Great shop! They were able to get me in quickly and the repairs were completed faster than expected. I m fully satisfied!UPDATE: The side window I had replaced 8 months ago is still working great and I recently had Polzin replace a windshield as well. It went VERY smoothly and they're now my go-to shop for glass work. They even had a loaner vehicle readily available for me.Services: Auto side window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

I just had my front lights worked on!! Wow!! They went from so dingy that I couldn t see in the dark to sparkling clear! The process was explained to me and it s quite remarkable! I am so happy and thankful for the awesome job and professionalism of this business!They are super friendly and professional. An added bonus was they came to my work and took my vehicle for a new windshield replacement and brought it back before I finished work! It looks great and I am so thankful for their service! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. They took care of the insurance aspect and performed great work very quickly. Fixed my daughter's car windshield install that was done HORRIBLY WRONG AT EIDE IN ZUMBROTA.Excellent repair job and a very reasonable price. She was thrilled just at how they cleaned it for her and the office staff was very friendly!!

Had a few small chips in my windshield so I called an setup an appointment. They worked around my schedule and the whole appointment took 30min or less. It was done well and for a great price! Super friendly people!

Needed the back windshield on my 2010 Subaru Outback replaced. They did it three days earlier and for several hundred cheaper than any other quote I got. I took my car in, they gave me a complimentary loner, I came back a few hours later and it was done. Completely professional and friendly.

Polzin Glass replaced the windshield on my Ford F150. They did a fantastic job. The job was done faster than expected and they handled the insurance part for me. I even got a loaner car for a few hours so I could get a few errands done. Thanks Polzin Glass!

Quick and organized calls with insurance. Accidentally left me phone in the vehicle and nobody messed with it. Staff kindly told a different driver about an unrelated antifreeze leak they had.

Three years ago a tree fell and broke my car's windshield. Thinking that I would support a local business I went to Polzin glass for the repair.Everything seemed to go smoothly with the repair at Polzin until as I was driving the two window trims on both sides of my front windshield started to come off while I was driving on the highway the day after the repair. These flapping window trims cracked my front passenger fender as they were flapping madly in the breeze as I tried to find a place to get off of the highway as I was heading up to get my car looked at the insurance adjuster post-tree crushing accident.Polzin apologized saying that they must have not used enough adhesive to attach them back down when they replaced the window and that they would fix it. I explained that the fact that they came loose while I was driving caused damage to my front driver side fender. They tried to blame this on the tree which had damaged the car, so I brought in pictures that the insurance adjuster had taken when the tree was on the car to show them that this was not the case. At this point they said they would have it fixed for me.I thought, okay big hassle, considering I was dealing with other insurance stuff from the tree damage, but if it gets fixed fine...Then they proceeded to have my fender "fixed" which apparently to them meant glueing the cracked plastic back together and applying a thin layer of quasi-matching paint over the very obvious repair. It looked like crap.About this time I also noticed that my rear view mirror which they had put in on the new glass window, was not my rear view mirror but some deglazed ancient looking mirror. I explained to Polzin that this was not my rear view mirror and that they should either find my rear view mirror or put a new one in. They claimed it was my mirror, even though it seemed to be the wrong color and shape. After some argument decided I had to involve my car insurance company, Progressive, and at that point Polzin they agreed to replace the mirror.When they replaced the mirror but in the process caused a new break circular in the new windshield (apparently they just yanked this off hard) which they did not tell me about, hoping apparently that I would not notice. Lucky them I did not for several weeks after, at which point I wouldn't let them touch my car with a ten foot pole, as the joy of dealing with them just increased.After complaining about the fender being verily shoddily repaired, the owner of Polzin glass (whom I never was allowed to speak to in person), said they would give me $150 to fix it however I could and that was the best they were willing to do for me as I had already cost them so much with apparently all the repairs for their shoddy work. I disgusted overall with what was becoming very clear to me as both poor quality work and customer service took the money and left and ended up replacing my own fender.Well you might ask why three years later I am posting this, well I was out cleaning my car today and noticed that the window trims on my car seemed loose...again. Well it now appears that the trim is really loose because when Polzin "repaired" my front windshield they tore the trim off with brute force breaking all of the clips that would normally hold the side trim on. Having not replaced a windshield myself I didn't know there were clips so I thought their original explanation of why the side trim came off was legit, but apparently the original damage occurred because they broke off all the clips and then just put some haphazard big dabs of epoxy where the clips used to be in hopes that they would bond enough to hold the trim back on, which you know by now did not work on the first attempt. It did work sort of on the second attempt since it has held up for three years, but now I guess now I have to fix Polzin's shoddy work myself before it breaks one or both of my front fenders again.So long story short, if you are looking for shoddy work with poor customer service look no further.

Replaced a side light on my front door, and they did it in a timely manner and it looks prefect, can't tell it's not original. Will definitely use for any future needs.
