My '06 Charger RT lost power, had it towed here on recommendation of the towing company. Needed an alternator, battery and some exhaust work- it was done the next day, for a reasonable fee. They even washed my car, and helped a friend for no charge when I picked up my vehicle! Dan the owner, and Brian at the desk are super nice and helpful. The people there are great! I got stranded with a flat tire, because my car doesn't come with one. They took the time to tow me back to the shop and drive through rush hour traffic to get tires, to get my car on the road again the same afternoon. I highly recommend going there.

With out getting into a lot of detail this mechanic proved his honesty and integrity to me. It turned out nothing was wrong with my car and he charged me nothing. It was a huge relief, he made my day! I won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on.

Been using these guys for some years now and have followed them to three different locations. Not only do they know what they are doing but the price is right and they are quick, the perfect combination. Would highly recomend them to anyone.

Charged me almost 1,000 for a starter replacement. Then they told me they had to replace the intake manifold and there reasoning for that was, once you remove it you have to replace it no matter what ( which isn t true whatsoever) Then they tried to short change me almost 100 when I paid in cash! I told him he gave me the wrong change and he said no he didn t I told him you count the money again or look at your cameras. He then immediately apologized and gave me the correct change. Extremely shady shop.

Had a flat tire and they were able to repair it. It was around 5p on a Wednesday. Their tire guy is awesome. I am sorry I can't remember his name. I will definitely go back there for other service!

Ashley is a great frontwoman for this place. She is on top of things and knows her stuff. All the staff and the owner here are a pleasure to work with. So far Car-Hop has paid all the bills. But, listening to other customer interactions sounds pretty decent. I have seen them let people bring their own parts. They always get me in and out quickly enough. I was having issues with the drains and drive power, the check engine light came on, they let me come right in and blew out the drains, ran a diagnostics(no codes) and topped off my fluids. All while the one was blowing out debri from the sun roof drains. No Charge. Want service you can trust and labor you don't mind paying for. This shop is amazing, Dan was so helpful and truly a blessing to have his help! I went a week with out knowing what was wrong with my car from a person I knew in which he never got back to me while my car was in his possession. Finally after that week, I received a comment from Dan about his shop on FB and that they offer free towing! My car wouldn t start so this was great NEWS! He fixed my car in 2 days and kept me posted throughout the entire process. Which was nice! Reasonable prices, and above and beyond customer service. I would highly recommend this shop, I am so happy I found them.

I paid $886.00 for a fuel pump replacement. Seems high but not sure what it would cost at other places. I found a mechanic for half the price afterwards. The staff was very friendly though ( Brain ) I did see later also some places do charge over $1,050 so maybe their not to high?I did read your response and I didn't think about the warranty on the fuel pump you repalced because no onementions a warranty. I'll stop in sometime to ask about it. Thanks

I had my timing chains replaced on my Ford F-150, the dreaded phasers. Ted and Dan were great and explained everything thoroughly. I am no car guy but my truck never ran as smooth as it does now. Our Catalytic Converter was stolen and I had made a fb post, Dan had commented on my fb post that his shop worked with car insurance companies. I made an appointment for an estimate, found out we could get a after market one for less than our deductible. We chose that option. I was told they had it in stock and they could put it on and it would be an hour, about 35 minutes later my car was done. Highly recommend and will be coming back for other auto needs.

Great service. Professional as well as knowledgeable. Dan was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure my truck was serviced in a timely manner as well as a decent price. They take care of you, and are trustworthy and down to business. I don't have the best car luck, but they have been able to help me on multiple instances. Ashley is great, makes me feel like a family friend whenever i have to stop in. Great fixture of Newport, 10/10.

Recommended by Carhop, Ashley was amazing. Very professional and helpful. The shop is open 10-3pm on saturdays and they get you in and out. Coffee in the lobby area is a nice treat for early appointments. Ashley kept me in the loop of everything that was needed to be done on my vehicle. Id definitely recommend.

so i had bought a car they failed till tell me a radio don t work or the power outlet to charge phone.. searched high and low to find someone to help me figure it out.. and and being a single mother funds are little to none they actually figured it out for me and was so kind understanding and helpful and soon as i m able to get the parts and when i can afford it and bring to them to fix i will be sharing photos of the end results i found my mechanic from here on out.. thank you and thank you for not just being about money actually having hearts and understanding and wanting to help your customers Service: Car towing

For context, my 2009 bmw 328i xDrive was totaled. Not being a car person, I did a lot of research looking for a reliable mechanic/shop with German engineering experience that could work with my budget. Not only did they help with my budget (a budget that would not be enough for bmw maintenance in general lol), but they gave me clear clarity with what was wrong and answered any question or concern I had. Ted worked with me exclusively and kept great communication. They got it back to being drivable which I didn t think would happen again, and I will continue to go here for the remaining projects that need to be done with this car and general maintenance. The guys here always take great care of our vehicles and do so in a timely manner. Very professional! I really appreciate the kids corner to help entertain my little one during an oil change. I highly recommend this place.

This was the first time using this shop and I was very pleased . The staff were friendly and respectful. They were informative about. What was wrong with my truck. I will definitely be going back on anymore work I need done on my truck. I highly recommend this shop

Worst place I ever brought my car to ! They tried to charge my wife $360.00 for a alternator and I told them I will get my own part and I didn't want them to fix it and they towed my car back to my house without the alternator replaced back and when I called them they had it at their shop and said they forgot to put it back in smh. And when I had someone else replace it with a new alternator it started right up and now it wont even turn over. No telling what "the shop" did to my car. I highly dont recommend anyone to go here to get any work done.
