When I didn t know what I was asking for, I was dealt with pretty rudely. I was pretty embarrassed. Don t know the names but some bald guy and his female assistant.

Best parts and tool store around here! The owner is hands on, he, & the staff always go the extra mile to help their customer's. I've been using this NAPA since the mid 90's. If any of the general staff can't answer your question, just ask for the owner or Todd I'm sure theyll figure it out for you!

The staff here is so awesome. I was a little shocked. I needed new wiper blades. With the weather so cold my last blade snapped off as I was getting ready to head to work. I showed up to NAPA when they opened and they greeted me got me a good pair of wipers and directly went and put them on for me. I was not expecting that. I expected to buy them and go home and watch a YouTube video on installation to get my old blades off and new blades on. Other auto parts stores I have visited haven t installed anything for me (especially on a cold day like today). Any future auto needs, NAPA has my business. Good people work there!

Had part in hand that I needed replacing. They gave me the part number. I ordered the part. Wrong part. Come back with 2 part numbers that will work. I remember dealing with you, I tried having you get this last time. I specifically got the part number from to order online so I could get it faster. Now I m having to wait 1 more week than had I done the slower option.

Customer service and support is all the crew here knows. All of them are on top of their game and truly work as a team supporting each other and their customers. What I thought would be an awful journey into a parts store ended perfectly. Solid and sound advice and support. Very impressed!

Love this place! Very helpful and friendly staff. I buy all my parts from them. Their COVID policy is perfect and constitutional unlike most businesses. If you have a medical condition preventing you from being able to wear a face covering, they will not discriminate, belittle or harass you because of it. This reason among others is why they have my business for life. Thank you North Branch Napa!! God bless America

I have always had good service from this location. All the staff seems to be very knowledgeable unlike another place in town. this Napa is normally my go-to place for quick parts. My only gripe is I wish they would be open a little later but that comes with living further from the cities.

Preston at Napa was so beyond helpful to us. Our thermostat went out on our way to Minneapolis. With our baby and exchange daughter in the truck, he provided us great service and tools to change out the t Stat ane get us on our way. He let us borrow tools and brought us a bucket of water. He went above and beyond to help get us back on the road. Thank you, Preston!!

I have never been so pleased to go to an auto store. I usually dread going. But the people that work their were so kind, and great spirits. The gentleman who was helping me, helped me get my old battery out and put a new one in, plus he did my wipers for me. This will be my go to store from now on. Thank you Napa crew for turning my dreaded worry into a pleasant experience.

There were 2 people working the counter and not a mask in sight! We have a mandatory mask mandate in MN yet these people are ignoring it. I have friends who have been very very sick with the virus and some have died. One of my friends spent 5 days in the hospital on oxygen and blood thinners because he went into an establishment where they weren't wearing masks. I won't put up with this. There is no excuse. I won't go back.

I had purchased a Napa legend battery here and it had one month left on its warranty and I brought it in because it wouldn't hold the charge. With no questions asked they replaced the battery for me and we're very kind about doing it.

The guys behind the counter are very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in for a gas cap for a 34 year old motorhome and the guy actually wanted to try it on before I purchased it to make sure it fit!

Went here for an axle they were overpriced at $75 with competitors listing at $40. Asked if they would price match and the man rudely said no and walked away. Went to cambridge got the part for $40 at Autozone. This place is overpriced and not willing to match other brick and mortar prices. They've lost my business I'll just drive to cambridge for my parts.

These people are fast, friendly , and down-to-earth and they know your part number before they look it up. All the employees are eager to help and back each other up to make sure your shopping experience is the best!

Found myself needing a battery for my truck (doesn't start so well with a dead battery). Went to Napa and they knew which one I needed right away. Can't beat good, local knowledge and service.

Always friendly. Only downfall is that we almost always have to wait for a part ti come in. Typically that can get next day though

I stopped here to have my battery tested. They checked my battery and alternator, but he wasnt positive which was bad. So rather try to sell me something I didn't need, he gave me some very helpful advice.
