I have had nothing but good experiences here. I have been here multiple times over a three year period and was there twice in the last two weeks with two different cars. One of the vehicles was mine and the other I was a passenger. I had lost my sticker and the owner of the other had lost theirs as well (birds of a feather I guess). Both times, got the same treatment which I have received in the past as well.With my vehicle, I pull in and get greeted by a couple people and pop the hood. One of them comes up to me and shows me the oil and says something on the lines of (Not verbatim) "You're oil change was done at XX,XXX miles and you are at X,XXX miles. (While showing me the oil on the dipstick) Your oil is clean and you still have X amount of miles before your next oil change is due. If you want we will change it but you don't need to have it changed. Do you want us to change your oil"?At this day and age this is of rare occurrence or at least for me it is. In a world where upselling and false information is gaining momentum this business has kept integrity. Sure, I didn't get my oil changed that day and a similar story exist for the time I was a passenger a week later but it is where I will be getting my oil changed (and other services ) in the future.Some reviews I read (before posting mine) complained about price and I can say that I haven't noticed anything that isn't comparable to anywhere else? I do know if you don't need an oil change somewhere else will 9 out of 10 times perform one without saying you don't need to where here they for surely will inform you. Thanks to the staff there, and unless I am someplace where this isn't an option they will be my clear cut choice of where to go for the future.

Stopped in for an oil change on a 2018 Chev Equinox. The young man was really nice quoted a price of $105 which is crazy expensive for a oil change. I didn't want to leave town but ended up at Walmart for $55. And we get asked to shop local. Well their you have it . Never again! The employees we're very courteous which was a positive.

Prices are a little higher than what the website shows, but these guys are amazing. In and out super fast, even with helping reset my tps monitor and swapping batteries.

Best customer service for any oil change business I have ever been to. They go above and Beyond any oil change business I have ever been to. They explain what they are doing and why. They are worth the drive. They don't try to charge for things you don't need. Very honest with integrityUPDATE: These folks back up their service (especially owner). I have gone here a few times. A few months ago I went in for my oil change at the time their window sticker recommended from my previous oil change. They couldn't get the oil pan plug off. The bolt was stripped. The employees said they hadn't done the last oil change because they wouldn't have stripped plug. I showed them the sticker of theirs in the window. So, they called the owner and he arranged to have me come the next day to drill out the plug, refill oil and filter. After the job was done, the owner showed me the old oil filter and it wasn't their brand so it couldn't have been the doing the last oil change. He didn't charge me anything for this extensive procedure. This has puzzled me since. It recently dawned on me that my regular mechanic of 30 years had done other engine work but I hadn't requested an oil change from him. . I reminded him of this and he didn't remember changing oil but remembered the job (he has an ancient "records filing system"). Knowing my old mechanic friend would sometimes "throw in" little perks as we've done so much business with him over the years.My point is this owner at Victory Lane is the real deal for customer satisfaction even if the customer is wrong but there is conflicting evidences. This was a last minute stop for me, I normally stop at Valvoline but the service I received at Victory Lane was SO MUCH BETTER than anywhere else I ve gone! Excellent, informative, affordable genuinely friendly, not pushy and super fast! They also gave me a free car wash coupon as a first time customer. I have already recommended them to my friends and family.So glad my last minute stop turned into a new car care spot!!Service: Oil change

They were so friendly and quick and told us everything they were doing. Gave us free coupons for the car wash and information about which radiator fluid to buy because theirs wasn't quite the right one for my very new Asian car. Much improved from the last time I was there!! I wanted to go back to let them redeem themselves, as everyone has bad days. It's not the business owners fault and they shouldn't be punished for the employees bad choices. The employee made it right, apologized & I sincerely believe he learned from his mistake. I didn't give them a bad review last time, because they are fast, efficient & engage with the customer. I didn't feel it was necessary. But I will be back again!Service: Oil change

Need a quick oil change? This is the place. They also have a car wash, which is highly convenient for anyone on the east side of I-35. Great service, customer-focused, and will get you in and out in a jiffy!

The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were in uniforms and communicated well with me and one another. In addition to the oil and filter change, they checked and topped off the radiator fluid and windshield washer fluid, adjusted the pressure of the tires, and checked the air filter. Everything was done in a timely and considerate manner.Service: Oil change

Employees were nice but for the price I'm not impressed. Had to ask them to check the dip stick after they changed the oil, didn't check lights, air filter or do anything extra. No thanks, not for the steep pricing!

I have been going to victory Lane in North branch for many years I have watched a lot of employees leave and come. I don t have any complaints about anyone of them. They are kind, considerate, understanding, and informational. I look forward to getting my oil changed because they are a lot of fun to be around. I really wish I could give more than just five stars because the employees that work in the North Branch Victory Lane are worth so much more.Services: Tires, Oil change

Ben the young tech there did a great job servicing my vehicle did oil change, changed oil filter and checked my tire pressure, air filter and cabin air filter. Did it in a quick amount of time and did all the work greatly. I hope who ever is reading this comment can congratulate him for doing a great job. I can tell he is a great employee!

Great experience. We have gone here for years and no one ever asked me to check my cabin air filter and Chris the Tech was so helpful. He not only checked it but dug out a mouse nest, and went to his car to get a air freshener for me. Great group of guys. Very vocal while doing their assigned tasks which I appreciated. Extremely nice guys which of course made me feel all warm and fuzzy. They engaged in conversation with me and were very kind and funny. They also let me know they aren't there to rip me off, they offered suggestions for things I should do or fix with my car. The guys there who were all under 25 were nice, but didn't know much about oil changes. Had issues with skid plates and access door for oil plug and oil filter. I had to help with with most of it. All In all if it cost me $50, sure I'd go back. $110...ehh. too slow and unprofessional in my opinion. Only giving 3 stars because they were so honest about there lack of knowledge. Would have been 1 star if they were faking most of it. Lol was my first time ever getting my oil changed in a car. That Being said, I'll be going back to always doing my own again.Service: Oil change

I've used victory lane for a couple years, since the Chevy dealership in north Branch is over a month to get a oil and have always had a good experience. I've always done a synthetic oil change on my equinox and usually go in a at 3500-4000 mile . This last time my wife went in because I was working and said she wanted a synthetic oil change and the guy working Adam told here because her oil change was over 3000 mile interval she needed to do a engine cleaning because the oil was dirty. Her not knowing did it. I don't think we will be back after doing a synthetic oil change and then being scammed on an engine cleaning service. To top it off this was the 2nd oil change on a new engine installed by forest lake Chevrolet.Service: Oil change

Quick service, friendly, organized. They also noticed horrible/dangerous spots on the front tires while doing a tire rotation,Thank you.!! They also checked headlights/tailights/turn signals while pulling the car out for extra traffic safety. Great job and affordable. I would for sure return to that shop if my vehicle needs Future maintenance.
