What a nightmare! Buyer be aware. The salesmen are absolute jerks. Could careless as to the junk they sell with no inspection.Their mindset is what can I get away with.Go somewhere else. Not worth it.

Had a great experience here and Jim was super nice, honest and helpful! He even let me take the vehicle I was interested in to my mechanic before purchasing! They worked with me on payments for the title and plates and so on. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle!

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. I had a horrible experience here in which they charged me $3000 for a vehicle only worth $250. Also, one of my family members got a vehicle from here and they charged her $4000 for a vehicle only worth $1900. And on top of that, they charged her for the brakes and rotors when they were not supposed too. I would not recommend that anyone buy a car from here because these men have an extensive history of charging at least double the price of the actual worth of the car, and making it seem like you are getting a good deal.

This is absolutely the only place my family will buy cars. The guys at Newport Auto always strike a fair deal. They also treat you like family. I've never had any major issues and the minor ones I have had, they fix immediately. They are wonderful!

I have purchased 7 vehicles over the years from Newport Auto. From front to back this is the most honest and fairest used car dealer I've ever seen. I have always gotten a fair deal and when something went wrong they fixed it. I won't buy a car from anyone else!

Great selection of used cars and trucks. Affordable prices and they will haggle on price of you want a few dollars off the top. Great customer service.

Experience was good with the people. Down side. They don't make repairs on site, I found many vehicle in need of basic repairs. Also quick fix on rusty rims and rocker panels.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They sold me a broken car and a car I didn t even make it home in and were not at all helpful!!! I hope nobody goes here they are awful!!

Sold me a lemon, drove for less then 100mi and the check engine light popped on. Took it to two different shops and they said try to return it immediately.

I came to buy the z28 Camaro cash they refused to sell me it and kicked me out calling me racist names he even spit on my moms car , I filed a police report , red face devils !!! Don't give them no service

Deceptive practices, vague ads online, and lies over the phone to get you in to see vehicles that are in such disrepair they aren't safe to drive.
