Great place to get parts. Of about 30 different unique parts/situations over the last 3 years, only one time did they not have what I needed in stock, and that was ordered and received within a couple days (not a part that stopped use of vehicle, and was a unique and older vehicle part). People are very friendly and get what you need quickly, I have called to see if a part was available, it was and they held it for me to pick up within the hour.

The guys at Napa are always helpful! I've been restoring an old car and the tips, advice, and suggestions have been great!

Fast, easy service. Has almost every kind of bulb or fuse for your car. If you're looking to mod your car, then this is the place to go for tools and more. Bring in a broken part, and the staff will be able to quickly tell you if they have it and where they have it, or if they can get it in.

Always helpful staff who'll point you in the right direction for parts even if its to another shop if they dont have what you need in stock, I couldn't recommend more

Awesome store with an amazingly large inventory! Has all the parts for your automobile and/or tractor-trailer needs. Staff were very nice and helpful when I was here today. Thanks guys!

So what happened to all those people that were there so long and the owner was "so" lucky to have? He must have sold it and threw this team under the bus. Just guessing. I will be buying my parts elsewhere.

This is a real parts store where they generally know what they're talking about and understand how cars work. James is a good guy.

Horrible. Made me feel stupid and force products. Theyll truly talk and insult their customers behind their back. Don't think about asking for help or how to do something cause ull waist THEIR time then the guy in the back is staring at you.

The staff here over the age of 20 are extremely professional and knowledgeable and they almost always have what I need in store

3 times the cost. Had a hydraulic hose replaced and farm store in faribault has the same thing for 1/3 the price never Napa in Northfield again

I like coming here because they're helpful and very knowledgeable. Every once in a while they come across as condescending though.
