metal particles that did not get cleaned out of the housing and had been missed. That would include the area of the axles that ride on the bearings in the housing.After looking at the damage to the axles. It is my judgment that the AXLES should be covered under the warranty. Due to them not being damaged at the time it was built by Pro Auto in voice #103474 since new axle bearings and seals were installed the first time it was repaired at your shop. There was no mention of or evidence of a problem with them at that time.I also feel that a warranty repair should not have taken a month plus to get repaired. I feel better customer communication should have occurred. We were given a loaner car to use during this time and we do genuinely appreciate that. We also did not get any updates on our vehicle in any timely manner in any way.I was told twice it was going to be done Thursday or Friday. Two different weeks. The week before it was finally finished. I was told about the axles. I did get a call the following Monday saying it was done.We ve been incredibly pleased with the service Pro Auto has provided in the past but in this instance, I feel it could have been handled better. I've included a letter backing up my claim and information from GM.After I sent this letter to them. ( Full of BS )They sent a letter back stating that if I was to have rented a car for the 5 weeks it took them to do this warranty repair it would have cost me much more then the $ 682.19. I had worked in automotive / truck repair over my 45 years in the field. You never put a warranty repair on the back lot for 5 weeks. Then tell the customer. it would have cost you a lot more if you had to get a rental. It was nice to have the loaner. FIVE WEEKS FOR A WARRANTY REPAIR!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

These guys are awesome!!!had a heck of a time trying to find a tow and pro auto got my car picked up in no time! once i was notified by Brian that my car made it to the shop he called me right away with a diagnosis, pricing, and availability with labor rates for each job. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional about the procedure I would recommend everyone Pro auto. very nice people and very fast

I asked for a low priced quote on tires and they came back with $175 each. Walmart had a $68 option. The guy was nice and friendly, though.

There were no surprises they were upfront and on time with repairs. My daughter's car is good to go on her way back to college without any car concerns (at the moment). Great job with not only her car but fixing brake line on 4-wheeler. I have never done business here before. But let me say when I was in a pinch needing a oil change it was a easy call and quick appointment! I also had never gotten honest feedback from a business on other things they saw may be future issues and shown pictures sent to your phone on exactly what the technician was looking at/talking about.A++ service highly recommended I ll be back for sure!!Thanks again!Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I'm extremely happy with my first experience using Pro Auto for an oil change. The service center is nice and I LOVE that they are dog friendly!! Super great and helpful staff. The price was very reasonable AND they have a punch card to get your 5th oil change free-Which is awesome! They text you when your car is done and you get a full report on what issues they may have come across. They go through and explain everything so you are knowledgeable of the issues. I would definitely recommend using their services to anyone!Service: Oil change

Although they were booked for a week, they took care of my car on the spot to allow us to do our road trip and not lose our reservation. They went beyond what you could expect. Diagnosed the problem, went to get the part to the next twon (an alternator), and send us back on the road in 3 hours or so. The crew was extremely nice. The lobby is amazing, very clean and comfy, with free water, trears, very nice restroom, and you can watch TV like Netflix etc .. big shout out to them.
