Miscommunication between staff lead to an extra day in the shop and me almost not having a ride to work. One of the technicians was kind enough to let me use his personal car. Set up an appointment to get the work done that was diagnosed. I said I would need a loaner and that I would need to know if they had one or not that day. They didn't reach out to me until 11:30 on the day of the appointment when my car was already at work with me.

Needed a new starter for my son's Camry. They towed the car to the shop, called me immediately to let me know it was there. Called me shortly thereafter with diagnosis and cost, much quicker than I expected. Ryan was very professional and polite, and charges were slightly less than I expected. Vehicle was repaired in hours and back on the road. Great service, will definitely use them in the future.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

My son brought his car there to get brakes done. Everyone there so very nice and knowledgeable. Pete explained everything that was wrong and what they did, to my son. We started going here as my husband in the car business and wants to give business to our local companies.

I really appreciate the excellent service and kindness I received here. Last night my tire was experiencing a fast leak, and I was quite panicked because today I needed to get 2 kids to the airport at the end of term on top of a five hour trip in the car back home. John helped calm me down first thing in the morning and got my tire repaired - a faulty stem - in only a few hours. The whole team really helped a lot of things come together for a number of people with hard deadlines, and I so appreciate the wonderful work.

I cannot say enough good things about Northfield Auto Care. They are flexible, respectful, conscientious. I never feel pressured to do needless work, and get honest feedback about whether it's worth a repair or if it's time to look for a new car. The team answers my questions and explains how and why they're doing various work. They are great community members.I like them and trust them so much that when my parents drive out to visit from AZ, they have stopped in to have Northfield Auto Care service their vehicle. I could have had my new-to-me used car serviced for free at the dealer... but I chose to bring it to Northfield Auto Care because of the amazing service I receive. I am moving to Florida but will drive back to MN for various events and you can BET I'll coordinate time to have my car seen by them when I'm in town. John, Ryan, Andrew, and all the other amazing staff who I've not been able to meet or get to know? They're fantastic. Take your car to them always and forever.

In my experience, they've always been very fair and efficient. I've always had good experiences there. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. They explain everything in a very friendly and clear way. And when they repair something I know I don't have to worry about the quality of their work.

Needed a tow from a dealership. Called Northfield Auto Care and they were able to accommodate our request within just a short amount of time. The person who set us up with the tow went above and beyond by contacting the dealership to make sure everything was in order so we didn't have any surprises. The tow truck driver was timely and very kind. Highly recommend!

Northfield Auto Care Inc. conducts business honestly.I came to Northfield Auto Care Inc. after failing to warranty out a cooked battery at an auto parts store. I had already warrantied out the battery before and therefore the auto parts store told me I couldn t warranty out the battery again. Since I had cooked multiple batteries I suspected a more widespread electrical issue than simply the battery. Yet I was out of my depth with regards to diagnosing the problem. NACI was able to get me in earlier than any other shop in town so I made an appointment.NACI tested the battery, alternator, and starter. They confirmed that only the battery was faulty and that the alternator and starter were functioning properly, and also diagnosed potential causes of the repeated battery cookings. They then warrantied out the battery (something the auto parts store where I bought the battery would not do), and installed the new battery all free of charge, i.e. $0. $0 for labor. $0 for parts. $0 for miscellaneous charges.They had the option of charging for the parts by lying about the warrantying of the faulty parts. They also had the option of charging for labor. Yet, they did neither. Craig and Cory conducted business honestly and for that reason I highly recommend Northfield Auto Care Inc.

This is a great place for excellent car care.They are tops in my book and very honest about what repairs need to be done and up front with the cost of the repairs. Have used them for several years.Highly recommend them.

I went here and received both good service and good customer service. A great deal on 4 tires with fast service while I waited w friendly staff. Received a free follow up on a small bead leak, included from previous work. Northfield gem.

I have dealing with John for over 20 years and would not take my car any where else. My mechanical son also takes his car there when he can't figure it out. John has always been very honest and dealt fairly with me and my family. I would recommend him and have to all my friend and families.

I was able to get in for an immediate appointment. Spencer did an excellent and efficient job on winterizing my truck. Central Northfield location, quick walk to shops while my vehicle was serviced, and Spencer texted me upon completion. Garage was clean, tidy, and had easy access.

My family has been going to Northfield Auto Care since back when it was a Mobil station (decades ago). We are always treated well and they are the most honest mechanics you can work with. I won't go anywhere else actually. Do yourself and your vehicle a favor and just stop in to see what they can do for you if you have car, trailer, tire, etc problems. Awesome service.

I recently moved to Northfield and had no family here non less a mechanic to go to. I am so glad I went here, today was my 2nd time. Always friendly, helpful and a job well done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

Honest folks. They fix it right at a fair price. They won't push repairs that you don't need. But they are busy. If you need to wait a day or so to get in, it's because others have figured this out too. You can trust this place

We were headed out of town and noticed a screw in our tire. When I pulled up, 2 cars were already up on the lifts in the garage, 4 cars in the lot and I figured I would not get back on the road until that evening. To my surprise they called within the hour to tell us the car is done. I can t say enough about their customer service and would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

They did a break job and worked on stopping noise coming from my wheels. Breaks continue to squeak when applied and there is a persistent squeak from one wheel at high speed. Took it back to get these issues fixed 2 more times, but they cant solve the problem. They didn't try to charge me for the two extra visits, but they never finished the job.
