I just wanted to say how great of an experience I just had at Apple Chevrolet in Northfield! I was planning on selling my car, I received a text form Cynthia that I should bring my car in for the dealership to check out! Not even 24 hours later, I had a received a check for the asking price of my car! Everyone was awesome! I didn't even think of selling my car to a dealership, but from now on I will always call Apple Chevrolet in Northfield first. Thanks for being awesome Cyn and reaching out to me about my car.

Love this dealership. Luke helped me get my new truck , he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. All around good experience and the service department is great too, my wife and I bring both of our vehicles in routinely.

The service department was extremely accommodating. I stopped in to discuss an issue I was having with alignment without an appointment. They listened to what I was experiencing, and we discussed steps for remedy. They immediately started working on my truck. Transportation was provided to my home while they worked on it and back to the dealership. The dealership completed the work in an hour and fixed the issue at a very minimal cost. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I am very please with the service I received at Apple Chevrolet in Northfield. The service techs, shuttle driver and cashier were all extremely helpful and pleasant. Thank you, Jennifer

Won't ever go back to this store.. Bought a vehicle it made it to the interstate and had issues with it and They never did anything about it. Now it sits in my driveway as a lawn ornament. Come to find out they knew about the issue because it was returned before for same issue.. They lost our on a $36000. Truck deal because I won't go back. Now I deal with another dealership. Really sucks cuz I really like Apple valley Ford and the people there . Owner is the same.

Lists fixes for Cadillac but doesn t say what is covered by warranty. And sensor fix also.Then husband came today to get a new car. And trade in value was awful. With all the upgrades done on that truck. It s very sad. Wanted to buy a brand new car we had picked out, and was totally blown away. We still owe 21,000. And 12,000 is not enough at all.

Ryan Weber was great to work with. We posted our Honda vehicle for sale online. After a few days and all the hassles of selling it ourselves. Ryan saw our listing and reached out to us. He gave us a fair value for our car. What a nice dealership, Apple Chevrolet was. I had never been in one before. Recently had tires installed on my "winter" car, I just needed a valve stem, the advisor Gavin was quick to test and confirm the problem, I feel fortunate to have had JED in parts let the mechanic know that on a 04 Impala, there's some programing with the radio, that was needed. The peace of mind is I have with taking my cars to Apple Chevrolet is GREAT! Thanks one and All!

I went in to get my truck diagnosed for an electrical issue I couldn t detect myself.I usually stay away from dealer ships and this is exactly why, So from my understanding is that the price to get it diagnosed was $180. I was thinking and was never informed about is that it didn t matter how long it took them it was just to tell you what was wrong with your vehicle. I get a phone call later that day telling me that after the first hour they start to charge hourly, witch I was not Informed about. Keep in mind hourly they charge about $170 something, y all do the math. Before you come here just keep this in mind. Other than this they where nice, professional people. Even gave me a shuttle ride home witch I am thankful for. Thank you for fixing my truck

Kris did a fabulous job of finding an Outback Subaru for me at an excellent price! I had not met him before and just trusted that I would get when I needed. It was a very good experience from beginning to end. Super easy and I got an amazing interest rate on my loan to top it off! Thank you to all of the team there.

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Gavin was amazing and a very good communicator. Very thorough inspection identified my battery was operating well below expected cold cranking amps. Can't say enough positive things about my experience.

I have now bought 2 vehicles through Apple Auto's. My most recent from this dealer in Northfield and absolutely LOVE purchasing from them. They have the lowest price and list it as such so there is no having to negotiate, but my favorite part is their amazing customer service! They treat you like real people because they are true to themselves! They are not sales people, they are friends! Thank you again! I love my new Highlander and so does my family!!

Traded in my gorgeous speed-demon powerful Liquid Platinum Lexus GS-350 for a Lincoln MKX Reserve. I needed room & to be OFF the ground... my Lexus sits very low. But I absolutely 'd my car & MISS ITS POWER ...... .......... Kris (salesman), Jon (manager), and the finance manager (sorry, forgot his name) were ALL amazing. I hate pushy sales. I % DID NOT feel that at all. I highly recommend KRIS and Apple Chevrolet Buick to everyone I my Lincoln MKX Reserve... but I wish it had the power my Lexus GS-350 has.

I would not do business here. Ryan was very rude to my family. My son test drove a vehicle and it started to overheat right off the lot. Then I was told that my vehicle was only worth $2500 when Blue Book Value is worth $8-10k.

Typical dealership. Requested to see a vehicle and set up an appointment to do so at their request. They followed up two more times to confirm my coming and the time and then the day before my appointment they informed me they sold it. What is the point to having people set appointment times to see vehicles and test drive them if you're so eager to sell them out from under folks. Scheduled my work day around that appointment, and for what now. Aggravating.

Customer service and communication is not their strong point. I called about 5 times this morning and was disconnected all 5 times after talking to someone about connecting me with sales. I can't justify a relationship with a Company when you can't have the resources to talk to sales and get disconnected multiple times. You'd think a sales organization would at least have their communication system functioning.

Cynthia was so great to work with, she found me a car on her 2nd try, got me a better deal on financing, and made sure I had all my questions answered. I will likely return for future vehicles.One minor thing, which I should have checked when looking at the car, was a headlight out. Not a huge deal, my mechanic is fixing that today.Overall I'm so happy with my (new to me) car.

I keep receiving Spam email from this company even after Unsubscribing from them MULTIPLE times over the past few years. I even called personally to have them remove my email! I am continuing to receiving their SPAM! Someone in their marketing department needs to educate themselves on the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. I've never signed up for emails from them and I've never done business with them. Will someone at this dealership please remove my email from their system PERMANENTLY!

I got a basic oil change & rotate tires. They don't accept appointments for this and I waited about 2 1/2 hours which was 30-45 minutes longer than I was told it would take.

Thanks Larry Anthony for a great auto buying experience! You were so helpful and professional. We appreciate the time you took to make sure we understood everything. It's been a lot of years since we've bought a new car and it was so nice to not have to hassle with price. We loved not having the stress. We came back the next day to buy the car and the price had been dropped even more - without having to ask.
