Had a great experience with getting an alignment. We have a truck that was in an accident and totaled. We repaired it to the best of our ability but the frame was still a little crunched. They were very up front about what they could and could not do. They even took me out to the shop and showed me (female) the issues and what they could do to make it drivable. They did not push me to make any expensive decisions in the moment. While waiting I saw them offer the same great customer service to everyone. They especially took time with the ladies to show them what was going on with their vehicles and not lay any high pressure, expensive sales pitch on them. This was truly a refreshing experience.This is a Pic of what they were able to align before the repairs.

Have been having my oil changes and tire repairs her for a few years, and now brakes, rotors and tires. Great Service, Great Prices, and stand behind the products they use. Highly recommend this local family owned business!

My CRV back drivers tire had a leak. I found a nail on it. They could get me in a half hour later, but a very kind lady stepped up and said she doesn't need her car right away, that I could take her appointment which was right away. GOD BLESS HER! I thanked her for her kindness. I was traveling and had my young daughter with me. Great service as well! Thank You!!!!

Everytime I go to these guys for tire installs, tpms, ect. They manage to chip, scratch, and dent up my OEM and after market rims. Round up my lug nuts, and nothing comes my way but bills for the service, at full price... not even a markdown for messing up wheels on multiple occasions. How is this not getting addressed? The pictures are from my latest run in with these guys. 1 picture shows a paint layer removed, and a nice pit from a tool into the wheel/ original paint. I had a rubber paint over it for protection. *lug nut was from previous encountor*

This shop is the most honest and reliable shop in MN. All the work needed for my car was done quickly and professionally, the mechanics are some of the best in the business. They treat you as a friend from the first visit to the 20th visit. They don't try to over charge or try to sell repairs that aren't needed. Outstanding customer service! We were on our way to the north shore in the middle of a snow storm when our Subaru Forester started uncharacteristically sliding back and forth on the road, even at a slower speeds than everyone else passing us. We frantically called Fisk Tire & Auto Repair because they were on our next exit. Dave, the owner, answered, and he was able to move their schedule around to get us in right away. He dropped everything and took a test drive with us when we got there to help diagnose the issue (meanwhile our infant was napping in the backseat!). Whereas we thought the issue might be our tires, Dave said it was likely an alignment issue. He fixed it up and from then on out, we had no more issues driving through the winter storm. Dave was so gracious and honest - we would have paid much more to replace our tires but instead he fixed the real issue, saving us money and more importantly, keeping us safe on the road! Thank you, Dave!

Very satisfied with the professionalism and honesty at the North Branch shop! Don't make the mistake of bringing your vehicle anywhere else in North Branch for brake work like I had almost done. I was literally harassed at a nearby shop because their quote was 8 times the price that Fisk quoted me!! Worth the tow across the street to Fisk. They were friendly and the work was completed to my satisfaction. So happy to have my older vehicle back on the road safely now, way to take care of your customers!!Service: Brake service & repair

I scheduled at the wrong location and they still took me and got my oil changed within like 20 minutes. I was also extremely overdue for an oil change due to recent circumstances and they didn't give me and guff for my oil being absolutely awful super nice, family owned and trustworthy!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

14 months and 40,000 miles ago I had Fisk put all new brake calipers, pads, and rotors because one of my calipers was bad. 2 weeks ago I got the squealing noise to tell me the pads were worn down, That lasted 2 days and it started grinding metal on metal after that. I called Fisk right away and they said that it's past the 12 month or 12,000 miles warranty, but they could look at it. There's no way that I could get in to see them during the week because I'm a single dad with one vehicle and I work 2 jobs where I can't take time off. I asked if I could get it in that Saturday morning since it needs to be looked at right away and I was told the are not open on Saturdays any more. I managed to find a place 2 blocks down the road from where I work. I knew I needed rotors and pads, but just got the call that both calipers are bad too. So here I am again putting another over $1,200 into the front end. I know 40,000 miles seems like a lot, but when the factory brakes lasted 125,000 miles I figured I should get at least 100,000 since I had top of line parts put in. Really not happy because money is tight (like I said, single dad working 2 jobs).Service: Brakes

Have brought my truck there for every oil change and tire rotation only to find out on the last visit they were not putting in the type of oil I instructed them to use and the tires where not rotated on the last visit. Schedualed a transmission and differential fluid change on my wife's car two week prior to the visit on 3/29/23. Only for them to call an hour later to tell use they can't do the fluid change and it had to go to the dealership for this service. For a 6 year old car, this wouldnt be new information. Why scheduale a service you can't do and waste a customer's time? Will not be returning.

