We were out of town with an hour long drive ahead using a (40yr old) borrowed family car that lost a wiper on a rainy day. We were honestly unsure if they even sell them for a car that old but were so pleasantly surprised by our visit here!The employee welcomed us in asking how he could help, looked up the vehicle online, retrieved the wipers and even offered to install!I couldn't get over what a remarkably positive experience we had when we walked in totally clueless. If we lived here we'd never visit anywhere else!

I was traveling to the Twin Cities from out of state when I landed myself in quite the situation at the Flying J. After doing some calling around the store manager and her team went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I was back on the road and safely. Not only did they get me the part I needed promptly but also connected me with a local mechanic. They were so happy to help and it meant a lot. So shoutout them.

Basically the same as AutoZone as far as pricing goes. Maybe a little bit higher. The service is not as customer service-y as autozone, but AutoZone has been slipping lately in my opinion and O'Reilly is catching up because of that. The people at the counter are usually very helpful and get you the parts you need. Their return policy is very easy to deal with if you find that you bought a part that's much cheaper somewhere else or you just don't need the part anymore. They have a good selection of rental tools, but not as good as AutoZone.

If I could choose NO stars I would!! I have been in O Reilly s in many states and this is the first one that would not allow me to fix my broken hub assembly in the parking lot! All other stores even have a cart full of tools to borrow to change the part. I literally changed this same part 3 days ago in a TN O Reilly s. Please rethink your store policy cause this was the most unhelpful store I ve even been in!

Wow... the store manager went up and beyond!!! Daughter broke down at local truck stop and she stopped what she was doing to deliver the tools needed to do the job... amazing customer service can't be more thankful to her!!!!!!!!!

I drive a Volvo and a burnt out headlight just before a road trip to SD had me stewing. The assistant manager and manager were so helpful! They took all the worry away by even helping to install the light and a new wiper. They were patient and very helpful. I also love that the manager is a woman in a male dominated field. They'll be getting my business for everything car related. It was phenomenal service

Personally I'd rather do my business at advanced autos. They have alot more friendly staff. Went there with my father and brother to have our car looked at. Immediately they got argumentative with my father. Though they were just following protocol I understand. What happened after word is what really upset me. While I was waiting I was going to get a Coke but I realized I had forgot my wallet. So I decided not to get it. The old guy then yelled at me to put it back, which I was going to do anyway since I couldn't get it. But he treated me as if I was a theif. Personally I've had friendlier service at McDonald's. Like I said, if your looking for friendly service I'd recommend going to advanced autos. Alot more professional and courteous

On a long road trip from halfway across the country. Got a flat tire, stopped here, and they were beyond helpful. They checked the tire for leaks for something to make sure it wasn't something easily catchable. Were then able to reccomend an auto shop for the tire repair that was super fast.

These gals/guys are a class act generally with people who know vehicles and have a history with not only O'Riley's in town. After Napa went to hell in a hand basket recently after a large buy out, these guys are the place to go in N-town. After being verbally accosted at Advance by a long time employee over a UPS drop location misunderstanding, I won't go there either. I've called in looking for parts that they routinely have on hand or get next day. Delivery is prompt when needed, but generally we drive in.

Went to get some new windshield wiper blades and the O'Reilly guys went above and beyond, not only saving me money on top of the line wipers, but ensuring the proper installation (on a very cold night!) as well. Thanks guys!

I have gone to Advance Auto Parts from the moment I got a car. We all hesitat with change so when O'Reill's came into town I stuck with Advance. Until one day I just had had enough of them. I drove across the sreat and marched into O'Realys. Jeff i believe was the managers name. He was working. I asked him if he could check why my engine light was on and he got right on it. He answered a few of my questions as how my car's O2 sensor being off could affect my car. As i fallowed him back inside to buy and item i needed and came back to my car to find i was locked out of my car and with my fob in my pocket!!! Jeff stuck with me for close to 2 hours as my car litterally broke down right outside his shop. From my locking me out, him getting me back in to it to find it was acting up to changing my battery for me. He did not give up until he got my car back up and running. He also was honest with what was the best battery option for my car and didn't care for upselling. As woman I find it hard to get respect from auto shops. I do not know much about car's but it is no reason to be treated poorly. So when Jeff was honest with me and also thought me what to look for and what he was doing I knew will forever go to O'Reilly's. My husband heard the story and he is very thankful I found just a nice shop to help me out. I will forever tell the story and recommend this shop!! 5 stars does not do justice to the gentleman that helped me on a cold December morning! Thank you so much!

Staff is always helpful and polite (see my less than good reviews for other places! Lol). Had a terrible experience at AutoZone: rude, argued with me about a return that was just wrong part (still in box). Shop at O'Reilly's!

Jesus (sales associate, not the God guy) helped me diagnose a simple rattle in my car that was misdiagnosed by another auto store. Also, they are open 1 hour later then the other auto parts stores.
