I had been to 2 other local Ford dealers with very poor experiences. Within minutes after contacting Anderson & Koch Ford, I not only had an appointment to get my truck serviced, I had access to a courtesy vehicle while the repairs were being done. Quick, friendly, professional and affordable service is what made my experience great! I will recommend Anderson & Koch to everyone I know. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations

I was referred by a friend to ANDERSON KOCH FORD COLLISION after our Nissan maxima was damaged by hitting a deer. I had no idea that our local ford dealer had a collision shop, and i was pleasantly surprised that the shop was certified on all makes of vehicles. We had a young lady that walked us thru the estimate process, surveying damage, working with our Insurance company and scheduling a timely repair date. Hassle free and no subsequent changes. I was impressed how clean our car was inside and out, it looked great. But i was most concerned with the actual repair work, so i crawled underneath the car at home and inspected the work a person wouldn't otherwise see standing next to the car. And my complete satisfaction was cemented with the detailed workmanship. No corners were cut, a true collision repair was completed. Having been to other repair shops over the years, I can honestly say, Anderson Koch has our family's business going forward. Thanks so much to the good folks at ANDERSON KOCH FORD. Local business that works.

Did an amazing job after a very very large buck took out the front end of my F150 last February. The Ford points I earned from that just paid for at least one whole new truck tire, alignment etc. I also appreciated how everyone I spoke to respected my budget. On top of all of the wonderful help the dealership picked up and dropped off my truck when I was diagnosed with Covid earlier that week. Absolutely recommend them when ever anyone asks, and even when they don't!!! Thank you again for keeping this ER nurse and her truck on the job.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Listen to the customer about what the issue is-so you can diagnose the issue correctly and the first time. Not lose the customers keys. Deliver the car when you state it will be delivered. Keep the customer informed. When you do wrong-apologize and be accountable. Maybe also when you so horrendously screw up-you offer something additional to the customer. Like a loaner car, or a gift card for dinner or a car wash. One might also consider a steep discount on services rendered. Some other things to note: 1) tag customers keys so this does not happen again. 2) When the disgruntled customer calls to speak to the owner because things are so screwed up-the owner should call the customer back. I am still waiting for my phone call to be returned. 3) offer something extra to the wronged customer (services performed somewhere other than yourI am also still waiting for my car to be returned; I have reason to believe it has been done for 4.5 hours; even though I have paid for services rendered days ago.

I have had repairs done on my Ford vehicles at Anderson and Koch for many years. Once again, my latest experience with Jim and Doug in the service department was excellent. They the once again went above and the threshold of excellence! The technicians have always completed my repairs in a timely fashion and has always been done right the first time. This time techs Erick and Erin who I seen worked on my Ford Edge did an excellent job and once again didn't disappoint. Great Work! If anyone is looking for top notch work at a fair price, I recommend you try Anderson and Koch Ford. I have worked on many cars myself during my lifetime and know when a job has been done right. Thanks Again to all Anderson and Koch working at this top-notch dealership!

Ron does a great job, however I explained about my transmission and that I think it's going out and to please look it over. When it was picked up Ron said everything looked good. The following week my transmission went out. It's 8,388 miles past the warranty!! Good folks to deal with. Was there for a routine service. Had a wiper recall on my pickup and the tech forgot to put the wiper back on my truck. Service writer says we will make it right next time??? Still feel it is a good place.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was in an accident and to my suprise they did Auto body collision repair. The process was flawless and quick. Kim kept me in the loop of the progress the entire time. They also dealt with the insurance company. I had literally no stress during the entire process which was so nice. Overall it was an amazing experience! Thank you!

Purchased my vehicle from another dealership and 1 month later the check engine light came on. Had it tested and came up as misfire cylinder 2. Couldn't get plug out for number 2 cylinder. So has to have it towed. Chose to take it to a Ford dealership in Pine City. They told me they would not have any time to even look at it for at least 6 months. So it was then towed to North Branch. They said they were booked but would try to fit it in somewhere in the next few days. They called the next day and said they got it in, and got the plug out. But that the misfire was still present. They suggested using the extended warranty and having it scoped to see if coolant was leaking into the cylinder causing the issues. They contacted the warranty company and began the process of replacing the motor. We were told this process was going to be about 4 to 6 weeks depending on parts availability. 1.5 weeks later I have a new motor and it's running wonderfully. I had an oil change and I was concerned about the air pressure in my tires. They were all about 49 pounds. My copy of the report said the tires were all 35 pounds, At home I checked them and they were all still 49 pounds. This concerns me, can I really believe they really check things especially when I ask them to?

I love our small town ish lol dealerships service department. They came and picked up my vehicle from my house and returned it once my oil change was done.As a woman I don't feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. Love love this dealerService: Oil change

The service department is fabulous...yes they are always busy and trust worthy...one employee in that Service Department can always be counted on for truth and honesty...he always delivers and has never missed one day in the multiple years of working here!!