These folks are exactly the kind of neighborhood auto shop I love to work with. Reasonably priced, operate with integrity, and help you out in a pinch.*Added..First experience was enough to make me come back and make my tire purchase. They did not disappoint!

I am most comfortabe having Fisk Tire service my two vehicles. They are honest and above board and do not miraculously find some unexpected issue(s) that needs attended to. The quality of their work is also very good and when you combine these factors with their good customer service, why would you consider another Tire and Auto Repair facility. In essence, you get a great value at a fair and decent price.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair

We recently moved to North Branch and, with 6 older cars, needed a good, local mechanic. They have been amazing! Great work, fair prices, and honest. I can't recommend strongly enough!

Got me in on a short notice. Had a used tire, I was there and gone in 30 mins with only a $50 bill. I always hear great things about Fisk and they did not disappoint!

Fisk was such a pleasure to work with! They are very honest and get the work done in a timely manner! Very friendly and easy to work with!!! So impressed after the experience we had with another "mechanic" in town. 5/5 stars 100%. David & Kevin were rockstars and made the experience very pleasurable considering it's never fun having to take your vehicle in to get work done.

Was just in and was taken care of extremely well. I had a major shake at 45 miles an hour. The tech test drove it first to check it out then after they did a balance and unfortunately it was still was shakey. They had a few techs looking at it trying to figure it out and test driving it. They did a tire rotation also and some other things, just to really try to figure it out. They went above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely recommend going to Fisk Tire. Treated very well by the Manager of the store Kevin and the most amazing Mechanics. I was in the best of hands at Fisk

Too bad I can only give you 5 stars!!! I had a flat tire late day Last Friday. I called several places. Most didn't answer even though it was still during their business hours. I called Fisk Tire in North Branch. The man that answered was very friendly. Said he would be happy to get me back on the road. When I got there they said it would be about 1/2 hour. They finished in 15 minuets and charged me much less then I was expecting. I can and will recommend Fisk Tire to anyone at either location as I am sure the Chisago City location would have treated me the same. Thanks To You and your staff

Great place to take your vehicle. The people that work there are very easy to talk to and estimate and explain everything to you about the vehicle that's needed without the add on hard sales pitch. I appreciate the honesty and integrity and the prices. Highly recommend.

Today Friday dec. 6th i had a flat tire on my van, and needed four new tires bad! I called last minute and all the guys were super helpful! They got me in within 7 mins of my call! They quoted me an hour wait time and i was paid and out the door within 40 mins! Im so super impressed and pleased! I had to leave work to get my tires fixed, so i was pleased when it was less time than quoted! I will be referring Fisk Tire and Auto Repair over any other business around for you tire needs!My mother is a mail carrier and always has tire issues, and this will be her new place of business for her tire needs also!Thank you all so much for the great service you have given me!See you all next time!

Went there twice. I wanted to give them a 2nd chance but to no avail it was still bad.Waited an 1.5 hrs for a basic oil change on my car. They put the wrong oil in the car!!, And to top it off, They are deceitful. The price posted on the website for service is only parts cost. Then they tack on the labor and charge more at the end. Never got a straight answer from the guy on the bill. And the waiting area sucks.

First I want to thank Fisk Tire for staying 30 min extra but at the same time I did not feel as if their customer service was the best when it came to problem solving. so if you have the money you should not have a issue but they are not a person I would look to to help solve issue if you need alternative solutions. so it is not a told rip on the but just a observation

Customer service is always good. Fair prices. They let you know right up front prices and what the job is. No nonsense.
