Great service and flexibility. Valley Auto Haus staff helped me navigating a repair for my college son s car at a time where it was difficult to make schedules work. Top notch service and help. Would definitely recommend and we ll be back. Thank you!

I requested a towing service, and they were denying my request because of a conflict of interest . Not sure what the conflict is, as I am just requesting customer service. I guess the conflict was that they aren't willing to provide good service. Quite unfortunate. Not willing to tow me to an auto shop where my tires are located makes it tough to fix my car that I use for daily errands. It kind of sucks to not be able to drive my car and visit my family due to this. Hopefully future customers will avoid this shop as they aren t too friendly or helpful.

I had heard some favorable things about Valley Auto in the past and then when I was in an accident my insurance company said they were in their network and recommended them. I appreciated the front desk staff being concerned about my accident, to Berkeley, who was the primary employee working on my vehicle. He updated me on his thorough report to the insurance company, when specific parts might be in and the anticipated time my car would be done. The customer service was great and the work matched what others had told me would be true about Valley Auto.

I got my oil changed and tires rotated. Staff was friendly and efficient! I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Loved the service!

Valley Autohaus has serviced our vehicles well and fairly. The company also supports community youth sports which our family appreciates. They're a fantastic business and we'll keep going back for our maintenance and repair needs.

Service was good, prices seemed to be fair.Would suggest that when a customer like me asks for a price on 4 tires that you included upfront the cost of mounting the tires and balancing and suggest we consider a wheel alignment and tire disposal. Also when a customer pays the invoice when the work is completed to include a copy of the warranty. I noticed when I got home there was no information on the warranty so I called and then you promptly mailed a copy.I can afford the extras, you likely have customers that are on a limited budget and it could be a burden on some.You have done other work for us and we have always been satisfied and look forward to coming back in the future when we need more service. I've had a lot of maintenance work and repairs done at Valley Autohaus the last few years and their work and customer service is excellent! I highly recommend them and for many reasons, but here are just a few. I had an oil leak in a 2019 Silverado. Brought it to Chris and his mechanics diagnosed the issue to the tune of $1,900. Chris called me and asked if I still had a warranty on my truck, but before I could answer he said let me call the Chevrolet dealer in town and check for you. A few minutes later he called and said the oil leak was covered under my powertrain warranty. That saved me $1,900. I also worked with Chris when a snow plow caused $10,500 to the front of my truck. Chris handled all the paperwork with the insurance company, scheduled an appointment for me, provided me with a loaner car, and then Valley Autohaus knocked the repair job out of the park. Those are just a few reasons why Valley Autohaus gets a five star review from me!

We had a great experience from start to finish with Valley Autohaus after my son was hit by someone who ran a red light last spring. They are great with communication and managing expectations. His car was repaired beautifully. We will be back for any body work that we need done.

I took my car in after I was in an accident and chose Valley AutoHaus initially because they were more than $1000.00 cheaper than a competitor. Even though insurance was paying the entire cost, I liked that Valley Autohaus wasn t taking advantage of the situation. Next, I worked with Berkeley who took his time and thoroughly explained the process. He was professional and extremely courteous. But none of that compares to the wonderful job that was done on my car. The repair was flawless, affordable, and the whole crew took pains to make sure I was satisfied. The front desk personnel was a joy to encounter. They were extremely pleasant and each time I left, it was with a genuine smile. If you re looking for car service, I couldn t recommend Valley AutoHaus more highly.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the recent collision repair on our 2014 Audi. The staff was excellent to work with through the process and most importantly are very happy with the quick turnaround for the needed collision repairs. We highly recommend having your collision work done at Valley Autohaus.

Matt was our tow truck driver. Not only was he quick getting to us, he also was very professional and just all around an amazing human. He striked up a great conversation and he has amazing communication skills from beginning to end.

Friendly and professional staff. Got my new Toyota back in new condition after having a cinder block fall off a truck and onto the front end. In just two days! I highly recommend Valley Autohaus.

Hit a deer and needed body work. I had trouble with ins.company but Chris took care of it and it really was a huge problem. The insurance company said they would pay so much an hr. And for the job. And I had 200 dollar deductible and would be responsible for the rest. I don t know how they took care of it but ended up insurance pay the estimate. I was told one week or so and one day past. Very polite staff and organized.COULD NOT HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE ANY BETTER!!

I am in Northfield visiting my daughter and her family. Walked out the car to get something only to find I had a flat tire. My daughter said no worries, we know a place Dad. We called Valley and they told us we could bring the car in anytime to get fixed. We brought it in and it was fixed within an hour. Everyone was friendly. The service was great. How does one get to have a Wonderful Experience by just getting a flat fixed? Great customer service with a smile. Much Appreciated!Thank You, Kevin

I asked just before closure if they could look at my problem--someone knocked my review mirror driver's side off. They let me come down, and said they'd take care of it but it might not be the color that matched the car. And yet when I picked it up several days later, I was so pleased to find that they went the extra mile to find a review mirror that matched my car! Wonderful service and great experience, they made a stressful situation go away quickly! 3:00pm Friday before Labor Day and my van had a flat, the valve stem had a leak. We just moved to Northfield and I had never been to a auto shop in town. I found Valley Autohaus on google because they carry Firestone tires. I made it to Valley and Wes came out and looked at it. He had me pull up right away. He fixed it in less time than I thought it would take. He was nice, kind and professional. I plan to make this place my auto shop in Northfield. To start with they never called me once! I had to bagger them to even find out about my car and they made me feel like a nag. Communication skills 0 ! Rude to boot. When I finally did decided to just have it taken out of their hands I turned up to find them "Conducting tests" That I was charged $260 for and never even got the results just an empty texts!. They seem to have a bad culture there, somethings wrong. Avoid at all costs!!

Edit- I am fully aware of zipper merge, maybe he shouldn t be driving over 70mph in a 55mph construction zone then he wouldn t have to work so hard on controlling his truck and being able to merge in safely, remember there s construction worker s life at stake here, and as I mentioned there was no one behind my car he could ve merged in safely.But great job defending his reckless driving- speaks volumes about your company.One of their drivers shown in the pictureCut us off in a construction zone almost flipping our vehicleWe were driving in the right lane, speed limit 55mphAnd he was in the left lane - he was flying the left lane and we didn t see him until he passed and cut right in front of us as the left lane endedThere was no cars behind us so he had an option to merge in safely but chose not to.And there was two miles of warrings showing that left lane is closing.He proceeded to cut off two more people when another construction zone came up. This was on HWY 52 heading N.Teach your drivers to drive safely as they re responsible for their client s property when delivering a vehicle or towing one.

Very polite staff, the worked very hard to fix our problems with our van. If they didn't know or didn't have the parts, they found out what they needed. Kept us informed the whole time they had it.
