I called around 9am today and needed a thermostat for my truck, the store did not have it in stock so Dan M. ordered one in from the warehouse and it arrived at the store around 5pm today. Very pleased with with how fast Dan was able to get the part in the store for me.

Ernie is the greatest! I wanted a paint stick to touch up door dings, etc on my car. Ernie helped me find the paint code, which was not on the car itself resulting in a few phone calls with parts people. He found the paint code and got to work mixing my paint color for me! Gave me good suggestions as to how to use! Thank you Ernie for going above and beyond! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Called ahead to make sure they had the parts needed. Salesman assured us that they had the part. When I got there to get the part it wasn t the part needed and the clerk really didn t care.

O'Reilly Auto Parts in North Branch is the best O'Reilly's I've ever been to. The staff are amazing wonderful and very humorous. I always feel comfortable going there I know I will get the best quality and they do a very good job making sure the customer satisfied and happy

Went in to purchase paint that needs to be mixed. Counter person found smaller quantites to keep costs manageable for my smaller project. Knowledgeable on the product and had the miced paint with everything i needed in less than 30 minutes. And they were busy. Only downside was they were out of mixing cups.

The store in Cambridge is awesome their customer service is above and beyond. My online order was accurate and on time I couldn't have asked for more efficient quicker service. And when I had to return one of the online order items exchange them without question

The cashier at O'Reilly's was so nice he helped me with my key faub so I could use the locking mechanism and not have to keep pulling out my key to start the car , and he also showed me how to open the faub , so I give him a

Took off work because they had to order in the part. 130pm arrives they ordered the wrong part. $300 loss for missing work. Low skilled labor equals low quality results. I'll go to Napa from here out.

The guys there are always helpful & nice. What I don't like is that the tool rental program is only a two day program. I assumed it was a ninety day rental program like Auto zone has. I almost ended up paying for $214 dollars worth the tools I intended on renting. Luckily I checked the reciept on the second day!
