Stopped in as I had a nail in my tire. Knowing it was a quick repair, one mechanic stopped what he was doing and fixed my tire right away while i waited. All the staff was super friendly! Money well spent, and I'll definitely be back!

Corey, Charles, and crew are the place to take your vehicle in the Northfield area! I could write a novel about my positive experiences, but I ll just give everyone a list:-upfront, honest, competitive pricing-quality work backed up by free, walk-in follow ups-master technicians who can give you honest answers, even if the answer is that you need to take your vehicle elsewhere-I ve had them handle: routine maintenance, oil changes, tire rotate/balance, drivetrain maintenance (front and rear differential, transfer case, transmission), steering components, fuel system, brakes, HVAC, electrical system, cooling system, and audioMy wife and I have been bringing our vehicles here for 10+ years three-quarter ton diesel pickups to four-cylinder coupes. We have never been disappointed and we will continue using Elite Auto Care as long as they are in business! Corey and Charles are master mechanics, great local businessmen, and all-around pleasant human beings!

Cory is absolutely amazing! A sincere caring person that will show you hands on so it's easier to understand. Thank you thank you for helping me figure out what's wrong because I have one hell of a long drive to make it back to the house.

Cory and Charles are highly competent, honest, and fair-minded guys who take pride in their work and will never try to snow you. I have an old S2000 that had a lot of weird gremlins - they figured out what was wrong, did the work extremely well, kept me informed, and charged me a reasonable price. Not happy with our experience, we went in for luckily was only a fuse but they changed the oil and air filter and charged us without asking or authorizing the oil change, we will NOT be back for further car repairs, we understand the nature of oil changing but would at least like to be ASKED, they told us your PAYING for the oil change....

Cory and Charles are are excellent at what they do. Some of the most knowledgeable guys you'll ever meet. And I have to respect that they work on everything from trucks to BMWs and they really take pride in their work. They stay busy, so plan ahead if you're going there.

Went in for an oil change last night and to have my car checked out before a long road trip. They found that my lower ball joints were shot, tires about ready to fall off. At this point in the day it was about 4pm. The job was estimated to take 4 hours. I asked nicely if they would consider doing it same day, as I was leaving the next. They both got on it right away and I drove out of there that night, car fixed - and now safely on my way. They worked 1.5 hours after closing time, giving up family time to keep me, the customer, happy. Well done, highly recommend this shop. Prices were better than expected too.

Charles and Cory are outstanding! I recently went there due to a bad tire, I was in a hurry and walked in with no appointment. The shop was extremely busy but they took my car in right away and got the job done correctly and fast! They made my bad day into a good day. Very friendly and definitely know what they are doing!

I had Charles look over a used '03 Mini for me, and the scope of his knowledge and patience was extremely impressive. He explained everything and laid out my options very clearly, and gave tons of great advice. Also a very fun guy to talk to if you have any interest in cars. 100% great experience!

Elite Auto Care has gone above and beyond for me during my time in Northfield. The staff is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I trust them and their work completely. Cory and the Elite Auto Care team really saved our butts this Christmas. They came to my home and towed my car to their shop the day after Christmas, and it turns out the problem was a minor fluke that only required a small adjustment to repair. I am so grateful for such an honest shop that values integrity and prioritizes return business. They will certainly have mine!

Great shop, fair and honest. Taken my truck to them 5 times - a couple for a second opinion after winding up at the closest shop after my truck breaking down. They never tried to sell me a bunch of stuff that didn t need to be fixed like the corporate shops- I recommend to anyone!

Scheduled an appointment they forgot to schedule it, then charged me $45 for a 15min alignment inspection and when I left already I come to find out they didn't even do a tire rotation...and they didn't even want to fix their mistake..ummm not how you run a businessService: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Elite is my favorite auto repair shop in Northfield. They are very knowledgable, clear, and honest about their work and what they think is the most cost-effective options available even if they didn't have those options, which makes them the most reliable, customer-driven, and trustworthy service in Northfield. Their prices are excellent compared to other auto repair shops in town. Moreover, their staff are very experienced, dependable, and respectful. A wonderful overall experience.

Had a negative experience with the place where I've been taking my car for service, so decided to try Elite in downtown Northfield. My immediate need was a simple one, but I was very impressed with the customer service and am definitely going to try them for other things.
