CARSTAR Autobody was nothing but excellent to work with. My car was totaled in an accident that wasn t my fault and they contacted me and moved the vehicle from the tow yard to the body shop. Had the estimate done within a day of receiving the vehicle. Wish the insurance would have been that quick to respond. CARSTAR reach out to me about a week later to let me know they were calling the insurance daily until someone was able to review the estimate so we could move forward with our claim. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them!

They did amazing work. All the body lines look great and I cannot believe how quickly they turned around my car. It was like 2 days they worked on it. I will always come back to this place for Auto body issues.

Great experience at Carstar. Staff is very professional. They are great at communicating and explaining every stage of repair. They even arranged for rental car delivery and pickup. Our car looks great. Highly recommend them.

Carstar is a 5 Star Business! The work was done earlier than expected and the final bill was less than the estimate. Text alerts on progress are awesome! Staff was great to work with and took care of everything.

Carstar lived up to their moto ... Relax ... we'll take it from here. Answered every question ... staff was super friendly and helpful ... met one repair person and he was wonderful so I only imagine they all are! No one wants car repair BUT if you need it ... go to the star ... Carstar!

Took care of every part of this car repair from talking with the insurance to getting a rental car etc. This is the third time that myself or my family have used these guys and hopefully I won t need a fourth time but if I do I would definitely go back

I had an abrasive altercation with an invisible, 3 foot concrete pylon at Abbott Northwestern Hospital roof top parking garage, and the pylon won. That being said, I needed body work done on the front passenger door and side view mirror. I wanted to go local with the repair and chose Carstar. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant. I was sent regular notices via text or phone call on the status of my car, and at one point we thought it might take longer to complete as a part was backordered, but they had it done by the time originally forecasted.The customer service is phenomenal and the body work was beautifully done. I am so pleased with their work.Thanks, Carstar!

Staff was excellent! The finished job was high quality work, completed sooner than expected, while coming in under budget. You can't get much better than that! Definitely exceeded my expectations.

I was very impressed again with the level of service from Car Star! Not only are they very busy with all the recent hail damage, they were able to fit in paint repair on my pickup box quickly, with quality work and went out of their way to wipe down my dashboard that was covered in dust!I have used Car Star several times over the past few years, and they never fail to do great work!!!Service: Painting

All team members were consistently professional and helpful, and I really liked how they kept me updated on their progress via short email messages each day. They were very helpful with my repair, got my car in earlier than expected and communicated with me throughout the process. My car looked exceptional after the repair. Great communication, fast auto body repair, truck looks amazing! They even painted a little area that was chipped next to the new painted bumper, they did not have to do that but they went over hat extra step! The front bumper and passenger side headlight of my 2020 Subaru Forester was damaged in a collision. I picked it up today and it looks like new. From my first call to the shop to picking up my keys to leave after the repair, I was treated with friendliness and courtesy. I was kept updated about progress. I was pleased with the job that Carstar did in repairing my Camry. They had it done on Friday rather than the predicted Monday and the charge was $200 less than the original estimate because that price was for a different type of light than I needed.
