I was told by several tire shops that they could not handle my compact tractor tire, or that it would take several days to ship it out and get it back. A1did it in 30 min and reasonable price. Thanks for great service.

Recently had a super single blowout at highway speed on my company truck. My company s national tire account company sent A1 out to repair it. The tire company gave A1 the wrong information on wheel dimensions. A1 replaced the tire and wheel as instructed. After the repair was made, the repair tech and I noticed it was the wrong wheel dimensions but I was able to continue on with my delivery. I stopped back in at A1 today and was immediately backed in to get the proper wheel installed. Brad and his service techs did a wonderful job not only during the roadside service, but also during the second service which was caused by bad information. If you need an honest, friendly and professional tire installer, use A1.

Brought my truck in for a slow leaky tire. Told them it was the driver's front tire. They changed the valve stem sealed and balanced the passenger rear tire. I was charged $27 for them to "fix" a tire that wasn't leaking. I'll go somewhere else to get my actual (driver's front) leaky tire fixed.

This place is awesome! They got my car on a lift and fixed in just a couple days! Most other places wouldn't even put it on a lift. Will definitely go here again!

I just had my second set of 2 tires put on here for my car. They quoted me a reasonable price, got me in right away, communicated other issues they found while doing the work, and asked if they should fix them. Jeff also gave me a readout of the car's alignment before and after the job, which really explained well what they did. The final price was bit below the quote, which was awesome for the amount of work they did. I've put a couple hundred miles on now and the car rides great and my gas mileage even went up! Really great shop to work with. I will definitely recommend.

I took my Ram here after I had a flat due to a nail. They got me in right away, no appt necessary, fixed my tire, put the tire back on and put my spare back under my truck. (Which is a complete pain in the *ss to do) To top it all off the price was more than reasonable if I just was getting a tire fixed. (Not all the extras) Overly happy with the service and top notch treatment I got here. I'll need new tires on my Ram in a few thousand miles and I know where I'll be going. If you have any item A1 can help you out with, I highly recommend them.

Used to love this place! Our company used them all the time. Called to get some tractor tires mounted that we purchased online. Guy told me they have plenty of their own work to do! Won t be going back.

Honest, skilfull, fair, friendly. I really got nottin' bad to say about this place. Cept maybe the office/ customer area. I don't think I'd bring a date there, but it's a vehicle repair joint! Eating a donut socks at these joints. But this joint, they treat ya alright. I'm making it my go to joint for my vehicles. I feel that confident. I'll be back, and I highly recommend.Update: I have made it my "go to" auto joint. I've given em a fair amount of money. They do that, added charge, for using credit card. I feel confident of the work and diagnosis. I feel that I received value for the bucks I've given em. I know a couple times they could have recommended a higher cost solution, but didn't. I've never felt like they saw me as an opportunity of up selling. I had a simple pull change this latest visit. I called to make an appointment. Two hours later I show up. Less then a half hour, I'm on the road.I continue to recommend, and praise this joint.Peace out. Live long and prosper.

5 star experience for sure! July 4th weekend we were headed north, ran over something on the freeway and immediate flat tire. Put on the spare and came here. The tire could not be fixed. The guys bent over backwards making calls to find us a new tire. They had to drive quite a ways to get us one they found and had us back on the road in a short time! Awesome service, great guys to work with and very nice facility!!

I had a great experience ordering new tires and Jeff is really good to work with. On top of that, they had what I needed in stock which seems to be rare these days! I highly recommend A1 Tire to anyone.

Saved us! After waiting three hours for our roadside assistance program to find a towing company for us, we found A-1 tire service ourselves and we re very glad. We had a flat tire on our RV. They came to Forest Lake and changed out the tire. They were very friendly and quick service. John did a great job of helping us that day. Thank you for saving us. Would definitely recommend their service.

Ladies, we all know that shopping for anything having to do with your car can be a challenge. I know a little about cars thanks to my Dad, and with tires especially so I had a pretty good idea of what needed to be done and what I was looking for. I wanted to find a local biz that I could work with. These guys are awesome, and answered all my questions and on top of that I didn't feel like they were trying to pull one over on me. I got a good quality tire in the price range I was looking for, all season tires by the way, and drove away feeling confident that I was well taken care of.I would definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking for tires. They do everything from semis to ATV's, cars and trucks. The are in a very convenient location as well right off of 35, in North Branch.

Wow! 10 out 10 exceptional service! These guys went above and beyond to help us in a pinch! We had a flat on our way home from Duluth and were not going to make it the cities in time before close. They took us right away and fixed us up. Not to mention they did this all 20 minutes before close! They were kind, honest and helped us get home.

Jeff B. listened to the details of intermittent but persistent brake problems and their mechanics found the cause at a portion of cost I was expecting. Over the years others simply replaced and charged me for new calipers. I've known them for years but this again proved what a quality company is A-1 Tires!

Jeff took very good care of me. The furs i wanted were in backorder, but he found them in another state. When the service was finished the bill was exactly what he quoted, no surprises. Plus I got a shirt out of the deal.

Called the day before and talked to Brad about pricing. Was able to order the tires late that night and was in that next morning to install. Prices were better then online retailers and customer service was amazing. Thanks again Brad and ill be back for my next set of tires.

This is an awesome place to do business. Fast, accurate, HONEST and reasonable prices. Pretty much anything you could need. If they don't have it in stock they'll get it. Even some of the older obsolete farm equipment tires they were able to get for another customer while I was having my tires done.Just can't say enough good things about these folks. Huge shout out to Ben, the gentleman I dealt with and Jeff the owner.

I recently had my car worked on at A1 I had a new transmission installed and ever since this was done, I have had a vibration that can only be felt under drivers seat and accelerator pedal. I brought it back to them several times and was told and charged for the tires not being balanced. The car still has a vibration.I took the car to a different mechanic, to find out that the right side front tire is wearing funny. It s lost a lot of tread on inside of tire. A1 never said a word to me about this. Why? The mechanic told me that the front end parts looked in good. condition, except for a little bit of play in outer tie rod end on right side. He told me that the reason for the tire wearing funny is probably due to a poor alignment job. A1 did the last alignment on my car.I am convinced that these tire techs do not know what they are doing. Why wouldn t they notice a tire with obvious wear or a loose tie rod end? I had the tie rod end replaced and the car aligned again. The vibration is still there. I m positive that for some reason the subframe was damaged or not correctly reinstalled on my vehicle, when new transmission was installed. and this is what s causing the vibration feeling. A1 told me that they ve done everything they can do and sent me on my way. I will never return to this place for any kind of car work to be done, especially for anything having to do with tires.

Had a serious emergency at 3 am. Called all the big companies, no luck. Called A-1 and had a tech out here in a hour. Chris did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this company for heavy duty trailer and semi emergency tire repair

Shady management. Service was quick, but I could never recommend this establishment to any individual. They will try to screw you, it's a guarantee. Don't fall for their games and you'll get in and out effectively enough for simple tires.*update*Yikes, after seeing the response from the shady management over at A1, are you surprised? Steer far away from this establishment. I like how he attempts to point out how his price for the tires were going to be cheaper than where I bought them from... which is a lie. His markup was almost $200 more than what I paid with free shipping from Amazon. This is common sense, there is no chance on earth that a brick and mortar establishment will be able to compete with online retail in the wheels and tires segment, it's impossible, this type of blatant dishonesty is why you should not do business with them.Furthermore, was I impatient? Perhaps, but he is absolutely correct that I was planning to go to Fisk tire (the next morning, not same day) and I could have easily waited and would have done so to save the $40 it wasn't imperative I get the tires on at that moment. What he failed to mention was he literally called ME back to tell me he could get me in no problem if I dropped off my truck. Which I did.He claimed that it was going to come down to how much weight was needed on my wheels, which I'm not going to argue with, but when I returned even though he said it didn't use nearly as much weight as he thought he still was gonna upcharge me anyway.Do you really want your mom, grandma, daughter going to a business that will take people who don't know better for a ride? Yikes.
